Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

In the fan unit described in patent document 1, the rotational speeds of the fan motors of the plurality of fan units are controlled by one controller provided outside the plurality of fan units. The controller of patent document 1 controls the rotation speed of the fan motor of each fan unit while checking the air volume signals from the sensors provided at the outlets of each fan unit. Therefore, the control load of the controller of patent document 1 becomes large.

In an air supply system including a fan unit capable of controlling an air volume, there is a technical problem how to reduce a control load.

Technical scheme for solving technical problem

The air supply system of the first aspect includes a first unit, a second unit, a duct, a first detection unit, and a first controller. The first unit has a first fan. The second unit has a second fan that supplies the first air to the target space. The duct carries the first air sent out by the first fan from the first unit to the second unit. The first detection unit detects information of the second air of the target space. The first controller communicates with the second unit and the first detection unit. The second unit comprises a second detection part and a second controller, the second detection part detects the air volume supplied by the second fan, and the second controller controls the rotating speed of the second fan. The first controller determines a target air volume of the second unit from the information of the second air acquired from the first detection portion, and indicates the target air volume to the second controller. The second controller controls the rotation speed of the second fan so that the air volume detected by the second detection unit reaches the target air volume.

In the air supply system according to the first aspect, the second unit receives the indicated value of the air volume from the first controller, and the air volume control in the second unit itself can be automatically performed by the second controller without depending on the first controller. The control load of the first controller can be reduced by providing the second unit with an instruction value of an appropriate air volume from the first controller.

In the air supply system according to the second aspect, the first unit includes a heat exchanger through which the heat medium flows. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between the first air sent out by the first fan and the heat medium.

In the air supply system according to the second aspect, the first unit is capable of exchanging heat with the heat medium in the heat exchanger, and sending the first air after air conditioning to the second unit. The second unit can perform air conditioning of the target space using the air-conditioned first air.

In the air supply system according to the third aspect, the first detection unit is a temperature sensor and CO2A concentration sensor or a humidity sensor, a first controller for setting CO according to a preset temperature of the target space2The target air volume of the second unit is determined from the value of the concentration or the set humidity detected by the first detection unit.

In the air supply system according to the third aspect, the first controller controls the air volume of the second unit using the target air volume, so that the temperature, humidity, and CO in the target space can be adjusted2At least one of the concentrations is controlled in such a manner as to be kept within a suitable range.

The air supply system according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the air supply system according to any one of the first to third aspects, further comprising a third detection unit that is disposed downstream of the first unit and detects a pressure of the first air sent by the first fan. The first controller controls the rotation speed of the first fan such that the value of the pressure acquired from the third detection unit falls within a predetermined range.

In the air supply system according to the fourth aspect, since the value of the pressure on the downstream side of the first unit reaches the predetermined range, the extra electric power cost generated in the first fan and the second fan can be saved as compared with the case where the value of the pressure on the downstream side of the first unit falls outside the predetermined range.

The air supply system according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the system according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the air supply system includes a plurality of second units. The duct carries the first air sent out by the first fan from the first unit to the plurality of second units. The first detection unit is provided in plurality corresponding to the plurality of second cells, respectively. The first controller specifies a plurality of target air volumes of the plurality of second cells from the information on the second air in the target space acquired from the plurality of first detection units, and instructs each of the target air volumes to each of the second controllers.

In the air supply system according to the fifth aspect, the first controller may be capable of controlling the output of the first fan to match the amount of the first air supplied by the plurality of second fans. Thus, the air supply system can suppress power consumption.

In the air supply system according to the sixth aspect, the first controller preferentially increases an output of a fan having a high fan efficiency among the first fan and the second fans or preferentially decreases an output of a fan having a low fan efficiency among the first fan and the second fans, when an operation state of at least one of the second fans or an air volume of at least one of the second fans is changed.

In the air supply system according to the sixth aspect, the first controller controls the first fan and the second fans so as to preferentially increase the output of the fan having a high fan efficiency or decrease the output of the fan having a low fan efficiency. Thereby, the energy consumption of the air supply system is suppressed.

In the air supply system according to the seventh aspect, the first controller determines the output of the first fan such that the processing static pressure of the second fan having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes constant or the fan rotational speed of the second fan having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes maximum, on the basis of the system according to the sixth aspect.

