In the existing coal mining process, most high-yield and high-efficiency mines are tunneled in double lanes, and in the tunneling process, connection lanes are arranged to meet the requirements of ventilation and pedestrians, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the mining process of the mines, the passing connection lanes 14 need to be subjected to sealing treatment, so that the air quantity flowing to the connection lanes 14 is comprehensively and effectively intercepted, and the air quantity flowing to a mining working face is increased to meet the air quantity requirement of the working face. The existing connecting roadway sealing method is mainly two, one method is a wall-building pouring method, and the method needs to build a brick wall firstly, then pour a large amount of filling materials for sealing into the brick wall, or use a wood plate as a retaining wall and then fill the wood plate with a sealing material mainly comprising loess slurry, and then fill foaming materials such as polyurethane, rock and the like into the air leakage position at the top of the connecting roadway. Obviously, the method needs to consume a large amount of manpower, material resources and time, the cost of materials such as polyurethane and Rockwell foam used for air leakage treatment at the top of the connecting roadway is high, and the top supplementing method adopts the principle that polyurethane and Rockwell foam are expanded and supplemented, but the nature of the top float coal is easily caused by a large amount of heat released by chemical expansion in the polyurethane and Rockwell foam process. The other method is to use a cured cement layer and a foamed cement layer for sealing treatment, wherein two flexible molds are arranged in a communication roadway, cured cement is poured into the two flexible molds, and foamed cement is poured between the two cured cement layers. It can be seen that this approach solves the problem of large exotherms, but the amount of engineering required is still large.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a coal mine connecting roadway sealing wall and a sealing method thereof, which can reduce the sealing cost of the connecting roadway and shorten the time for sealing the connecting roadway, thereby increasing the production efficiency of a mine and avoiding causing natural float coal at the top of the connecting roadway.
