Technical Field

The invention relates to a water meter, in particular to a water meter with adjustable flow characteristics.

Background

Compared with other water meters, the agricultural water meter is special in structure, the flow is measured through the impeller positioned on the upper portion of the meter shell, water flow only impacts one portion of the impeller, the speed of the whole section is not integrated, and the average flow speed of a pipeline and the recording speed of the water meter are greatly different due to asymmetric speed distribution or radial components, so that the metering precision is affected. Agricultural water meters generally move up and down through an inlet adjusting device, the metering accuracy of the water meter is adjusted by changing the water flow velocity distribution, however, the adjustment is only limited to an integral parallel movement error curve, and once the error curve has the condition of poor linearity, the adjustment is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a water meter which can adjust the linearity of an error curve of the water meter by changing the volume of water in a rotating cavity of an impeller.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a water meter with adjustable flow characteristics comprises a support and an adjusting sheet, wherein the adjusting sheet is detachably mounted on the support to change the volume of water in a rotating cavity of an impeller, so that the linearity of an error curve of the water meter is adjusted.

Furthermore, the support is provided with a plurality of grooves, the adjusting sheet comprises a main body and two mounting ends, the two mounting ends are located at two opposite ends of the main body, and each mounting end is mounted in one groove to enable the adjusting sheet to be detachably mounted on the support.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Fig. 1 to 6 show a water meter with adjustable flow characteristics according to the present invention, which includes a support frame 10 and a plurality of adjusting plates 20.

The support 10 is provided with a plurality of mounting posts 11, and grooves 12 are arranged on the mounting posts 11. The grooves 12 are linear and perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Specifically, a part of the mounting post 11 is U-shaped, two grooves 12 are arranged on the mounting post 11, and the directions of the two grooves 12 are opposite. Part of the mounting post 11 is rectangular, and a groove 12 is arranged on the mounting post 11. A mounting space 13 is formed between the two opposing grooves 12. The height of the groove 12 is the same as that of the mounting space 13, and the height of the groove 12 is greater than that of the adjusting sheet 20, so that a plurality of adjusting sheets 20 can be mounted between the two grooves 12.

Each tab 20 includes a main body 21 and two mounting ends 22. The two mounting ends 22 are located at both ends of the main body 21, respectively. Each mounting end 22 includes an extension 220 and a mounting portion 221. The extension portion 220 extends from the main body 21, and the mounting portion 221 extends from the extension portion 220. The mounting portion 221 is parallel to the main body 21 and located at a different plane. The mounting portions 221 of the two mounting ends 22 are located on the same plane. This design makes the main body 21 of the blade 20 more easily deformable without affecting the mounting of the two mounting ends 22.

When the water meter with adjustable flow characteristics is used, the two mounting parts 221 of the adjusting sheet 20 are mounted in the groove 12, so that the adjusting sheet 20 can be detachably mounted in the bracket 10, the volume of water in the rotating cavity of the impeller is changed by changing the number of the adjusting sheets 20, the linearity of an error curve of the water meter is adjusted, the whole structure is simple, and the adjustment is convenient. Every adjustment sheet 20 height is 5mm, can add 8 layers of adjustment sheets 20 altogether, simple structure, and accommodation is wide, can satisfy different error curve linearity regulation demands. Because the volume of water in the impeller rotating cavity has great influence on the fluid friction resistance moment of the blade and the start flow of the water meter, the water volume is reduced, the start flow is reduced, and the water meter is more sensitive; meanwhile, the fluid friction resistance moment is reduced, so that the rotating speed increase amplitude of the impeller at a small flow point is much larger than that at a large flow point, and the possibility of adjusting the linearity of an error curve is provided. A large amount of test data shows that the error of the small flow point is increased by about 1% in the positive direction compared with the large flow point when each layer of the adjusting sheet 20 is added. The structure is combined with the existing adjusting device, so that not only can the error curve be adjusted in all directions, but also an effective technical means can be provided for researching and developing the agricultural water meter with a high range ratio (R80).
