The rotation speed of the superfine grinding is 500r/min, and the rotation speed of the scrubbing is 2000 r/min; controlling the time of the material subjected to superfine grinding to be 30min and the time of the material subjected to scrubbing to be 20min by adjusting the feeding speed; and carrying out laser particle size detection on the obtained slurry.

Comparative example 1

And carrying out wet superfine grinding treatment on the kaolin minerals by adopting a stirring mill.

The rotation speed of the stirring mill is 500r/min, the grading and filling amount of the grinding medium are the same as those of the superfine grinding section in the embodiment, and the grinding time is 50 min; the obtained slurry was subjected to laser particle size measurement under the same conditions as in the examples.

Comparative example 2

After the kaolin mineral is subjected to wet superfine grinding by using a stirring mill, the kaolin mineral is scrubbed by using a scrubbing machine, and the laser particle size test conditions are the same as those of the embodiment.

The rotation speed of the stirring mill is 500r/min, the grading and filling amount of the grinding medium are the same as those of the superfine grinding section in the embodiment, and the grinding time is 30 min; the rotating speed of the scrubbing machine is 2000r/min, and the scrubbing time is 20 min; and carrying out laser particle size detection on the obtained slurry.

The laser particle size test conditions were as follows:

the equipment model is as follows: malvern type 3000; the particle types are as follows: non-spherical; material name: kaolin; stirring speed: 2500 rpm; name of dispersant: water; the background test time is 10 seconds; the sample measuring time is 10 seconds; the transmittance is 5-20%.

The results of the laser particle size measurements of the examples and comparative examples 1-2 are shown in Table 1.

Taking the data of the examples as an example, a D10 value of 0.19 μm means that 10% of the kaolin mineral particles having a particle size of 0.19 μm or less, a D50 value of 0.54 μm means that 50% of the kaolin mineral particles having a particle size of 0.54 μm or less, and a D90 value of 1.38 μm means that 90% of the kaolin mineral particles having a particle size of 1.38 μm or less.

As can be seen from Table 1, the multifunctional wet superfine grinding device of the invention has a grinding effect obviously superior to that of the conventional stirring and grinding superfine grinding equipment for carrying out wet superfine grinding treatment on kaolin minerals; the grinding effect of the device is equivalent to the effect of separately carrying out conventional superfine grinding and scrubbing, but the device reduces the process links, avoids the transportation of slurry, reduces the equipment investment and the occupied area, and has obvious advantages.

The present invention is illustrated by the above-mentioned examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow, i.e. it is not meant to imply that the present invention must rely on the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow to be practiced.