In the air supply system according to the seventh aspect, the first controller determines the output of the first fan in such a manner that the processing static pressure of the second fan having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes constant or the fan rotational speed of the second fan having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes maximum. Thus, the output of the second fan having low fan efficiency is preferentially reduced.

In the air supply system according to the eighth aspect, the first controller determines the output of the first fan such that the processing static pressure of the second fan having the lowest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes constant or the fan rotational speed of the second fan having the lowest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes minimum.

In the air supply system according to the eighth aspect, the first controller determines the output of the first fan in such a manner that the processing static pressure of the second fan having the lowest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes constant or the fan rotational speed of the second fan having the lowest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans becomes minimum. This preferentially increases the output of the fan with high fan efficiency.

The air supply system according to a ninth aspect includes a plurality of pressure difference sensors for detecting the processing static pressures of the plurality of second fans, and the controller determines the output of the first fan based on the detection values of the plurality of pressure difference sensors.

In the air supply system according to the tenth aspect, the first controller increases the output of the first fan when the air volume of the second fan having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans does not reach the target air volume.

In the air supply system according to the tenth aspect, the first controller may control the output of the first fan to be increased so that the air volume of the second fan having the maximum fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans reaches the target air volume.

The air supply system according to an eleventh aspect of the present invention is the system according to any one of the sixth through tenth aspects, further comprising a fourth detection unit for detecting an air volume of the first air blown by the first fan. The first controller uses at least one of the plurality of second detection parts and the fourth detection parts for comparison of fan efficiencies of the first fan and the plurality of second fans.

Detailed Description

(1) Integral structure

The air supply system 10 shown in fig. 1 includes a first unit 20, a second unit 30, a duct 40, and a controller 50. The first unit 20 has a first fan 21. The plurality of second fans 30 have second fans 31, respectively. Each second fan 31 supplies air from the second unit 30 to the target space 100. The target space 100 is, for example, a room in a building. A room is, for example, a space in which the movement of air is limited by a floor, a ceiling, and walls. For one or more object spaces 100, a plurality of second cells 30 are provided. As a representative example of the air supply system 10 including the plurality of second cells 30, fig. 1 shows an example in which the air supply system 10 including two second cells 30 is arranged in one object space 100. The number of the second units 30 may be three or more, and may be set as appropriate. As described above, the number of the target spaces 100 in which the second cells 30 are arranged may be two or more.

The duct 40 distributes the first air SA sent out from the first unit 20 by the first fan 21 to the plurality of second units 30. The duct 40 includes a main pipe 41 and a branch pipe 42 branched from the main pipe 41. Fig. 1 shows a case where the main pipe 41 is disposed outside the first unit 20, but the main pipe 41 may be disposed inside the first unit 20 or may be disposed to extend from the first unit 20 to the outside of the first unit 20. The case where the main pipe 41 is disposed in the first unit 20 also includes the case where a part of the casing of the first unit 20 functions as the main pipe 41. Fig. 1 shows an example in which the inlet 41a of the main pipe 41 is connected to the first unit 20. The first fan 21 is disposed in the first unit 20. Here, the entire air blown out from the first fan 21 flows into the duct 40.

The outlet 41b of the main pipe 41 of the duct 40 is connected to the inlet 42a of the branch pipe 42. The plurality of outlets 42b of the branch pipe 42 are connected to the plurality of second cells 30.

Each second fan 30 is connected to the target space 100 through an air passage 81. The inlet 81a of the ventilation passage 81 is connected to the second unit 30. Each second fan 31 generates an air flow from the outlet 42b of the duct 40 toward the inlet 81a of the ventilation passage 81 in the second unit 30. From another point of view, each second fan 31 draws the first air SA from the outlet 42b of the branch pipe 42. The static pressure in each second unit 30 (in front of the inlet 81a of the ventilation passage 81) can be changed by changing the rotation speed of each second fan 31. If the static pressure of the duct 40 is constant, the static pressure in each second unit 30 (in front of the inlet 81a of the ventilation passage 81) can be increased by increasing the number of rotations of each second fan 31. When the static pressure in the second unit 30 becomes high, the air amount of the first air SA flowing through the ventilation passage 81 becomes large. By changing the amount of air flowing in the above manner, the amount of supply air blown out from the outlet 81b of each air passage 81 into the target space 100 changes.

