Specifically, the support 24 includes a pipe support 242 and a reinforcing bar 241, the outside of the communication pipe 23 is located to the pipe support 242 cover, the outside cover of the communication pipe 23 is equipped with the pipe support 242, and the mounting hole of the pipe support 242 is located through the communication pipe 23, the pipe support 242 realizes being connected with the communication pipe 23 while protecting the communication pipe 23. Both ends of the reinforcing bar 241 are connected to the pipe frame 242 and the chemical tank 21, respectively, and preferably, a triangular structure is formed between the reinforcing bar 241 and the chemical tank 21 and the communication pipe 23, and the triangular structure has high stability. The number of the reinforcing bars 241 is preferably three, that is, one reinforcing bar 241 correspondingly reinforces one communication tube 23. The reinforcing bar 241 includes but not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped, and may also be a cylinder, etc., and the reinforcing bar 241 is preferably made of a material with the strongest strength, the lightest weight, and a rust-proof structure, so as to ensure that the bearing capacity of the communication pipe 23 is within the bearing range, and prevent the reinforcing bar 241 from rusting and reducing the reinforcing capacity.

Further, in order to control the spraying of the chemicals from the spraying unit 28, it is necessary to install a solenoid valve in the pest control mechanism 2, and the solenoid valve is preferably installed at a flange connection position of the transfer case 25 and the extension pipe 26 to control the dosage and rate of the chemicals spraying.

Example two

The present embodiment adds the refinement of the load bearing area of the car 12 on the basis of the first embodiment.

The electric power construction car that this embodiment provided still includes bearing mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 5, bearing mechanism 3 sets up and is used for bearing the weight of the goods on carriage 12, when the regional uninstallation instrument equipment that bears of carriage 12 is followed to needs, to the great goods of volume and weight, the artifical manual transport of operating personnel, wastes time and energy, and operating personnel's intensity of labour is great, and the engineering time of electric power construction car is longer, influences the operating efficiency.

To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 5, the carrying mechanism 3 includes a frame 31, a limiting component 33 and a carrying plate 32, the frame 31 is disposed on the traction mechanism 1, the frame 31 is connected to the carriage 12, and an inner space of the frame 31 defines a floor area of the carrying plate 32 for carrying cargo. The limiting assembly 33 is arranged on the traction mechanism 1 and can be selectively inclined downwards relative to the traction mechanism 1, the limiting assembly 33 is connected to the carriage 12 of the traction mechanism 1, the limiting assembly 33 is used for limiting the position of goods on the frame 31 to move and preventing the goods from moving out of the carriage 12, the limiting assembly 33 overturns relative to the carriage 12 in the direction away from the barrier strip 312 and inclines downwards to form a slope with the carriage 12, and unloading and carrying-out equipment is facilitated. The bearing plate 32 is disposed inside the frame 31 and used for bearing the cargo, and the bearing plate 32 is configured to be able to slide relative to the frame 31 and slide along the position limiting assembly 33. The loading plate 32 is completely disposed inside the frame 31, and the loading plate 32 is used to be able to load goods within a bearable range thereof, specifically, the goods are the use tools provided for the power construction. Bearing plate 32 can slide relative to frame 31 and spacing subassembly 33, and the goods on bearing plate 32 also slides relative to frame 31 and spacing subassembly 33, and along with the removal of bearing plate 32, the goods is moved to carriage 12 outside, has reduced the time of transport goods, has improved the efficiency of construction operation.

When the goods required by construction need to be used, the limiting assembly 33 is turned outwards relative to the carriage 12, the bearing plate 32 is configured to be capable of sliding relative to the frame 31 and the limiting assembly 33, so that the bearing plate 32 can extend out of the carriage 12, and then the bearing plate 32 and the carriage 12 form a slope, so that a guiding effect is achieved, the goods can be conveniently transported out, and the purpose that engineering personnel quickly detach the goods from the bearing plate 32 is achieved; after the goods are unloaded, the limiting assembly 33 and the bearing plate 32 rotate upwards relative to the carriage 12 at the same time, when the frame 31 of the bearing plate 32 is on the same horizontal plane, the limiting assembly 33 stops rotating, the bearing plate 32 can slide relative to the frame 31 in the direction away from the limiting assembly 33, the bearing plate 32 slides to be completely inside the frame 31, then the limiting assembly 33 continuously turns to the vertical state, and the limiting assembly 33 is used for limiting the bearing plate 32, so that the bearing plate 32 is prevented from being pulled out of the frame 31.

