3. A mixing method for improving granulation effect by spraying agglomeration solution on sintered return ores according to claims 1-2, characterized by comprising the steps of:

1) adding the agglomerating agent in the storage bin into an emulsifying tank through a vibration mechanism, adding water into the emulsifying tank, and preparing the water and the agglomerating agent into an emulsified solution through a stirring mechanism;

2) conveying the emulsified solution to a mixing tank by a pump, and adding water into the emulsified solution to prepare an agglomeration solution;

3) the agglomeration solution passes through a liquid conveying pipeline, compressed air passes through a gas conveying pipeline, the particle size of atomized liquid drops is controlled by adjusting the air pressure of the compressed air, the atomization flow is controlled by a liquid flowmeter, and the agglomeration solution is sprayed above a mixing belt through an atomization nozzle.

4. A mixing method for improving granulating effect by spraying agglomeration solution on sinter return ores as claimed in claim 3, wherein the atomizing nozzle is installed above the mixing belt after the ore return bin.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of sintering, mixing and granulating, and particularly relates to a mixing device and a mixing method for improving granulating effect by spraying agglomeration solution on sintering return ores.

Background

In the existing sintering mixture, the sintering return ores (sintering internal return and blast furnace return ores) account for about 25-35% of the total amount of the mixture. Wherein the return ores with the granularity of 1-5 mm play a role of 'nuclear particles' in the process of mixing and granulating, and the return ores with the granularity of <1mm not only can not play a role of spherical nuclei, but also are not easy to adsorb into spheres. The return ores have poor hydrophilicity, the adhesion effect of fine-grained materials is reduced, and particularly when the high-temperature return ores are directly used for mixing, the effect of improving the temperature of the mixture can be achieved, but the characteristics of poor hydrophilicity and weak adhesion effect are better, so that the granulation effect is reduced. When the ratio of the return mine is high, the fluctuation of the water content of the mixture is inevitably caused without treatment, and the stability of the water content of the mixture is influenced.

In the existing sintering batching, the treatment on return ores is simpler, some return ores do not directly participate in mixing materials after treatment, and some return ores are subjected to water spraying and humidifying treatment, but the stability of the water content of the mixing materials is difficult to realize. The return ores or high-temperature return ores are not treated, the surface hydrophilicity of the return ores or high-temperature return ores is poor, the adhesion and the balling of the return ores with small particle sizes are basically difficult to realize, the uniform mixing and granulating effect is further reduced, the small-particle fraction of the mixture is larger, and the air permeability of a sinter layer is reduced.

In the prior art, the patent number is CN98102028.3, and the hot return ores are added during secondary mixing, so that the effects of increasing the material temperature and increasing the yield of sintered ores can be achieved, but the influence on the granulating effect is not mentioned; patent No. CN103200229A discloses a method for improving sintering mixing granulation, which is to screen sintering return ores and add water for wetting, wherein the water adding amount of sintering return powder of different size fractions is different, and the mixture enters into the first mixing for <1mm, and the mixture enters into the second mixing for 1-5 mm, so as to improve the mixing effect. But the method adds a screening, transportation, moisture measurement and water replenishing system, and the investment and operation cost is increased. The patent number is CN 111041195A, and discloses a method for strongly mixing and granulating a reinforced high-proportion fine particle raw material by sintering, which comprises the steps of carrying out first-stage mixing on iron ore powder and fine particle return ore serving as a material I, strongly mixing the first-stage mixed material with an iron-containing dust material II treated by a binder solution to form second-stage mixing, carrying out third-stage mixing granulation on the second-stage mixed material and the return ore subjected to coarse particle humidification, and realizing improvement of granulation effect by adjusting the water adding amount of the third-stage mixing, water mist particle size and the like. However, the method needs to greatly modify the existing mixing system, is difficult to realize for a sintering plant with only two-stage mixing, and increases the investment and operation cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a mixing device and a mixing method for improving granulation effect by spraying agglomeration solution on sinter return ores.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a mixing device for spraying an agglomeration solution to improve granulation effect of sinter return ores comprises an emulsifying tank and a mixing tank, wherein the emulsifying tank is provided with a storage bin, the agglomeration agent in the storage bin enters the emulsifying tank through a vibration mechanism, and the agglomeration agent and water in the emulsifying tank form an emulsion solution through a stirring mechanism; conveying the emulsified solution into a mixing tank by a pump, and adding water to prepare an agglomerated solution; the mixing device is also provided with a liquid conveying pipeline and a gas conveying pipeline which are used for controlling the particle size and the atomization flow of atomized liquid drops formed by the agglomerated solution.