The controller 50 includes a main controller 51 and a plurality of sub controllers 52. The main controller 51 and the sub-controllers 52 are connected to each other to constitute the controller 50. The main controller 51 controls the rotation speed of the first fan 21. In other words, the main controller 51 controls the output of the first fan 21. When the output of the first fan 21 becomes high, the state of the first fan 21 changes in a direction in which the amount of air blown by the first fan 21 increases.

One sub-controller 52 is provided for each second unit 30. Each sub-controller 52 gives an instruction related to the change of the air volume to the corresponding second fan 31. Each sub-controller 52 stores the target air volume. When the supply air volume is insufficient with respect to the target air volume, each sub-controller 52 issues an instruction to increase the rotation speed of the second fan 31 (an instruction relating to air volume change). Conversely, if the supply air volume is excessive with respect to the target air volume, the sub-controller 52 issues an instruction to decrease the rotation speed of the second fan 31 (an instruction relating to air volume change).

The controller 50 acquires information of the air amount of the air supplied to the target space 100 by the plurality of second fans 31. The information on the air volume is, for example, the air volume to be supplied to the target space 100 every second, in other words, the air volume to be supplied is referred to as the necessary supply air volume. The required output of the first fan 21 is determined from the acquired information of the air amount. The controller 50 controls the output of the first fan 21 to be a determined desired output. Specifically, each sub-controller 52 acquires information on the air volume of the corresponding second cell 30 from the second cell 30. Each sub-controller 52 outputs information of the air amount to the main controller 51.

(2) Detailed structure

(2-1) first unit 20

The first unit 20 includes a heat exchanger 22, a fourth detection unit 23, a temperature sensor 24, and a water amount adjustment valve 25, in addition to the first fan 21 described above. As the heat medium, for example, cold water or warm water is supplied from the heat source unit 60 to the heat exchanger 22. The heat medium supplied to the heat exchanger 22 may be a heat medium other than cold water or warm water, and may be brine, for example. For example, an air volume sensor, an air velocity sensor, or a pressure difference sensor can be used as the fourth detection unit 23.

The fourth detection unit 23 detects the amount of air blown by the first fan 21. The fourth detection unit 23 is connected to the main controller 51. The value of the air volume detected by the fourth detection unit 23 is sent from the fourth detection unit 23 to the main controller 51. The air volume detected by the fourth detection unit 23 is the air volume flowing through the main pipe 41 of the duct 40. In other words, the air volume detected by the fourth detection portion 23 is the total amount of the supply air volume supplied from the plurality of second cells 30 to the target space 100.

The temperature sensor 24 detects the temperature of the first air SA sent from the first fan 21 to the duct 40. The temperature sensor 24 is connected to the main controller 51. The value of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 24 is sent from the temperature sensor 24 to the main controller 51.

The first unit 20 is connected to the target space 100 through the ventilation passage 82. The second air RA flowing through the ventilation passage 82 and returning from the target space 100 flows through the heat exchanger 22 by the first fan 21 and is sent to the duct 40. The above-described second air RA returned from the target space 100 is air that has once existed in the target space 100. When the air passes through the heat exchanger 22, the returned second air RA exchanges heat with cold water or warm water flowing through the heat exchanger 22 to become conditioned air. The amount of heat supplied to the first air SA that is sent to the duct 40 after heat exchange in the heat exchanger 22 is adjusted by the water amount adjustment valve 25. The opening degree of the water amount adjusting valve 25 is controlled by the main controller 51. When the opening degree of the water flow control valve 25 is increased, the amount of water flowing through the heat exchanger 22 increases, and the amount of heat exchanged per unit time between the heat exchanger 22 and the first air SA increases. Conversely, when the opening degree of the water flow regulating valve 25 is decreased, the amount of water flowing through the heat exchanger 22 is decreased, and the amount of heat exchanged per unit time between the heat exchanger 22 and the first air SA is decreased.

(2-2) second unit 30

The second unit 30 includes a second detection unit 32 in addition to the second fan 31 described above. The second detection unit 32 detects the amount of air blown by the second fan 31. Each of the second detection units 32 is connected to a corresponding one of the sub-controllers 52. The value of the air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 is sent to the sub-controller 52. The air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 is the air volume flowing through the air passage 81. In other words, the air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 is the supply air volume supplied from each second cell 30 to the target space 100. For example, an air volume sensor, an air velocity sensor, or a pressure difference sensor can be used for the second detection unit 32.

(2-3) remote sensor 70

The plurality of remote sensors 70 have a function of a temperature sensor. Each remote sensor 70 is configured to be able to transmit data indicating the temperature of the second air RA in the target space 100 to the corresponding sub-controller 52.

