In a specific implementation process, the sterilizing water adding part may preferably adopt the following structure, which includes: an electromagnetic valve 36, an electromagnetic flow meter 37, and a sterilized water addition tank 38; the electromagnetic valve 36 is installed on the processing box 32, the electromagnetic flowmeter 37 is installed on the electromagnetic valve 36, and the sterilizing water adding box 38 is installed on the electromagnetic flowmeter 37;

the sterilizing water adding tank 38 is filled with sterilizing water, the electromagnetic valve 36 is opened, the sterilizing water flows into the processing tank 32, and when the electromagnetic flowmeter 37 detects that the flow value reaches a set value, the electromagnetic valve 36 is controlled to be closed, and the adding of the sterilizing water is stopped.
