Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

The embodiment provides an angular electric hand drill drilling positioning and fixing tool, and the structure of an angular electric hand drill for which the tool is used is shown in fig. 1. The central positioning shaft diameter of the angular electric hand drill cannot be directly used for positioning due to the short length. The inner hole (inner diameter phi D) of the positioning sleeve 1-3 is used for positioning the positioning shaft of the electric hand drill at the angle. The extension positioning sleeve 1-1 (outer diameter phi d1) is used for positioning the positioning turntable assembly 2, and the reference conversion can be realized by extending the extension positioning sleeve 1-1. A plurality of threaded holes are machined in the extension positioning sleeve 1-1 along the circumferential direction. The first side plate 1-4 and the second side plate 1-5 are provided with unthreaded holes for fixing the angular electric hand drill. The positioning seat assembly 1 and the angular electric hand drill can be fixed by utilizing a threaded hole in the angular electric hand drill and unthreaded holes in the two side plates 1-4 and 1-5 through bolts and spring washers, and the shaft diameter positioning and connection of the angular electric hand drill are completed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the positioning turntable assembly 2 comprises a positioning turntable 2-1, a flitch plate 2-2 and a wear-resistant shaft sleeve 2-3. Wherein, the upper part of the positioning turntable 2-1 is provided with a positioning sleeve fixing hole (inner diameter PhiD) matched with the outer diameter Phid 1 of the extension positioning sleeve 1-1. Shaft sleeve mounting holes are formed in the lower portion of the positioning rotary table 2-1 and the flitch 2-2, the positioning rotary table 2-1 and the flitch 2-2 are welded to form a positioning rotary table welding piece, and a wear-resistant shaft sleeve 2-3 is arranged in the shaft sleeve mounting hole of the positioning rotary table welding piece. The outer diameter of the wear-resistant shaft sleeve 2-3 is matched with a shaft sleeve mounting hole of a turntable welding piece, the wear-resistant shaft sleeve 2-3 and the positioning turntable 2-1 are fixed by using a set screw 2-4, and the inner diameter (phi d) of the wear-resistant shaft sleeve 2-3 is matched with the central positioning shaft 6 and can rotate around the central positioning shaft 6, so that the central distance a between the positioning sleeve fixing hole and the central positioning shaft 6 is constant.

As shown in fig. 5, the fixing ring 3 is used for limiting and fixing the positioning turntable assembly 2. The fixing ring 3 is provided with a plurality of positioning unthreaded holes along the circumferential direction, and the positions of the positioning unthreaded holes correspond to the positions of threaded holes on the extended positioning sleeve 1-1 of the positioning seat assembly 1. The threaded cylindrical pin 7 fixes the fixing ring 3 on the extension positioning sleeve 1-1 through the positioning unthreaded hole and the threaded hole.

As shown in fig. 6, the fixing ring assembly 4 comprises a U-shaped cutting sleeve 4-1 and cushion blocks 4-2 connected to the outer sides of the two ends of the U-shaped cutting sleeve 4-1, a bolt and a spring washer are used to penetrate through the center holes of the U-shaped cutting sleeve 4-1 and the cushion blocks 4-2, the fixing ring assembly 4 is fixed on the inner sides of the two side plates of the positioning seat assembly 1, the inner circular arc of the U-shaped cutting sleeve 4-1 is fitted with the shape of the neck in the vertical direction of the angular electric hand drill, and the fixing ring assembly and the positioning seat assembly 1 are integrated to limit the position of the angular electric hand drill and prevent backward movement.

As shown in fig. 6, the support ring 5 is connected with the threaded hole of the support ring 5 through the unthreaded holes of the first side plate 1-4 and the second side plate 1-5 of the positioning seat assembly 1 by using bolts and spring washers, the support ring 5 is fixed on the inner sides of the two side plates of the positioning seat assembly 1, the inner circular arc of the support ring 5 is fitted with the shape of the elbow part of the electric angular hand drill 1, and the electric angular hand drill 1 is further reinforced, so that the electric angular hand drill and the positioning seat assembly 1 form a working whole, and stable drilling is ensured.