The carrier plate 32, the frame 31 and the position limiting assembly 33 will be described in detail.

The loading board 32 is specifically a flat plate structure, the cross section of the loading board 32 is rectangular, the loading board 32 is disposed on the upper portion of the carriage 12 and used for loading cargos, the loading board 32 is preferably connected to the frame 31 in a sliding manner, fixing holes are formed in the loading board 32 and used for fixing cargos, the number of the fixing holes is preferably four, if too many fixing holes are formed, the strength of the loading board 32 can be reduced, and the fixing holes are broken, the hole diameter of each fixing hole can include but is not limited to a circular shape, and the fixing holes can also be square, triangular, rectangular, polygonal and the like, and the fixing holes are preferably in the shape with the best fixing effect. Preferably, a mounting hole is correspondingly formed on the cargo, and a connecting member such as a bolt is inserted into the mounting hole and the fixing hole to firmly fix the cargo on the bearing plate 32.

In order to make the bearing plate 32 have better wear resistance, the bearing plate 32 may include but is not limited to laying wear-resistant materials, spraying wear-resistant paint, local wear-resistant structure treatment process, etc., and the upper portion of the bearing plate 32 is preferably laid with a high manganese steel plate, so as to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the bearing plate 32.

Further, as shown in fig. 5, the frame 31 includes a slide rail 311, a roller 34 is rotatably disposed at one end of the carrier plate 32, the roller 34 can slide relative to the slide rail 311, and the slide rail 311 is disposed on the traction mechanism 1.

The roller 34 is arranged inside the slide rail 311 in a rolling manner, the roller 34 can selectively slide relative to the slide rail 311 under an external force, and the end part of the roller 34 is embedded in the track of the slide rail 311 to ensure that the roller 34 can slide on the slide rail 311. The surfaces of the rollers 34 and the tracks of the sliding rails 311 are coated with lubricant to prevent rust, so as to ensure that the rollers 34 can slide on the sliding rails 311 quickly, and the rollers 34 are preferably rotatably connected to the bearing plate 32, so that when the bearing plate 32 is completely extended out of the frame 31, the bearing plate 32 can be rotated downward around the rollers 34 to the limiting assembly 33 by the rollers 34.

Preferably, the number of the slide rails 311 is two, the two slide rails 311 are arranged in parallel at intervals and are respectively arranged on two sides of the bearing plate 32, and two ends of the roller 34 are respectively in sliding fit with the two slide rails 311 to ensure the balance and stability of sliding.

In order to limit the rolling range of the roller 34 and prevent the roller 34 from rolling and the sliding rail 311 from moving, the frame 31 further includes a blocking strip 312, the blocking strip 312 is disposed at an end of the sliding rail 311 away from the limiting component 33, and the blocking strip 312 is used for limiting the position of the roller 34. The barrier 312 is connected to the car 12, the barrier 312 is preferably bolted to one side of the upper surface of the car 12, and the barrier 312 is preferably bolted to one end of the slide rail 311 away from the limiting component 33, so that the slide rail 311 is arranged to prevent the roller 34 from coming off from the slide rail 311, and the effect of limiting the roller 34 is achieved.

It should be particularly noted that the blocking strip 312 is vertically disposed between the two sliding rails 311, the two sliding rails 311 and the blocking strip 312 form a U-shaped structure, and the limiting component 33 is disposed at the open end of the U-shaped structure, that is, the limiting component 33 can selectively block the open end of the U-shaped structure. When the limiting assembly 33 is plugged at the opening end of the U-shaped structure, under the combined action of the U-shaped structure and the limiting assembly 33, the four side edges of the bearing plate 32 can be limited; when the limiting component 33 is not plugged at the open end of the U-shaped structure, the bearing plate 32 can slide relative to the sliding rail 311 in a direction away from the blocking strip 312, so as to be pulled out from the open end of the U-shaped structure.

In order to form a slope for unloading goods, as shown in fig. 5, the limit component 33 includes a limit sloping plate 331, the limit sloping plate 331 is rotatably connected to the traction mechanism 1, the limit sloping plate 331 is rotatably connected to one end of the side surface of the car 12 far away from the barrier strip 312, and the limit sloping plate 331 is turned downwards around the car 12 to the side far away from the barrier strip 312, so that goods can be smoothly transported out.

