The invention can automatically convey the jujube material, can automatically perform denucleation treatment, cutting treatment, gluing treatment, feeding treatment and pressing treatment on the jujube, and workers only need to put walnut kernels on the inner side of the cut jujube in the above preparation process, and the rest are all automatic operations, thereby greatly saving labor and improving the production efficiency of the assorted jujube.

On the other hand, the invention provides a method for producing assorted jujubes by using the manufacturing equipment of the assorted jujube finished products, which comprises the following steps:

s1, starting the conveyer belt mechanism 1, and intermittently conveying the material carrying platform 2 by the conveyer belt mechanism 1;

s2, placing the jujube raw materials into the placing grooves 201 on the material carrying platforms 2, wherein jujubes on the material carrying platforms 2 at each position are in different processing states;

s3, the conveying belt mechanism 1 conveys the material carrying platform 2 with the jujube raw materials to the position below the first pressing platform 31, the first movable driving mechanism 41 drives the first pressing platform 31 to move downwards, the first pressing platform 31 presses the jujube raw materials on the material carrying platform 2, the third movable driving mechanism 6 drives the pit removing rod 5 to move, the pit removing rod 5 penetrates through the jujube raw materials and resets, jujube pits in the jujube raw materials are removed, the jujube is in a pressed state, the jujube pits can be effectively removed through the pit removing rod 5, and the first pressing platform 31 moves upwards;

s4, conveying the material carrying platform 2 with the denucleated Chinese dates to the position below a cutting knife 7 by a conveying belt mechanism 1, driving the cutting knife 7 to move downwards by a fourth moving driving mechanism 8, cutting the Chinese dates from the outer side to a middle denucleation area by the cutting knife 7, and only cutting the Chinese dates into two parts instead of two parts so that the Chinese dates can be placed with materials;

s5, conveying the material carrying platform 2 with the cut jujubes placed under the first group of rubber placing mechanisms by the conveying belt mechanism 1, discharging rubber materials mixed by honey and sugar juice in the rubber material tank 9 to the inner side tangent plane of the jujubes by the rubber discharging device 10 through the rubber discharging pipe 11, so that more rubber materials can be attached, and the adhesive force to walnut kernels is improved;

s6, conveying the material carrying table 2 with the dates added with the sizing materials to a material placing station by the conveying belt mechanism 1, manually placing the walnut kernels at the cut surfaces of the dates by workers, and adhering the walnut kernels to the dates through the sizing materials mixed by honey and sugar juice;

s7, conveying the material carrying table 2 with the dates added with the walnut kernels to the position below a second group of glue discharging mechanisms through a conveying belt mechanism 1, discharging glue materials mixed by honey and sugar juice in a glue discharging tank 9 onto the walnut kernels through a glue discharging pipe 11 by a glue discharging device 10 for subsequent adhesion of other materials, wherein the honey and the sugar juice also have unique taste;

s8, the conveying belt mechanism 1 conveys the material carrying platform 2 containing the dates added with walnut kernels to the position below the discharge port 131, the two rotating shafts 17 are driven to rotate through the driving device, the two rotating shafts 17 drive the material shifting plates 18 in the two groups of material shifting mechanisms to rotate, so that two types of additive materials on two sides of the partition plate 14 are discharged onto the walnut kernels at the same time, the additive materials are attached through a glue material formed by mixing honey and sugar juice, the two types of materials can be added at the same time, and the adding process of the materials is easy to control;

s9, conveying the material carrying platform 2 with the dates added with walnut kernels and the additives to the position below the second pressing platform 32 through the conveying belt mechanism 1, driving the position below the second pressing platform 32 through the second movable driving mechanism 42, tightly pressing the walnut kernels and the additives on the dates through the second pressing platform 32 to obtain an assorted finished product of the assorted dates, fully adhering and contacting various materials, and moving the second pressing platform 32 upwards;

s10, the conveying belt mechanism 1 continues to convey the material carrying platform 2 which is provided with the dates added with walnut kernels and the additives, and the assorted jujube finished products are taken down and packaged.
