The box-type substation is also called a pre-installed substation or a pre-installed substation. The high-voltage chamber and the low-voltage chamber in the box-type substation generate a large amount of heat during high-voltage and low-voltage conversion, and if the heat is not dissipated in time, the risk is certain. In view of the danger, the box-type transformer substation is mostly arranged outdoors, and the base is generally made of channel steel, angle steel and other materials; the shell and the top cover are made of materials such as channel steel, angle steel, steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, color steel plates, cement plates and the like, and are formed by bending, welding resistance or combination of the materials by using screws, hinges and the like. The top is also filled with heat insulating material with low heat conductivity coefficient, such as rock wool board, polystyrene foam plastic, etc. The materials and the method of the box-type substation can meet technical standards of sun protection, rain protection, rust protection, heat insulation, small animal entering prevention and the like, but the heat insulation filler adopted by the box-type substation can prevent strong solar radiation in hot summer, but also prevents a large amount of heat generated when equipment such as a transformer, a high-low voltage cabinet and the like in the box-type substation runs. In addition, the heat dissipation design of the box body of the box-type substation is not scientific, and usually, only a plurality of vent holes are symbolically formed in the box body, and a scientific air duct is not formed. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a box-type substation box body heat dissipation device which can form a stable airflow channel in a box-type substation box body and effectively dissipate heat of the box-type substation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a box-type substation box body heat dissipation device, including: a box body of the box-type substation, a lower shutter, an upper fan and a dust screen, wherein,

the lower louver is installed on a door of the box-type substation box body, a corresponding first ventilating hole is formed in the installation position of the lower louver, and the dust screen is installed on the inner side of the first ventilating hole;

the upper fan is installed on the side face of the box-type substation box body, and a corresponding second ventilating hole is formed in the box-type substation box body at the installation position of the upper fan.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the box-type substation box heat sink includes: a box-type substation box body 3, a lower shutter 1, an upper fan 2 and a dust screen 4, wherein,

the lower louver 1 is installed on a door of a box-type substation box body 3, a corresponding first ventilating hole is formed in the installation position of the door on the lower louver 1, and a dust screen 4 is installed on the inner side of the first ventilating hole;

the upper fan 2 is installed on the side surface of the box-type substation box body 3, and the box-type substation box body 3 is provided with a corresponding second ventilating hole at the installation position of the upper fan 2.

By implementing the above technical solution, negative pressure is maintained in the box-type substation box 3 by the upper fan 2, air with low outside temperature is drawn in from the position of the lower louver 1, and hot air in the box-type substation box 3 rises and is drawn out through the upper fan 2 and is discharged through the ventilation holes in the side surface of the box. As shown in fig. 2, during this process, a stable air flow path is formed inside the box-type substation box 3, so that cold air continuously enters the box-type substation box 3, the cold air is heated by heat generated by the transformer operation, and the heated hot air flows upward and is extracted by the upper fan 2. In the process, the heat in the box-type substation box body 3 is continuously exhausted along with the hot air, so that the aim of cooling the box-type substation is fulfilled.

The box-type substation is a compact type of power distribution equipment, so that the upper fan 2 can be installed only on the side surface of the box-type substation box 3, and the second ventilating hole corresponding to the upper fan 2 must be provided on the upper portion of the side surface of the box-type substation box 3. Preferably, the two side surfaces of the box-type substation can be provided with ventilating holes, and the two upper fans 2 are correspondingly arranged, so that a good heat dissipation effect can be achieved. However, some box-type substations are limited by the installation position, and one side of the box-type substation may be adjacent to other equipment, so that the upper fan 2 arranged on one side can achieve better heat dissipation effect.

In this embodiment, preferably, the box-type substation box body heat dissipation device further comprises a dust receiving plate 5, and the dust receiving plate 5 is fixed on the door at a position below the first ventilating hole. The support rods 6 are fixed on the door of the box-type substation box body 3, distributed on two sides of the ventilation hole and used for fixing the dust screen 4, and the lower ends of the support rods are connected with the dust collecting disc 5.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that at least two buckles 41 are provided on both sides of the dust screen 4, and the buckles 41 can be engaged with the support rod 6. The dust screen 4 is vertically placed on the dust receiving disc 5, and the buckles 41 on the two sides are clamped on the support rod 6, so that the dust screen 4 is fixed. Because dust screen 4 need provide filtered air's service for the transformer substation continuously, but the dust screen has used for a long time, and its trafficability characteristic to the air will worsen, so the speed that cold air got into box-type substation box 3 can reduce, and then can influence box-type substation's radiating effect, consequently need regularly change dust screen 4 to guarantee dust screen 4's filter effect and box-type substation box heat abstractor's radiating effect. The preferred mounting method has the advantages of simplicity, reliability and convenient disassembly.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the lower louver 1 is provided with a rust-preventive layer on the surface. In this embodiment, preferably, an upper louver is attached to the outside of the second transfer ports. In order to achieve a better heat dissipation effect, the box-type substation box body heat dissipation device can also dissipate heat through the bridge-shaped holes in the top cover inner part and the top cover outer side surface of the box-type substation box body (3), and hot air can be extracted by the upper fan (2) and can also escape from the top cover outwards.
