Background

The high-pressure homogenizer is mainly used in the industries of medicine, food and chemical industry, and is used for preparing liposome, fat emulsion, nano suspension, microemulsion, lipid microspheres, emulsion, dairy products, infusion solutions, fat emulsion, cell disruption, high-pressure homogenization of fruit juice, fine chemical engineering and dyes.

The conventional check valve for the high-pressure homogenizer is usually connected into a fluid pipeline through an independent component, and a spring is used for providing a pretightening force to press the steel ball on a valve port. However, due to the limitation of the material, the material is very brittle below the cold brittle transition temperature (about-40 ℃), and the spring is often broken into several sections under the impact load.

The invention provides a nut of an ultrahigh pressure one-way valve with magnetic force arranged inside, which directly connects a high pressure pump and a material container, and replaces a spring with annular magnetic steel, thereby being beneficial to the normal work of the one-way valve under the condition of ultralow temperature.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a nut with a built-in ultrahigh pressure magnetic one-way valve, aiming at simplifying the material pipeline of the existing high-pressure homogenizer.

The nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure magnetic one-way valve is realized in the way that the nut is composed of a nut shell, an outer sealing ring, annular magnetic steel, a steel ball and a valve core, wherein the upper end of the nut shell is a material inlet, the outer sealing ring presses the annular magnetic steel and is embedded into the upper end of the nut shell, the annular magnetic steel sucks the steel ball, and the lower end (the valve core) of the nut is a material outlet. The invention is characterized in that the material container and the ultrahigh pressure pump can be connected by only one nut with a built-in ultrahigh pressure magnetic one-way valve, and the function of the one-way valve is realized.

Further, the nut with the built-in ultrahigh pressure magnetic one-way valve is characterized in that the rated pressure of the nut is 100-300MPa, and the pressure range is the same as that of a high-pressure homogenizer.
