5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the second light bar positioning module comprises:

the second buffer component is configured to press the second light bar against the second light incident side of the light guide plate with adjustable pressure when the second light bar is in contact with the second light incident side of the light guide plate;

and the second light bar positioning plate is arranged on the second buffer part and is configured to accommodate a second light bar.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the second buffer member comprises a second differential head and a second elastic member, the second differential head being configured to adjust an elastic force of the second elastic member to control a pressing force of the second light bar against the second light incident side of the light guide plate.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the second light bar positioning module further comprises a second driving member configured to drive the second light bar positioning module to move toward the light guide plate positioning module while controlling a moving distance of the second light bar positioning module.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the light guide plate positioning module is configured to move in a vertical direction after the first light bar contacts the first light-in side of the light guide plate and the second light bar contacts the second light-in side of the light guide plate to align the light guide plate with the first light bar and the second light bar, respectively.

9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the light guide plate positioning module has a driving member to drive the light guide plate positioning module to move in a vertical direction.

10. The device of claim 8, wherein an adhesive is disposed between the first light bar and the first light entry side of the light guide plate and between the second light bar and the second light entry side of the light guide plate.

11. The device of claim 10, further comprising a pressing device configured to press the adhesive between the light guide plate and the first light bar and the adhesive between the light guide plate and the second light bar in a vertical direction after the light guide plate is aligned with the first light bar and the second light bar.

The device of claim 11, wherein the pressing device comprises a first pressing piece configured to press the adhesive between the light guide plate and the first light bar in a vertical direction and a second pressing piece configured to press the adhesive between the light guide plate and the second light bar in the vertical direction.

13. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the light guide plate, the first light bar, and the second light bar are respectively fixed to the light guide plate positioning module, the first light bar positioning module, and the second light bar positioning module by vacuum suction.

14. The device of claim 1, wherein the light bar is a light emitting diode light bar.

Background

Backlight module is the core part of backlight, and in the production process of backlight, backlight module has two kinds of structures: firstly, glue frame structure, its production process is as follows: assembling a reflecting film on the reverse side of a rubber frame, attaching a reflecting protective film on the reflecting film, assembling a light guide plate in a corresponding rubber frame, and finally assembling a light bar and the light guide plate; secondly, a glue-iron integrated structure, the production process is as follows: the light bar and the light guide plate are assembled at last, so that the backlight module is formed for subsequent production procedures.

At present, in the traditional production process of producing the backlight module, the assembly of the light bar (especially the light emitting diode light bar) and the light guide plate can be carried out only on one side, and can not be carried out on two sides simultaneously, so that the gap and the bonding strength between the light emitting diode light bar and the light guide plate can not be accurately controlled. In the assembling process, the intensity can not be accurately controlled, and the light emitting diode and the light guide plate are easily damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

Various embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, it is to be noted that, in the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to constituent parts having substantially the same or similar structures and functions, and repeated description thereof will be omitted. The terms "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside" herein are described with respect to the drawings of the present invention, unless otherwise specified. The term "sequentially comprising A, B, C, etc" merely indicates the order of the included elements A, B, C, etc. and does not exclude the possibility of including other elements between a and B and/or between B and C.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7. The apparatus includes a base plate 17 (e.g., a table) for supporting various components. Light guide plate orientation module 3, first lamp strip orientation module and second lamp strip orientation module set up on base plate 17. The first and second light bar positioning modules are configured to move toward the light guide plate positioning module, for example, may be manually or electrically moved toward the light guide plate positioning module.

The light guide plate is fixed to the light guide plate positioning module 3, for example, by vacuum suction. As shown in fig. 4, the first lamp strip positioning module includes a first driving part 5 configured to drive the first lamp strip positioning module to move toward or away from the light guide plate positioning module 3 along the X-axis while controlling a moving distance of the first lamp strip positioning module; the first buffer part 8 is configured to press the first light bar against the first light incident side of the light guide plate with adjustable pressure when the first light bar is in contact with the first light incident side; and a first lamp strip positioning plate 1 arranged on the first buffer part and configured to accommodate the first lamp strip. For example, the first light bar is fixed to the first light bar positioning plate by, for example, vacuum suction. First lamp strip location vacuum adsorption control switch 10 sets up on the base plate, after opening this switch, just adsorbs first lamp strip to first lamp strip locating plate through vacuum adsorption. The first driving part has a driving function and a precision adjusting function, for example, scales are arranged on the first driving part, so that the moving distance of the first lamp strip positioning module can be accurately controlled, for example, the first driving part is in the form of a micrometer, and the micrometer can be manually or electrically screwed to move the first lamp strip positioning module. However, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the precision adjustment function of the first driving part may be in other forms as long as the moving distance of the first light bar positioning module can be controlled.

The first light bar positioning module can be precisely moved toward the light guide plate positioning module by the first driving part 5. The first buffer member 8 includes a first differential head 18 and a first elastic member 19 (e.g., a compression spring), and the first differential head can set and adjust an elastic force of the first elastic member (e.g., set and adjust a compression stroke of the spring) after the first light bar is contacted with the first light incident side, so as to control a pressing force of the first light bar against the first light incident side of the light guide plate.

