Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The kit assembly apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application will now be described. The kit assembly apparatus is shown in fig. 1 to 10:

a kit assembling device is provided with an operation table 1, wherein a feeding device 2 at the lower part of a shell, a feeding device 3 for test paper strips, a feeding device 4 at the upper part of the shell and a test paper box assembling device 5 are arranged on the operation table 1; the shell lower part feeding device 2 is provided with a shell lower part taking station 21 and a corresponding shell lower part conveyor belt 22, and the lower part of the shell is conveyed to the shell lower part taking station 21 through the shell lower part conveyor belt 22; the test paper feeding device 3 is provided with a test paper taking station 31 and a test paper cutting device 32, and the test paper is cut into test paper by the test paper cutting device 32 and is conveyed to the test paper taking station 31; the feeding device 4 on the upper part of the shell is provided with a shell upper part picking station 41 and a corresponding shell upper part conveying belt 42, and the upper part of the shell is conveyed to the shell upper part picking station 41 through the shell upper part conveying belt 42; the test paper box assembling device 5 is provided with a positioning tool 51, a moving mechanism 52 and a grabbing mechanism 53, a fixing groove 511 which is matched with the shell is formed in the upper end face of the positioning tool 51, the moving mechanism 52 drives the positioning tool 51 to sequentially pass by a shell lower part taking station 21, a test paper strip taking station 31 and a shell lower part taking station 41, the grabbing mechanism 53 correspondingly sequentially grabs the shell lower part, the test paper strip and the shell upper part from the shell lower part taking station 21, the test paper strip taking station 31 and the shell lower part taking station 41 to the fixing groove 511 of the positioning tool 51, the shell lower part, the test paper strip and the shell upper part are sequentially stacked and pressed in the fixing groove 511 of the positioning tool 51, and the assembly of the kit is completed.

The test paper box assembling device 5 is also provided with a reagent box receiving device 6 which is used for receiving the reagent box assembled by the reagent box assembling device 5; the reagent box receiving device 6 is provided with a reagent box receiving station 61 and a corresponding reagent box conveyor belt 52, and reagent boxes are sent out from the reagent box receiving station 61 through a reagent box conveyor belt 62; the reagent box receiving station 61 is arranged behind the part taking station 41 on the upper portion of the shell, the moving mechanism 52 drives the positioning tool 51 to pass by the reagent box receiving station 61 after passing by the part taking station 41 on the upper portion of the shell, and the grabbing mechanism 53 correspondingly grabs the reagent box from the positioning tool 51 to the reagent box receiving station 61.

A casing lower feeding device 2 provided with a casing lower conveyor belt 22; the upper end surface of the shell lower conveyor belt 22 is horizontally arranged, and the lower part of the shell is placed on the upper end surface of the shell lower conveyor belt 22; the front end of the shell lower conveyor belt 22 is provided with a front baffle 23, the bottom end of the front baffle 23 is close to the upper end face of the shell lower conveyor belt 22 to form a front limit position of the shell lower part, the shell lower part is conveyed to the rear side of the front baffle 23 through the shell lower conveyor belt 22, and the shell lower part in front is attached to the rear side of the front baffle 23 and enters the shell lower part workpiece taking station 21.

A casing upper feeding device 4 provided with a casing upper conveyor belt 42; the upper end surface of the shell upper conveyor belt 42 is horizontally arranged, and the shell upper part is placed on the upper end surface of the shell upper conveyor belt 42; the front end of the shell upper conveyor belt 42 is provided with a front baffle 43, the bottom end of the front baffle 43 is close to the upper end face of the shell upper conveyor belt 42 to form a front limit position of the shell upper portion, the shell upper portion is conveyed to the rear side of the front baffle 43 through the shell upper conveyor belt 42, and the shell upper portion in front is attached to the rear side of the front baffle 43 and enters the shell upper portion workpiece taking station 41.

The shell lower conveying belt 22 and the shell upper conveying belt 42 adopt the same shell conveying belt, side baffles 26 are arranged on two sides of the shell conveying belt, and the distance between the side baffles 26 on the two sides is the same as the width of the shell; the two sides of the shell taking station 21 are provided with shell auxiliary grooves 27, and the shapes of the shell auxiliary grooves 27 are matched with the shapes of the shell claws.

Wherein, the shell lower conveyor belt 22 and the shell upper conveyor belt 42 work continuously to drive the corresponding shell lower part and shell upper part to move forwards to be attached to the rear side of the front baffle plate 23 in sequence.