(3) Operation of the gas supply system 10

The plurality of sub-controllers 52 respectively receive values of the detected temperature of the target space from the connected remote sensors 70. Each sub sensor 52 holds data indicating a set temperature. For example, data indicating the set temperature is transmitted in advance from a remote controller (not shown) or the like to each sub-controller 52. Each sub-controller 52 stores data indicating the set temperature received from a remote controller or the like in a storage device 52b (see fig. 3) such as a built-in memory. Each sub-controller 52 transmits the value of the set temperature to the main controller 51. The main controller 51 determines the target air volume of each second unit 30 based on the set temperature and according to the temperature of the second air RA detected by the corresponding remote sensor 70. The main controller 51 transmits the value of the target air volume to each sub-controller 52.

The main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21 according to the total amount of the target air volume that should be supplied to the target space 100.

For example, when the static pressure at the outlet 41b of the main pipe 41 (the inlet 42a of the branch pipe 42) is a value between the static pressure at the inlet 41a of the main pipe 41 and the static pressure at the outlet 42b of the branch pipe 42, and when the static pressure is a value greater than the intermediate value, the ratio of the output of the first fan 21 is greater than the ratio of the outputs of the plurality of second fans 31. In contrast, when the static pressure at the outlet 41b of the main pipe 41 (the inlet 42a of the branch pipe 42) is compared with the intermediate value, the output of the first fan 21 is less than the output of the plurality of second fans 31 when the static pressure is smaller. The ratio of the output of the first fan 21 to the output of the plurality of second fans 31 is in a range where efficiency is high. Therefore, the main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21 in such a manner as to achieve a high efficiency ratio. In other words, the main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21 as a predetermined appropriate output with respect to the total amount of the target air volume.

For example, considering the following determination method of the output of the first fan 21, it is understood that there is a range of the output of the first fan 21 suitable for reducing the power consumption with respect to the output of the first fan 21. When the output of the first fan 21 is increased and the sum of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 is increased, the output of the first fan 21 is gradually decreased, and when the output of the first fan 21 is determined before the sum of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 bounces and increases again, the determined output range is a range in which the power consumption is smaller than the power consumption in the other ranges. Conversely, if the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 is increased by decreasing the output of the first fan 21, the output of the first fan 21 gradually increases, and if the output of the first fan 21 is determined before the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 rebounds and increases again, the determined output range is a range in which the power consumption is smaller than the power consumption in the other ranges. When the output of the first fan 21 is increased and the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 is decreased, the output of the first fan 21 gradually increases, and when the output of the first fan 21 is determined before the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 rebounds and increases again, the determined output range is a range in which the power consumption is smaller than the power consumption in the other ranges. Conversely, if the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 is decreased by decreasing the output of the first fan 21, the output of the first fan 21 gradually decreases, and if the output of the first fan 21 is determined before the total of the power consumptions of the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 rebounds and increases again, the determined output range is a range in which the power consumption is smaller than the power consumption in the other ranges. However, the method of determining the appropriate output of the first fan 21 is not limited to the above method.

After the main controller 51 determines the target air volume and transmits the value of the target air volume to each sub-controller 52, each second unit 30 other than the second unit 30 having the highest fan efficiency adjusts the rotation speed of the second fan 31 by the corresponding sub-controller 52. The adjustment of the rotation speeds of the plurality of second fans 31 is performed independently of each other.

At this time, of the determined outputs of the first fan 21, the rotation speed of the second fan 31 of the second unit 30 having the highest fan efficiency reaches the maximum. Here, the second cell 30 having the highest fan efficiency is the second cell 30 having the smallest energy consumption when the static pressure at the inlet 42a of the branch pipe 42 is the same and the amount of supply air supplied to the target space 100 is the same. The second unit 30 having the lowest fan efficiency is the second unit 30 having the highest energy consumption when the static pressure at the inlet 42a of the branch pipe 42 is the same and the amount of supply air supplied to the target space 100 is the same.

Each sub-controller 52 controls the rotational speed of each second fan 31 so that the supply air volume coincides with the target air volume. The plurality of sub-controllers 52 control the rotation speeds of the plurality of second fans 31 independently of each other. When the air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 is smaller than the target air volume, each sub-controller 52 increases the rotation speed of each second fan 31. When the air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 is larger than the target air volume, each sub-controller 52 decreases the rotation speed of each second fan 31. It is assumed that, when the rotation speed of the second unit 30 having the highest fan efficiency decreases, the main controller 51 changes the output of the first fan 21 so as to adjust the rotation speed of the second unit 30 having the highest fan efficiency in such a manner as to maximize the rotation speed.