As shown in fig. 5, the second light bar positioning module includes a second driving part 4, which can move the second light bar positioning module toward or away from the light guide plate positioning module 3 along the X axis while adjusting the moving distance of the second light bar positioning module; the second buffer part 7 is configured to press the second light bar against the second light incident side of the light guide plate with adjustable pressure when the second light bar is in contact with the second light incident side; and a second light bar positioning plate 2 disposed on the second buffer member and configured to receive a second light bar. The second driving part has a driving function and a precision adjusting function, for example, scales are arranged on the second driving part, so that the moving distance of the second lamp strip positioning module can be accurately controlled, for example, the second driving part is in the form of a micrometer, and the micrometer can be manually or electrically screwed to move the second lamp strip positioning module. However, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the precision adjustment function of the second driving part may be in other forms as long as the moving distance of the second light bar positioning module can be controlled.

For example, the second light bar is fixed to the second light bar positioning plate by, for example, vacuum suction. Second lamp strip location vacuum adsorption control switch 9 sets up on the base plate, after opening this switch, just adsorbs the second lamp strip to second lamp strip orientation module through vacuum adsorption.

The second light bar positioning module 1 can be precisely moved toward the light guide plate positioning module by the second driving part 4. The second buffer member 7 includes a second differential head 20 and a second elastic member 21 (e.g., a compression spring), and the second differential head is capable of setting and adjusting an elastic force of the second elastic member (e.g., setting and adjusting a compression stroke of the spring), so as to control a pressure of the second light bar pressing against the second light incident side of the light guide plate after the second light bar contacts the second light incident side.

The device for assembling the light guide plate and the light bar according to the present invention further comprises a pressing device 6 including a first pressing piece 15 and a second pressing piece 16. A press device control switch 13 is provided on the base plate, and after the light guide plate is aligned with the first and second light bars and the switch is turned on, the press device 6 can be moved along the Y-axis to above the light guide plate positioning module so that the first pressing piece 15 is aligned with a first region (where the adhesive is present) between the light guide plate and the first light bar and the second pressing piece 16 is aligned with a second region (where the adhesive is present) between the light guide plate and the second light bar. Then, the first pressing block and the second pressing block move towards the light guide plate positioning module along the Z axis, just press the adhesive in the first area and the second area, and compact the adhesive, so that the light guide plate and the light bar are combined more firmly.

The operation of the apparatus for assembling a light guide plate and a light bar according to the present invention will be described in detail.

The light guide plate positioning vacuum adsorption control switch 11 is firstly turned on to fix the light guide plate to the light guide plate positioning module, then the first light bar positioning vacuum adsorption control switch 10 and the second light bar positioning vacuum adsorption control switch 9 are respectively turned on to fix the first light bar to the first light bar positioning module, and the second light bar is fixed to the second light bar positioning module.

Then, the first light bar positioning module is manually or electrically moved towards the light guide plate positioning module 3 leftwards by the first driving part 5, and the moving distance of the first light bar positioning module is controlled, so that the first light bar is in contact with the first light incident side of the light guide plate, and the first light bar is in close contact with the first light incident side of the light guide plate by the first buffering part. Due to the first differential head and the first elastic piece of the first buffering part, the first lamp strip or the light guide plate is prevented from being damaged due to excessive force, and meanwhile, the first lamp strip can be in close contact with the light guide plate. Namely, at first, the first light bar positioning module is moved to the light guide plate positioning module, so that the first light bar is in contact with the first light inlet side of the light guide plate, and then the pressure of the first light bar on the light guide plate is controlled through the first buffer component, thereby realizing the close contact of the first light bar and the light guide plate.

The second light bar positioning module is manually or electrically moved towards the right direction of the light guide plate positioning module 3 through the second driving part 4, the moving distance of the second light bar positioning module is controlled, the second light bar is in light side contact with the second light of the light guide plate, and the second light bar is in light side close contact with the second light of the light guide plate by means of the second buffering part. Due to the second differential head and the second elastic piece of the second buffer part, the second light bar or the light guide plate is prevented from being damaged due to excessive force, and meanwhile, the second light bar can be in close contact with the light guide plate. Namely, the second light bar positioning module is firstly moved to the light guide plate positioning module, so that the second light bar is in contact with the second light inlet side of the light guide plate, and then the pressure of the second light bar on the light guide plate is controlled through the second buffer part, so that the second light bar is in close contact with the light guide plate.

The adhesive is pre-disposed between the light guide plate and the first and second light bars, and is compressed due to the close contact between the light guide plate and the first and second light emitting diodes, and completely fills and overflows a first region between the light guide plate and the first light bar and a second region between the light guide plate and the second light bar.

At this time, the first light bar and the second light bar are aligned with the light guide plate along the X axis and the Y axis, but there is a distance between the light guide plate and the first light bar and between the light guide plate and the second light bar respectively on the Z axis (for example, the light guide plate is slightly higher than the first light bar and the second light bar). According to the invention, the light bars on two sides are close to the light guide plate by controlling the pressure and time, so that the assembly effect of the light guide plate and the light bars is improved; the device has realized equipment lamp strip in the light guide plate both sides, and convenient accurate control and adjustment have ensured the optical property of product, have reduced the removal number of times of light guide plate, have reduced scratch and broken risk.