The test paper cutting device 32 is provided with a test paper cutting table 321 and a cutting mechanism 322; the rear end of the test paper cutting table 321 is provided with a test paper pushing mechanism 323, the test paper is placed on the test paper cutting table 321, and the test paper pushing mechanism 323 pushes the test paper to move forwards along the test paper cutting table 321 until the front end of the test paper extends out of the test paper cutting table 321 by the width of one test paper strip; the cutting mechanism 322 is provided with a cutting knife 3221 and a fourth driving mechanism 3222, the cutting knife 3221 is disposed at the front end of the test paper cutting table 321 and movably connected therewith, and the fourth driving mechanism 3222 drives the cutting knife 3221 to move up and down to cut the test paper extending out of the test paper cutting table 321 into test paper strips.

The test strip feeding device 3 is further provided with a test strip sending mechanism 33, the test strip sending mechanism 33 is provided with a moving table 331, a test strip picking station 31 and a fifth driving mechanism 332, and the test strip picking station 31 is arranged in front of the moving table 331; the moving table 331 is disposed below the cutting knife 3221, a lower limit portion for downward movement of the cutting knife 3221 is formed on an upper end surface of the moving table 331, the lower limit portion is used for receiving the test strip cut by the cutting knife 3221, and the fifth driving mechanism 332 drives the moving table 331 to move, so that the test strip on the moving table 331 is transferred to the test strip pick-up station 31.

The test strip picking station 31 can also be arranged at the front upper part of the moving table 331, and the fifth driving mechanism 332 comprises a height adjusting part and a horizontal position adjusting part; after the mobile table 331 receives the test strip, the height adjusting portion drives the mobile table 331 to move upward until the height of the upper end surface of the mobile table 331 is the same as that of the upper end surface of the test strip picking station 31, and the horizontal position adjusting portion drives the mobile table 331 to move forward until the test strip moves to the test strip picking station 31.

The moving mechanism 52 is provided with a rotating disc 521 and a rotating motor 522 for driving the rotating disc to rotate, and the positioning tool 51 is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the rotating disc 521; eight positioning tools 51 are arranged and uniformly distributed on the periphery of the rotary disc 521 along the circumferential direction of the rotary disc 521; the positioning tools 51 sequentially form four operation stations at equal intervals along the rotation direction of the rotary disc 521, and one positioning tool 51 is arranged between every two adjacent operation stations; the operation stations are sequentially provided with a lower shell assembly station 512, a test strip assembly station 513, an upper shell assembly station 514 and a test paper box taking-out station 515, the lower shell taking-out station 21 is arranged beside the lower shell assembly station 512, the test strip taking-out station 31 is arranged beside the test strip assembly station 513, the upper shell taking-out station 41 is arranged beside the upper shell assembly station 514, and the test paper box receiving station 61 is arranged beside the test paper box taking-out station 515.

The test paper box assembling device 5 is arranged in front of the test paper strip feeding device 3, and the feeding device 2 at the lower part of the shell and the feeding device 4 at the upper part of the shell are arranged at two sides of the test paper strip feeding device 3 in a bilateral symmetry manner; the shell lower conveyor belt 22 and the shell upper conveyor belt 42 are arranged in front and back; the test paper box taking-out station 515 is arranged in front of the test paper strip assembling station 513, the test paper strip taking-out station 31 is arranged behind the test paper strip assembling station 513, and the test paper box receiving station 61 is arranged in front of the test paper box taking-out station 515; the lower housing part picking station 21 is provided outside the lower housing part assembling station 512, and the upper housing part picking station 41 is provided outside the upper housing part assembling station 514.

The rotating motor 522 adopts a stepping motor, and the rotating motor 522 intermittently drives the rotating disc 521 to rotate for 45 degrees; when viewed from top to bottom, the rotary disc 521 rotates clockwise, the feeding device 2 at the lower part of the shell is arranged at the right side of the test strip feeding device 3, and the feeding device 4 at the upper part of the shell is arranged at the left side of the test strip feeding device 3; the shell lower part taking station 21 is arranged on the right side of the shell lower part assembling station 512, and the shell upper part taking station 41 is arranged on the left side of the shell upper part assembling station 514; when viewed from top to bottom, the rotary disc 521 rotates anticlockwise, the feeding device 2 at the lower part of the shell is arranged at the left side of the test strip feeding device 3, and the feeding device 4 at the upper part of the shell is arranged at the right side of the test strip feeding device 3; the lower housing part picking station 21 is provided on the left side of the lower housing part assembling station 512, and the upper housing part picking station 41 is provided on the right side of the upper housing part assembling station 514.