When changing the air volume, the main controller 51 gives priority to increasing the output of the fan having high fan efficiency among the first fan 21 and the second fans 31 or to decreasing the output of the fan having low fan efficiency when changing the operating state of at least one of the second fans 31 among the second fans 31 or the air volume of at least one of the second fans 31 among the second fans 31. In other words, when the supply air volume to the target space 100 is increased, the main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21 and the target air volumes of the plurality of second units 30 so as to increase the output of the fans having high fan efficiency in the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31. Conversely, when the amount of supply air to the target space 100 is reduced, the main controller 51 determines the outputs of the first fan 21 and the target air amounts of the plurality of second cells 30 so as to reduce the outputs of the fans having high fan efficiency in the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31.

However, when the air volume of the second unit 30 having the largest blower efficiency in the plurality of second units 30 does not reach the target air volume, the main controller 51 increases the output of the first blower 21. At this time, the main controller 51 increases the output of the first fan 21 and keeps the rotation speed of the second fan 31 of the second unit 30, which maximizes fan efficiency, at a maximum.

(4) Modification example

(4-1) modification 1A

In the above embodiment, the following case is explained: when the main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21, the main controller 51 determines in such a manner that the rotation speed of the second fan 31 having the highest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans 31 reaches the maximum.

However, when the main controller 51 determines the output of the first fan 21, the main controller 51 may be configured to determine the output of the first fan 21 in such a manner that the rotation speed of the second fan 31 having the lowest fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans 31 becomes the minimum. In this case, the corresponding sub-controller 52 adjusts the rotation speed of the second fan 31 of each second unit 30 other than the second unit 30 having the lowest fan efficiency. The adjustment of the rotation speeds of the plurality of second fans 31 is performed independently of each other.

When the main controller 51 decreases the target air volume, the main controller 51 may be configured to determine the output of the first fan 21 so that the processing static pressure of the second fan 31 having the highest fan efficiency is constant among the plurality of second fans 31. In the case of the above-described configuration, the second unit 30 having a constant processing static pressure among the second units 30 can keep the rotation speed of the second fan 31 having high efficiency higher than the other second units 30, and therefore, the efficiency of the entire air supply system 10 can be kept high. In this way, when a configuration is adopted in which the process static pressure is kept constant, for example, each of the second units 30 is configured to include a pressure difference sensor 33 (see fig. 2) for detecting the process static pressure of the second fan 31. Alternatively, the controller 50 is configured to calculate the processing static pressure based on the detection result of the second detecting unit 32 and the rotation speed of the second fan 31. The controller 50 determines the output of the first fan 21 based on the detection value of the pressure difference sensor 33 of the second unit 30 having the highest fan efficiency. In this case, the corresponding sub-controller 52 adjusts the rotation speed of the second fan 31 of each second unit 30 other than the second unit 30 whose process pressure difference is kept constant. The adjustment of the rotation speeds of the plurality of second fans 31 is performed independently of each other.

When the main controller 51 increases the target air volume, the main controller 51 may be configured to determine the output of the first fan 21 so that the processing static pressure of the second fan 31 having the lowest fan efficiency is constant among the plurality of second fans 31. In the case of the above-described configuration, the second unit 30 having a constant processing static pressure among the second units 30 can keep the rotation speed of the second fan 31 having low efficiency lower than that of the other second units 30, and therefore, the efficiency of the entire air supply system 10 can be kept high. The controller 50 determines the output of the first fan 21 based on the detection value of the pressure difference sensor 33 of the second unit 30 having the lowest fan efficiency.

(4-2) modification 1B

In the above embodiment, the case where the remote sensor 70 has a temperature sensor has been described, but the remote sensor 70 may have a temperature sensor or CO, for example2A function of at least one of a concentration sensor and a humidity sensor. In the case of the configuration as described above, the plurality of sub-controllers 52 receive the temperature and CO of the target space 100 from the remote sensors 70 connected thereto, respectively2And at least one of the concentration and the humidity. Each sub-controller 52 holds data of a set value of a detection target of the remote sensor 70. The sub-controllers 52 control these temperatures and CO2The set value of at least one of the concentration and the humidity is sent to the main controller 51. The main controller 51 determines the target air volume of each second unit 30 based on the set value and according to the detection value of the corresponding remote sensor 70. The main controller 51 transmits the value of the target air volume to each sub-controller 52.

