As shown in fig. 1-2, at least two electromagnetic valves 49 are symmetrically disposed on four outer side surfaces of the positioning frame 46, output shafts of the electromagnetic valves 49 slidably penetrate through the positioning frame 46 and are connected with a clamping sheet 491, the positioning frame 46 is provided with an accommodating groove matched with the clamping sheet 491, the electromagnetic valves 49 are electrically connected with the control panel 11, and the positioning frame 46 is provided with a vertical rod 492 except for one side far away from the base 1; the electromagnetic valves 49 are kept in an outward extending state when in a static state, so that when processing is carried out, more corrugated boards can be placed into the positioning frame 46 at one time, the cards 491 are matched to support the corrugated boards, when the bearing piece is positioned at the lower end of the positioning frame 46, namely when the cylinder assembly 21 is retracted and reset, the electromagnetic valves 49 are simultaneously electrified for 3 seconds to retract, further the cards 491 are simultaneously retracted into the accommodating grooves, at the moment, the lowest corrugated board loses the obstruction of the cards 491 and moves downwards to the L-shaped supporting plate 45, after 3 seconds, the electromagnetic valves 49 are simultaneously powered off to enable the cards 491 to extend out again, at the moment, the cards 491 extend into the upper side of the lowest corrugated board, further the cards 491 obstruct the corrugated board on the upper side, the corrugated board on the lower side can be prevented from automatically falling when being sent into the base 1, the stability is ensured, and the manual strength is further reduced, only a plurality of corrugated boards need to be added at a time, and single boards do not need to be added each time.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 6, the cylinder assembly 21 includes a cylinder body 211 and two stabilizer bars 212, the cylinder body 211 is fixed on the upper end of the bracket 2, the output shaft of the cylinder body 211 slidably penetrates through the bracket 2 and is connected with the creasing plate 22, and one ends of the two stabilizer bars 212 are both connected with the upper end of the creasing plate 22 and slidably penetrate through the upper end of the bracket 2; the cylinder 211 is used for applying a downward force and a reset pulling force to the creasing plate 22, and the stabilizer bar 212 plays a role in stabilizing the movement of the creasing plate 22 and ensures the stable lifting movement.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, two upright frames 5 are symmetrically arranged at the front and rear sides of the upper end of the machine base 1, side guard plates 51 are arranged at the left and right sides between the two upright frames 5, and the side guard plates 51 are matched with the accessory chains 44; the upright frame 5 and the side guard plate 51 play a role in positioning the side edge of the corrugated board, and the corrugated board is prevented from generating left and right displacement during indentation processing.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the upright frame 5 located at the front side of the machine base 1 is further provided with a cleaning assembly 52, the cleaning assembly 52 comprises a threaded rod 521, a connecting plate 522, a brush 523 and two guide rods 524, the threaded rod 521 is arranged at the middle part of the upper end of the upright frame 5 in a threaded manner, the connecting plate 522 is located in the upright frame 5 and is rotatably connected with the threaded rod 521, the brush 523 is adhered to the lower end of the connecting plate 522, and the two guide rods 524 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the upper end of the connecting plate 522 and slidably penetrate through the upper end of the upright frame 5; when corrugated container board sends into frame 1 and carries out the indentation processing, will pass through the opening of grudging post 5, because be equipped with connecting plate 522 and brush 523 in the opening of grudging post 5, its upper surface will be cleaned when consequently corrugated container board passes through brush 523, brush out the perhaps adhesion of corrugated container board surface and remaining impurity, avoid impurity to influence the indentation processing, threaded rod 521 set up the height that can nimble adjustment connecting plate 522 and brush 523, it is more effectual clean corrugated container board, guide bar 524 can play stability and guide effect to connecting plate 522's removal.

The front and rear end parts of the two side guard plates 51 are respectively provided with a roller in a rotating way, and the rollers are matched with the accessory chains 44; the arrangement of the rolling shaft can play a role in limiting and pressing the accessory chain 44, the accessory chain 44 is prevented from moving upwards due to external force or other factors, and the accessory chain 44 is ensured to be attached to the upper end of the machine base 1, so that the stability of the corrugated board during processing is ensured.
