(3): automatic assembly process of the gas generator: the jacking action cylinder 201 pushes the wedge block 202 to jack the jacking block 203 and the tool bottom plate 401, a gap is formed between the tool bottom plate 401 and the index plate 300 and the taper pin 402, and no component force is transmitted to the index plate 300 in the process of pressing down the upper tool 207, so that a direct drive motor driving the index plate 300 is not affected by moment, the stress of a DD motor is within an allowable range, and the service life of key parts of equipment is ensured. The servo press 205 drives the upper tool 204 to press down the gas generator, so that the detonator generates plastic deformation and wraps the detonator assembly to complete final assembly. The PLC system detects the crimping process of each product, including pressure and displacement curves, so that the process can be traced, and the product quality is guaranteed. And then, judging the press-fitting quality by machine vision, automatically scrapping unqualified products, and enabling qualified products to flow out to the next station.
