As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a coaxial and interconnected bore penetration portion 1, tolerance portion 2 and exposed portion 4. The diameters of the inner hole extending part 1 and the exposed part 4 are equal, and the diameter of the tolerance part 2 is smaller than that of the extending part 1. The limiting part 3 is a ring piece which is connected on the exposed part 4 in a threaded manner and is close to the tolerance part 2. The length of the inner hole extending part 1 is set as the minimum value of the qualified value of the workpiece; the length of the tolerance portion 2 is the sum of the absolute values of the positive and negative tolerance values. The exposed portion 4 comprises two parts, one being a solid part and the other being a hollow part. The right end of the hollow part is provided with a connecting rod 8 along the central axis as shown in the figure. The travel bar 5 extends into the bore entrance 1, the tolerance section 2 and the solid portion. The sum of the lengths of the connecting rod 8 and the moving rod 5 is the sum of the lengths of the extending part 1, the tolerance part 2 and the exposed part 4. The moving rod 5 can move back and forth among the extending part 1, the tolerance part 2 and the exposed part 4, and lubricating oil is dropped to reduce friction force. When the tail end of the hole is positioned at the extending part and the red color of the extending part still leaks at the outer end, the hole depth is smaller than the minimum value of the standard value, and the hole is unqualified; when the tail end of the hole is positioned in the tolerance part, the hole depth of the workpiece is within the tolerance range and is qualified. When the tail end of the hole abuts against the limiting part 3 and the LED is lightened, the hole depth is just the maximum value of the standard values, and the hole is qualified. When the tail end of the hole abuts against the limiting part 3 but the LED lamp is not lighted, the depth of the hole exceeds the maximum value of the standard value, and the hole is unqualified.

The invention can visually judge whether the inner hole reaches the bottom or not by stretching the inner hole into the inner hole, and can also visually observe whether the length of the inner hole is within the tolerance range. Therefore, the detection device can be inserted into the hole to visually check whether the detection device is qualified or not, so that complicated reading is not possible, and the detection efficiency is improved.