The test paper box assembling device 5 is further provided with a third monitoring mechanism 54, a fourth monitoring mechanism 55, a fifth monitoring mechanism 56 and a sixth monitoring mechanism 57; the third monitoring mechanism 54 is arranged above the positioning tool 51 between the test paper box taking-out station 515 and the shell lower part assembling station 512, and the third monitoring mechanism 54 monitors whether the inside of the positioning tool 51 below the third monitoring mechanism is empty; the fourth monitoring mechanism 55 is arranged above the positioning tool 51 between the lower casing part assembling station 512 and the test strip assembling station 513, and the fourth monitoring mechanism 55 monitors the lower casing part in the positioning tool 51 below the fourth monitoring mechanism; the fifth monitoring mechanism 56 is arranged above the positioning tool 51 between the test strip assembling station 513 and the housing upper part assembling station 514, and the fifth monitoring mechanism 56 monitors the lower part of the housing, on which the test strip is arranged, in the positioning tool 51 below the fifth monitoring mechanism; the sixth monitoring mechanism 57 is arranged above the positioning tool 51 between the shell upper part assembling station 514 and the test paper box taking-out station 515, and the sixth monitoring mechanism 57 monitors the test paper box in the positioning tool 51 below the sixth monitoring mechanism 57; the inner ends of the third monitoring mechanism 54, the fourth monitoring mechanism 55, the fifth monitoring mechanism 56 and the sixth monitoring mechanism 57 are all provided with cameras pointing to the positioning tools 51 to be monitored, and targets pointed by the cameras are monitored through the cameras.

The grabbing mechanism 53 is provided with a lower shell grabbing mechanism 531, a test strip grabbing mechanism 532, an upper shell grabbing mechanism 533 and a test strip box grabbing mechanism 534; the grabbing mechanism 53 is provided with a claw 535, a conveying track 536 and a ninth driving mechanism 537, wherein the claw 535 is arranged at the lower end of the conveying track 536 and is movably connected with the conveying track 536, and the ninth driving mechanism 537 drives the claw 535 to slide back and forth along the conveying track 536; the jaw 535 is further provided with a tenth driving mechanism 538, and the tenth driving mechanism 538 drives the jaw 535 to move up and down along the vertical direction; the jaw 535 is provided with a jaw body 5351 for gripping and releasing a workpiece to be gripped; the lower housing grabbing mechanism 531 is correspondingly provided with a lower housing clamping jaw, the test strip grabbing mechanism 532 is correspondingly provided with a test strip clamping jaw, the upper housing grabbing mechanism 533 is correspondingly provided with an upper housing clamping jaw, and the test strip box grabbing mechanism 534 is correspondingly provided with a test strip box clamping jaw.

Wherein the top end of the jaw 535 is provided with a slide 539 adapted to the transport track 536 and a tenth drive mechanism 538 is provided between the slide 539 and the jaw 535.

Adjusting stations are arranged between the assembling stations and the corresponding workpiece taking stations, a lower shell adjusting station 24 is arranged between the lower shell assembling station 512 and the lower shell workpiece taking station 21, a test strip adjusting station 34 is arranged between the test strip assembling station 513 and the test strip workpiece taking station 31, and an upper shell adjusting station 43 is arranged between the upper shell assembling station 514 and the upper shell workpiece taking station 41; the lower casing adjusting station 24, the test strip adjusting station 34 and the upper casing adjusting station 43 are respectively provided with a lower casing adjusting mechanism 25, a test strip adjusting mechanism 35 and an upper casing adjusting mechanism 44, and the lower casing, the test strip and the upper casing are respectively adjusted to the angles required by the corresponding subsequent assembly stations.

The jaw 535 is provided with two jaw bodies 5351 and a jaw support 5352 for fixing the two jaw bodies 5351, the lower end of the jaw support 5352 is provided with two branches extending downwards, and the jaw bodies 5351 are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the branches; the adjusting station is arranged at the center position between the corresponding pickup station and the assembling station, and the center of the adjusting station is arranged at the center of the central connecting line of the pickup station and the assembling station corresponding to the adjusting station; the distance between the center connecting lines of the two claw bodies 5351 is half of the distance between the center connecting lines of the corresponding picking station and the assembling station, and the center connecting lines are arranged in parallel.

The claw body 5351 is provided with two claw sheets 53511, the rear end of the claw body 5351 is provided with a claw cylinder 53512, and the claw cylinder 53512 drives the claw sheets 53511 to open and close; a grabbing groove 53513 for grabbing the workpiece is arranged between the two claw pieces 53511.

The shell lower adjusting mechanism 24 and the shell upper adjusting mechanism 44 both adopt shell adjusting structures; the shell adjusting mechanism is provided with a rotary table 45, a rotary support 46 and a first driving mechanism 47, the rotary table 45 is arranged on the rotary support 46 and movably connected with the rotary support 46, the shell adjusting station is arranged on the upper end face of the rotary table 45, and the first driving mechanism 47 drives the rotary table 45 to rotate on the rotary support 46 to adjust the angle of the shell adjusting station linked with the shell; wherein, first actuating mechanism 47 adopts step motor, and first actuating mechanism 47 drives the revolving platform and rotates 180 degrees at every turn.

