(2) closing the elevator sliding door, and sending an electric signal when the left radar 18 and the right radar 19 arranged on the cross beam at the rear end of the second loading vehicle 2 both detect the elevator sliding door; firstly, the electric push rod 35 is displaced, the moving rod 37 of the elastic support 31 moves downwards until the permanent magnetic chuck 32 is attached to a steel plate at the bottom of the elevator car 5, the reversing electric push rod 34 retracts, the switching handle 33 on the side surface of the permanent magnetic chuck 32 is driven to rotate, and the permanent magnetic chuck 32 tightly sucks the steel plate by magnetic force; in the same reverse direction, the elevator stops running, the sliding door is opened, the left radar 18 and the right radar 19 have no detection signal, the reversing electric push rod 34 is pushed out, the switching handle 33 rotates, the displacement electric push rod 35 retracts, the permanent magnetic chuck 32 releases and rises magnetically, the hydraulic holding car clamps and holds the tobacco leaf box 6 on the second bedplate of the second loading car 2, the tobacco leaf box 6 on the second bedplate of the second loading car 2 is dragged out of the elevator car 5 together with the loading car, the tobacco leaf box 6 on the second bedplate of the second loading car 2 is held and carried away, the second pressure switch 21 on the second bedplate releases a pressure signal, the driving motor of the linear sliding rail 12 reverses to run, the linear sliding table 13 is linked with the second loading car 2 to retract to the bottom of the first loading car 1, and the hydraulic holding car moves to clamp and carry away the tobacco leaf box 6 on the first bedplate of the first loading car 1.

The invention discloses a tobacco leaf box elevator conveying and loading vehicle and an operation method thereof, which have the following technical effects:

(1) according to the tobacco box elevator conveying loading vehicle, under the condition that the original structure of equipment is not changed, the loading vehicle is placed outside the elevator car door in a centering mode, and after a first row of 6 tobacco boxes are loaded on the first loading vehicle, a second row of 6 tobacco boxes are automatically pushed out and loaded by a second loading vehicle, so that the operation efficiency is ensured; the hydraulic holding car is adopted to provide a moving power source for the loading car to enter and exit the elevator car, the power is sufficient, the hydraulic holding car is stable and reliable, the body structure size, the weight and the manufacturing cost of the loading car are greatly reduced, in the operation process, only the clamping plate part of the hydraulic holding car needs to extend into the elevator car to clamp and hold the tobacco box on the second loading car, and the wheel part does not need to cross an elevator door opening, so that the potential safety hazard is eliminated; the front end of the first loading car is provided with a laser displacement sensor and an audible and visual alarm, so that the phenomenon that the car is collided due to the fact that the car is out of position due to judgment errors of a visual blind area is eliminated; an automatic parking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of a frame of the loader, so that the potential safety hazard that the loader moves to impact a lift car in the running process of the elevator is eliminated; the power centralized control box device is adopted to provide direct current power supply for each control and execution electric device of the loading vehicle on site, and a power cable does not need to be erected outwards, so that the device is safe and practical.

(2) The invention is used for the tobacco box elevator conveying and loading vehicle, ensures the operation efficiency and eliminates the potential safety hazard in the operation process. The tobacco box elevator conveying and loading vehicle can be freely disassembled and assembled for use, has the characteristics of low cost and energy conservation, and is suitable for popularization and application of the tobacco box elevator conveying and loading vehicle technology.