(4-3) modification 1C

In the above embodiment, the case where the first unit 20 includes the heat exchanger 22 is described. However, the first unit 20 may not constitute the heat exchanger 22. For example, when the CO of the object space 1002When the concentration is high, the air supply system 10 may be configured as a system for ventilating the target space 100.

(4-4) modification 1D

The controller 50 is implemented by a computer. The controller 50 includes control arithmetic devices 51a, 52a and storage devices 51b, 52 b. The control arithmetic devices 51a and 52a can use a processor such as a CPU or a GPU. The control arithmetic devices 51a and 52a read the programs stored in the storage devices 51b and 52b, and perform predetermined image processing or arithmetic processing based on the programs. The control arithmetic devices 51a and 52a can write the arithmetic results in the storage devices 51b and 52b in accordance with the programs, and can read the information stored in the storage devices 51b and 52 b. Fig. 3 shows various functional blocks implemented by the control arithmetic devices 51a, 52 a. The storage devices 51b, 52b can function as databases.

(4-5) modification 1E

As shown in fig. 4, an outside air introduction unit 110 may be installed in the first unit 20. The outside air introduction unit 110 has a third fan 111 and a fifth detection unit 112. The outside air introduction unit 110 introduces outside air OA from outside the object space 100 by the third fan 111 and sends it to the first unit 20. The fifth detection unit 112 detects the volume of the outside air OA sent to the first cell 20. The fifth detector 112 transmits the detected value of the air volume of the outside air OA to the main controller 51. When the outside air OA is sent from the outside air introducing unit 110 to the first unit 20, the main controller 51 may be configured to correct the output of the first fan 21 in accordance with the amount of the outside air OA. For example, an air volume sensor, an air velocity sensor, or a pressure difference sensor can be used as the fifth detection unit 112.

(4-6) modification 1F

In the air supply system 10 according to modification 1F, as shown in fig. 5, a pressure sensor 90 as a third detection unit is disposed downstream of the first unit 20 in the air supply system 10 according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1. The pressure sensor 90 detects the pressure of the first air SA sent by the first fan 21. The pressure sensor 90 is disposed, for example, near the first unit 20 of the duct 40, in other words, near the inlet 41a of the duct 40. The configuration other than the pressure sensor 90 is the same as that of the air supply system 10 of the above embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. The main controller 51 acquires the value of the pressure of the first air SA detected by the pressure sensor 90. The main controller 51 controls the rotation speed of the first fan 21 so that the pressure value of the first air SA falls within a predetermined range. If the pressure value of the first air SA is smaller than the lower limit value of the predetermined range, the main controller 51 increases the rotation speed of the first fan 21. If the pressure value of the first air SA is greater than the upper limit value of the predetermined range, the main controller 51 decreases the rotation speed of the first fan 21.

As shown in fig. 6, a pressure sensor 90 as a third detection unit may be disposed downstream of the first unit 20 in the air supply system 10 according to modification 1E shown in fig. 4. The structure of the controller 50 of fig. 6 is shown in fig. 7.

(5) Feature(s)

(5-1)

The air supply system 10 described above includes the first unit 20, the second unit 30, the duct 40, the remote sensor 70 as the first detection unit, the first unit, and the main controller 51 as the first controller. The second unit 30 has a second fan 31 that supplies the first air SA to the target space 100. The duct 40 carries the first air SA sent out from the first unit 20 by the first fan 21 to the second unit 30. The remote sensor 70 detects information of the second air RA of the target space 100. The information of the second air RA is, for example, the temperature of the second air RA, and the CO of the second air RA2Concentration or humidity of the second air RA. The master controller 51 communicates with the second unit 30 and the remote sensor 70. The second unit 30 includes a second detection unit 32 that detects the amount of air blown by the second fan 31, and a sub-controller 52 that controls the rotation speed of the second fan. The main controller 51 is based on the remote sensor 70The acquired information of the second air RA, i.e., the detected value of the temperature, CO2The target air volume of the second unit 30 is determined by the detected value of the concentration or the detected value of the humidity. The main controller 51 instructs the determined target air volume to the sub controller 52. The sub-controller 52 controls the rotation speed of the second fan 31 so that the air volume detected by the second detection unit 32 reaches the target air volume.