When the construction vehicle runs, the limit sloping plate 331 is always perpendicular to the carriage 12 and faces upwards to limit the bearing plate 32; when carrying goods, the swash plate 331 is turned downward with respect to the car 12, and the swash plate 331 forms a slope with the car 12 to unload the goods.

In order to enable the swash plate 331 to be tilted with respect to the traction mechanism 1, the restricting unit 33 further includes a restricting drive source 332, the restricting drive source 332 is provided on the traction mechanism 1, an output end of the restricting drive source 332 is rotatably connected to the swash plate 331, and the restricting drive source 332 is capable of driving the swash plate 331 to be tilted with respect to the car 12. The limit driving source 332 and the limit sloping plate 331 are opposite to form a certain angle to ensure that the limit sloping plate 331 can be smoothly turned.

The fixed end of the limit driving source 332 is arranged on the fixed seat on one side of the carriage 12, the fixed end of the limit driving source 332 and the fixed seat have an oblique angle and the angle is kept unchanged, and the fixed seat and the upper surface of the carriage 12 have a certain distance to ensure that the limit driving source 332 can stretch out and draw back relative to the fixed seat. The rotating block 35 is arranged between the limit driving source 332 and the limit sloping plate 331, and the output end of the limit driving source 332 is rotatably connected to the limit sloping plate 331 and drives the limit sloping plate 331 to turn outwards relative to the carriage 12. The limit driving source 332 includes, but is not limited to, a hydraulic boosting rod, and may further include an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, a driving motor, and the like. Alternatively, the fixed end of the driving source 332 may be fixed to the fixed seat, or may be rotatably connected to the fixed seat.

Preferably, the high manganese steel plate is paved on the limit sloping plate 331, and the wear-resistant sol can be sprayed to increase the wear resistance of the goods and the limit sloping plate 331.

The working process of the bearing mechanism provided by the embodiment is as follows:

when goods are unloaded, the limiting driving source 332 can drive the limiting inclined plate 331 to turn outwards relative to the carriage 12, the limiting inclined plate 331 takes the rotating connection position of the carriage 12 and the limiting inclined plate 331 as a rotating shaft and turns outwards relative to the carriage 12, meanwhile, the limiting driving source 332 can stretch and retract relative to the fixed seat, so that the limiting inclined plate 331 is inclined downwards, a slope is formed between the front limiting inclined plate 331 of the goods and the carriage 12, the bearing plate 32 is pulled by external force, the bearing plate 32 and the goods are pulled out under the action of the rolling shaft 34 and the sliding rail 311, when the bearing plate 32 is completely pulled out of the frame 31, the rolling shaft 34 is located at one end far away from the barrier strip 312 relative to the carriage 12, the bearing plate 32 is placed down by the external force, the surfaces of the bearing plate 32 and the limiting inclined plate 331 are in complete contact with each other, and the bearing plate 32 and the carriage 12 are ensured to form a slope, and the goods are unloaded.

When the loading mechanism 3 is not used for unloading goods, the limit sloping plate 331 is driven by the limit driving source 332 to turn upwards, the bearing plate 32 is rotated around the roller 34 to the horizontal plane of the frame 31 under the action of external force and the limit sloping plate 331, the bearing plate 32 is parallel to the ground, after the goods are unloaded, the limit sloping plate 331 is turned upwards relative to the carriage 12 by the limit driving source 332 with the rotary connecting position of the limit sloping plate 331 and the carriage 12 as a rotary shaft, the bearing plate 32 is rotated upwards around the roller 34 under the action of external force, the bearing plate 32 and the limit sloping plate 331 are synchronously turned to be at the same horizontal plane with the frame 31, under the action of the roller 34 and the external force, the bearing plate 32 slides along the slide rail 311 relative to the carriage 12 in the direction close to the barrier strips 312, when the roller 34 is in contact with the barrier strips 312, the bearing plate 32 is completely inside the frame 31 at this time, and then the limit sloping plate 331 is continuously turned over relative to the carriage 12, when the inclined limiting plate 331 is in the vertical direction, the inclined limiting plate 331 stops rotating, and the inclined limiting drive source 332 and the inclined limiting plate 331 have a certain inclination angle.