The test strip adjusting mechanism 35 is provided with a test strip placing groove 351, a moving plate 352 and a sixth driving mechanism 353, wherein the test strip placing groove 351 is in a cuboid shape, the width of the test strip placing groove 351 is adapted to the width of the test strip, and two ends of the test strip placing groove 351 form an opening without blocking; the moving plate 352 is provided on an extension line of the test strip placement groove 351 along the longitudinal direction, and the moving plate 352 is provided with two symmetrical parts provided at both ends of the test strip placement groove 351; the test strip enters the test strip placement groove 351, the sixth driving mechanism 353 drives the moving plates 352 to synchronously approach each other along the long side direction of the test strip placement groove 351 until the distance between the two moving plates 352 is equal to the length of the test strip, and the test strip enters the test strip adjusting station 34; the test strip is taken away from the test strip adjusting station 34 by the grabbing mechanism 532, and the sixth driving mechanism 353 drives the moving plate 352 to move away from each other to the initial position of the two moving plates 352 along the long side direction of the test strip placing groove 351 synchronously.

The test strip feeding device 3 is further provided with a test strip feeding mechanism 36, and the test strip feeding mechanism 36 is provided with a test strip box 361, a paper feeding mechanism 362 and a test strip sucking mechanism 363; the test paper is stacked in the test paper box 361, and the paper feeding mechanism 362 jacks up the test paper below to a position which can be sucked by the test paper sucking mechanism 363; the test paper sucking mechanism 363 is provided with a test paper sucking disc 3631, a test paper conveying track 3632 and a ninth driving mechanism 3633, the test paper sucking disc 3631 is arranged at the lower end of the test paper conveying track 3632 and is movably connected with the test paper conveying track, and the ninth driving mechanism 3633 drives the test paper sucking disc 3631 to slide back and forth along the test paper conveying track 3632 so as to transfer the test paper from the test paper box 361 to the test paper cutting table 321; the test paper suction cup 3631 is further provided with a tenth driving mechanism 3634, and the tenth driving mechanism 3634 drives the test paper suction cup 3631 to move up and down along the vertical direction; the test paper suction cup 3631 is further provided with an air pump, and the air pump drives the test paper suction cup 3631 to suck or release the test paper.

The paper feeding mechanism 362 adopts a turbine motor and is provided with a turbine worm rod matched with the turbine motor for transmission so as to drive the bottom plate of the test paper box 361 to move up and down; the turbine motor rotates to drive the bottom plate of the test paper box 361 to move upwards, test paper in the test paper box 361 moves upwards to the position where the test paper sucking disc 3631 can suck the test paper from the test paper box 361, and the turbine motor stops running to maintain the position of the uppermost test paper in the test paper box 361 to be stable.

The feeding device 2 at the lower part of the shell is also provided with a first monitoring mechanism 28 and a second monitoring mechanism 29, the first monitoring mechanism 28 is arranged above the taking station 21 at the lower part of the shell and is used for monitoring whether the taking station 21 at the lower part of the shell has the lower part of the shell to be taken; the second monitoring mechanism 29 is arranged above the shell lower adjusting station 24 and monitors the direction of the shell lower part on the shell lower adjusting station 24; the feeding device 4 at the upper part of the shell is also provided with a seventh monitoring mechanism 48 and an eighth monitoring mechanism 49, the seventh monitoring mechanism 48 is arranged above the workpiece taking station 41 at the upper part of the shell and is used for monitoring whether the workpiece taking station 41 at the upper part of the shell is provided with the upper part of the shell to be taken or not; the eighth monitoring means 49 is provided above the upper casing adjusting station 43, and monitors the direction of the upper casing at the upper casing adjusting station 43. The inner ends of the first monitoring mechanism 28, the second monitoring mechanism 29, the seventh monitoring mechanism 48 and the eighth monitoring mechanism 49 are all provided with cameras pointing to the targets to be monitored, and the targets pointed by the cameras are monitored.

The equipment is also provided with a control mechanism, and the control mechanism is provided with a controller; the lower shell feeding device 2, the test strip feeding device 3, the upper shell feeding device 4, the test paper box assembling device 5, the first detection mechanism 28, the second monitoring mechanism 29, the third monitoring mechanism 54, the fourth monitoring mechanism 55, the fifth monitoring mechanism 56, the sixth monitoring mechanism 57, the seventh detection mechanism 48 and the eighth monitoring mechanism 49 are electrically connected with the controller, the controller receives signals of the first detection mechanism 28, the second monitoring mechanism 29, the third monitoring mechanism 54, the fourth monitoring mechanism 55, the fifth monitoring mechanism 56, the sixth monitoring mechanism 57, the seventh detection mechanism 48 and the eighth monitoring mechanism 49, and the lower shell feeding device 2, the test paper strip feeding device 3, the upper shell feeding device 4 and the test paper box assembling device 5 are controlled to operate. Wherein, the controller adopts the PLC controller.