In the air supply system 10 configured as described above, the second unit 30 receives the indicated value of the air volume from the main controller 51, and the sub-controller 52 can automatically control the air volume in the second unit 30 itself without depending on the main controller 51. In this way, the main controller 51 can be controlled with a reduced load by providing the second unit 30 with an appropriate air volume instruction value from the main controller 51.

(5-2)

In the air supply system 10 of the above embodiment, the first unit 20 can exchange heat with the heat medium in the heat exchanger 22 and send air-conditioned air to the plurality of second units 30. The plurality of second units 30 can perform air conditioning of the target space 100 using the air-conditioned air.

(5-3)

The controller 50 of the air supply system 10 is controlled according to the temperature, humidity and CO of the target space 1002The air volume of the air supplied from the plurality of second cells 30 is determined based on at least one of the concentrations, and the air volume of each of the plurality of second cells 30 is controlled. In the air supply system 10 as described above, the controller 50 controls the air volume of each of the plurality of second units 30, thereby making it possible to adjust the temperature, humidity, and CO in the target space 1002At least one of the concentrations is maintained within a suitable range.

(5-4)

The air supply system 10 according to modification 1F includes a pressure sensor 90, and the pressure sensor 90 is a third detection unit that is disposed downstream of the first unit 20 and detects the pressure of the first air SA sent by the first fan 21. The main controller 51 controls the rotation speed of the first fan 21 so that the value of the pressure acquired from the pressure sensor 90 falls within a predetermined range. As a result, since the value of the pressure on the downstream side of the first unit 20 reaches the predetermined range, the extra electric power cost generated in the first fan 21 and the second fan 31 can be saved as compared with the case where the value of the pressure on the downstream side of the first unit 20 falls outside the predetermined range.

(5-5)

In the above-described air supply system 10, the main controller 51 can control the output of the first fan 21 to an appropriate value to match the total amount of supply air volume supplied to the target space 100. The total amount of the supplied air volume is an example of the air volume of the first air SA of the plurality of second fans 31. By the above-described control of the main controller 51, the air supply system 10 can suppress energy consumption of the entire system.

(5-6)

In the air supply system 10, when the operating state of at least one of the plurality of second fans 31 or the air volume of at least one of the plurality of second fans 31 is changed, the main controller 51 may be configured to give priority to increasing the output of a fan with high fan efficiency among the first fan 21 and the plurality of second fans 31 or to decreasing the output of a fan with low fan efficiency. In the air supply system 10 configured as described above, the main controller 51 controls to preferentially increase the output of the fan having high fan efficiency or decrease the output of the fan having low fan efficiency, thereby suppressing the energy consumption of the air supply system 10.

(5-7)

In the air supply system 10, the main controller 51 may be configured to preferentially reduce the output of the second fan 31 having low fan efficiency by determining the output of the first fan 21 so that the processing static pressure of the second fan 31 having the highest fan efficiency in the plurality of second fans 31 becomes constant or the fan rotation speed of the second fan 31 having the highest fan efficiency in the plurality of second fans 31 becomes maximum. In the case of the configuration as described above, as a result of giving priority to reducing the output of the second fan 31 having low fan efficiency, the power consumption can be reduced as compared with the case of reducing the output of the second fan 31 having high fan efficiency.

(5-8)

In the air supply system 10, the main controller 51 can be configured to preferentially increase the output of the fan having high fan efficiency by determining the output of the first fan 21 so that the processing static pressure of the second fan 31 having the lowest fan efficiency in the plurality of second fans 31 becomes constant or the fan rotation speed of the second fan 31 having the lowest fan efficiency in the plurality of second fans 31 becomes minimum. In the case of the configuration as described above, as a result of giving priority to increasing the output of the second fan 31 having high fan efficiency, the power consumption can be reduced as compared with the case of increasing the output of the second fan 31 having low fan efficiency.

(5-9)

In the air supply system 10, when the air volume of the second fan 31 having the highest fan efficiency in the plurality of second fans 31 does not reach the target air volume, the main controller 51 increases the output of the first fan 21. In the air supply system 10 configured as described above, the main controller 51 can control the output of the first fan 21 to increase so that the air volume of the second fan 31 having the maximum fan efficiency among the plurality of second fans 31 reaches the target air volume.