Specifically, the compounding device is equipped with the atomizing nozzle for easily spray low concentration in mixing the belt top.

The mixing method for improving the granulation effect by spraying agglomeration solution on the sintering return ores comprises the following steps:

1) adding the agglomerating agent in the storage bin into an emulsifying tank through a vibration mechanism, adding water into the emulsifying tank, and preparing the water and the agglomerating agent into an emulsified solution through a stirring mechanism;

2) conveying the emulsified solution to a mixing tank by a pump, and adding water into the emulsified solution to prepare an agglomeration solution;

3) the agglomeration solution passes through a liquid conveying pipeline, compressed air passes through a gas conveying pipeline, the particle size of atomized liquid drops is controlled by adjusting the air pressure of the compressed air, the atomization flow is controlled by a liquid flowmeter, and the agglomeration solution is sprayed above a mixing belt through an atomization nozzle.

Specifically, the atomizing nozzle is arranged above the mixing belt after returning to the ore bin.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: by preparing the agglomeration solution and spraying the agglomeration solution on the surface of the return ores, the contact properties such as hydrophilicity and the like of the return ores (particularly high-temperature return ores and fine-grained return ores) are improved, the granulation effect is further enhanced, a mixture with better granularity is provided for sintering, dust suppression can be reduced, resources are effectively utilized, and the environment-friendly requirement can be met.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a mixing device for spraying agglomeration solution to improve granulation effect for sintering return ores comprises an emulsification tank 1 and a blending tank 5, wherein the emulsification tank 1 is provided with a storage bin 2, the agglomeration agent in the storage bin 2 enters the emulsification tank 1 through a vibration mechanism 3, and the agglomeration agent in the emulsification tank 1 and water form an emulsion solution through a stirring mechanism 4; conveying the emulsified solution into a blending tank 5 by a pump, and adding water to prepare an agglomerated solution; the mixing device is also provided with a liquid conveying pipeline 6 and a gas conveying pipeline 7 for controlling the particle size and the atomization flow of atomized liquid drops formed by the agglomerated solution, and the mixing device is provided with an atomization nozzle 10 for easily spraying low concentration above the mixing belt.

The mixing method for improving the granulation effect by spraying agglomeration solution on the sintering return ores comprises the following steps:

1) adding the agglomerating agent in the storage bin 2 into an emulsifying tank 1 through a vibrating mechanism 3, adding water into the emulsifying tank 1, and preparing the water and the agglomerating agent into an emulsifying solution through a stirring mechanism 4;

2) conveying the emulsified solution to a mixing tank 5 by a pump, and adding water into the emulsified solution to prepare an agglomeration solution;

3) the particle size of the atomized liquid drops is controlled by adjusting the air pressure of the compressed air through the liquid conveying pipeline 6 and the compressed air through the gas conveying pipeline 7, the atomization flow is controlled through the liquid flow meter, the agglomerated solution is sprayed above the mixing belt 14 through the atomization nozzle 10, and the atomization nozzle 10 is installed above the mixing belt 14 after returning to the ore bin 13.

The contact performance of the surface of the return fine particles and the solution is greatly improved by spraying the agglomeration solution, the mixing and granulating effects of the mixture are better, the proportion of small-sized particles is reduced, and the particle size distribution of the mixture before and after the agglomeration solution is sprayed is shown in table 1. After an agglomeration solution (the concentration is 0.05 percent (the agglomeration agent ratio is CMC: SDBS is 5:1)), the average grain diameter of the mixture is increased from 3.91mm to 4.17mm, wherein the proportion of <3mm is reduced from 43.20 percent to 41.40 percent, and the proportion of 3-8 mm in grain size is increased from 48.80 percent to 50.40 percent. The granularity of the mixture is more uniform, and the air permeability of the sinter bed is improved.

Fine fraction return ores, quicklime and the like are easy to generate dust in the process of broadband feeding, transporting and feeding at the inlet of a mixing machine, and agglomeration solution is sprayed above a mixing belt 14 behind a return ore bin 13, so that the dust raising phenomenon is inhibited while the granulating effect of a mixture is improved, the surrounding environment is improved, and the waste of materials is reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any structural changes made under the teaching of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention, which is similar or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention.
