The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline and pipe fitting connection, in particular to an eccentric hoop.

Background

The arc clamping surfaces of the two-side clamping pipe joint of the existing clamp require that the two connected interfaces are coaxial, namely on the same cylindrical surface. When the axial lead of the pipe joint of two connected pipe fittings or pipelines has deviation, the adjusting capability is poor and the installation is difficult. In addition, in some installation structures for connecting pipelines, due to the fact that the pipelines are pressed and expanded by heat, the axes of the two connecting pipe joints can be displaced, extra load is borne by the clamp connection part, deformation occurs, and leakage or damage to parts are prone to occurring. As shown in the left side of fig. 5, when the distance between the two joints G1 on the pipe or pipe fitting a is L, and the distance between the two joints G2 on the pipe body B, C connected with the pipe or pipe fitting a is L1, the two joints G1 are unequal due to installation tolerance; or as shown in the right side of fig. 6, when the two joints G1 and G2 on the pipe or tube A, D are L and L1, respectively, because the amounts of pressure expansion are different when a and D are operated, and L1 are unequal in distance, the installation is difficult and leakage is easy. Conventional clamps, if they solve these problems, require the use of two or more clamps to adjust for misalignment of the connected nipples, as shown in the figures, using clamps BC1 and BC2 and stub G3 at one connection point, to provide some deformability to the connection to accommodate for initial installation misalignment and changes in the axial position of the joint caused by expansion of the pipe or tube.

Accordingly, it is desirable to design an eccentric clamp to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an eccentric clamp which solves the problem of position deviation of two connected joints of a pipeline or a pipe fitting or the problem of leakage caused by the position deviation of an interface axis caused by the displacement of the pipeline or the pipe fitting during the pressure and temperature change, so that the connected part bears extra load.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: eccentric clamp, eccentric clamp comprise square hole staple bolt semi-ring, eccentric sealing ring, round hole staple bolt semi-ring and button head square neck bolt and nut, square hole staple bolt semi-ring, round hole staple bolt semi-ring and eccentric sealing ring three all have the ring locking surface and the sealed face of two disalignment about, each the interaxial distance of ring locking surface and sealed face is t, and square hole staple bolt semi-ring, round hole staple bolt semi-ring are installed the upper and lower both ends of eccentric sealing ring, through button head square neck bolted connection between square hole staple bolt semi-ring, the round hole staple bolt semi-ring, the outside threaded connection in bottom of button head square neck bolt has the nut.

Preferably, the eccentric clamp is attached in the same manner as a general clamp.

Preferably, the two connecting surface circular ring surfaces of the eccentric clamp rotate around the axis of one connecting surface, and the axis of the other connecting surface can be continuously adjusted within the range of +/-t.

The invention provides an eccentric clamp. The method has the following beneficial effects:

1. the eccentric clamp provided by the invention is suitable for various installation conditions, particularly for the situation that the installation size of a field pipeline has deviation connection. The installation size can be adjusted through the rotation of clamp, or the automatic adaptation is because of the interface position deviation that pipeline inflation caused, and does not cause the clamp to bear extra load or take place distortion because of this deviation, leads to sealing failure, takes place the seepage. Meanwhile, the difficulty of field installation can be reduced, the requirements on welding and installation precision of pipe fittings are reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, in some installation scenes such as the attached drawing 6, the using amount of the clamp can be reduced, the installation space is saved, sealing points and leakage points are reduced, the clamp cannot bear extra load due to the compression expansion of the pipe body in long-term use, the deformation of the clamp is reduced, the sealing is facilitated, and the installation cost is reduced.

Through the scheme of the invention, the connecting and installing mode of the eccentric clamp hoop is the same as that of a common clamp hoop.

Through the scheme of the invention, the circular ring surfaces of the two connecting surfaces of the eccentric clamp rotate around the axis of one connecting surface, and the axis of the other connecting surface can be continuously adjusted within +/-t, so that the position deviation of the interface can be adapted.

The clamp installation mode of the invention is shown in figure 6, when the distance between two interfaces G1 on a pipe body or pipe fitting A is L and the distance between two interfaces G2 on a pipe body D connected with the pipe body is +/-2 t from L, a clamp PC with the eccentricity of t can be used for ensuring reliable connection.
