Background

In the design and construction of a transformer substation, parts such as an incoming line, a main transformer high voltage, a main transformer low voltage, a main transformer, a low voltage outgoing line and the like are combined respectively, and each part is called as an interval. The substation bay is a part of a substation and comprises ultra high (or high) voltage switchgear and connections to power lines, power transformers etc. and substation bus systems, as well as protection, control and measurement devices for power lines, power transformers etc.

A line bay if a bay for connecting a power supply line to a bus bar system; if it is used to connect a power transformer to a bus bar system, it is called a transformer bay. Typically, a substation contains many line and transformer bays as well as other bays.

The high-voltage transformer is formed by respectively combining parts such as an incoming line, a main transformer high voltage, a main transformer low voltage, a main transformer, a low-voltage outgoing line and the like, wherein each part is called an interval. For example, the incoming line interval is formed by combining a line side grounding switch, a line side disconnecting link, a switch side grounding switch, a bus side disconnecting link and a bus grounding switch from a cable head at the end of a line, and all electrical equipment form the incoming line interval.

The outgoing line interval is a device with one end connected with the bus and the other end connected with the circuit and used for connection and an accessory device, is called an outgoing line interval and is used for outputting electricity to the circuit by a transformer substation and transmitting electricity to the circuit side.

The sign board is arranged on each outgoing line interval, and due to the fact that the line of the transformer substation is cut and changed, the sign boards of the outgoing line intervals need to be manufactured and replaced again, so that the text content of the sign boards is consistent with the outgoing line intervals. The time for remanufacturing and replacing the signboard is required to be limited, maintenance cost is caused, and the original signboard is wasted.

The existing signboard usually adopts a spraying method to form characters on a metal plate, so that the existing signboard is not easy to identify at night.

As shown in fig. 5, the movable character block 2 includes a sliding block 13 with a T-shaped cross section, two power-taking sheets 14 disposed at the lower part of the sliding block 13 and used for taking power from corresponding power-supplying sheets 16, a housing 17 disposed at the right side of the T-shaped groove and fixedly connected with the sliding block 13 through screws, a character plate 19 disposed at the right end of the housing 17, and a backlight plate 18 disposed in the housing 17. The slider 13 is connected with the track 3 in a sliding mode, the shell 17 is in clearance fit with the track 3, the character plate 19 is connected with the right end of the shell 17 in a clamping mode, the backlight plate 18 is fixedly connected with the left inside the shell 17 through screws, and the backlight plate 18 is electrically connected with the two power taking sheets 14 through wires.

The character plate 19 is made of a translucent acrylic material, and characters for identification shown in fig. 1 are printed on the character plate.

The light emitting elements used in the backlight 18 are LEDs.

The LED backlight is a backlight source using an LED (light emitting diode) which has characteristics of low power consumption, low heat generation, high brightness, long life, and the like.

The backlight plate 18 using LEDs as light emitting elements has the following advantages:

1. the housing 17 can be made thin;

2. the invention has long-term reliability and durability, long service life and extremely low maintenance cost;

3. the color of the light can be selected, and different types of characters can adopt LEDs with different colors;

4. low-voltage direct current power supply can be adopted, so that the energy-saving fluorescent lamp saves electricity, is safe, environment-friendly by 5 percent, saves energy, and saves more than 70 percent of energy compared with the traditional fluorescent lamp light source; 6. the illumination is more concentrated, and the efficiency and the energy are higher;

5. the backlight plate 18 with the LED as the light source is a surface light source, so that the illuminance is more uniform and softer, and the vision is more comfortable;

the present invention thus has the following features by the backlight plate 18 using LEDs as light sources:

1. the backlight plate 18 using the LED as a light source enables characters on the character plate 19 to flicker and change color, so that visual impact on nearby people is effectively improved, and the characters are more striking;

2. the backlight plate 18 using the LED as the light source can continuously flash at night, and the dynamic and static combination attracts people's attention, and the same effect can be achieved in the daytime through the arrangement.

The left end of the sliding block 13 is square as shown in fig. 6, and the shell 17 is square as shown in fig. 6.

The slider 13 is in sliding engagement with the track 3 so that the slider 13 can be easily replaced. The word plate 19 is snap-fitted to the housing 17 so that the word plate 19 can be easily removed from the housing 17 and replaced.

During daytime, the electric energy converted by the solar cell panel 6 is stored in the storage battery 7, and at night, the controller supplies power to the movable character block 2 according to preset time, so that characters on the signboard are also very striking at night and are easy to identify. In the daytime, the controller stops supplying power to the type block 2 according to the preset time.

When the content of the signboard is required to be changed due to the change of the line of the transformer substation, the box cover 5 is only required to be taken down, the character plate 19 corresponding to the character to be changed is detached, then the corresponding character plate 19 is replaced, and the box cover 5 is buckled, so that the whole signboard does not need to be replaced, the cost of the character plate 19 of acrylic is low, the waste is reduced, the character content of the signboard is rapidly changed, and the time for changing the character is reduced.

The controller can also control the movable character block 2 according to the intensity of illumination, and automatically lighten the movable character block 2 when the illumination is insufficient, so that the characters on the movable character block 2 can be highlighted in cloudy days.

During actual use, the solar panel 6 receives solar radiation energy in the daytime and converts the solar radiation energy into electric energy to be output, and the electric energy is stored in the storage battery 7 after being processed by a charging and discharging circuit in the controller and is used for supplying power to the backlight plate 18 at night.

By adopting the solar cell panel 6, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. the installation is simple: the purpose of supplying power to the backlight plate 18 can be achieved without laying complicated lines or laying complicated lines.

As shown in fig. 5, the movable character block 2 includes a sliding block 13 with a T-shaped cross section, two power-taking sheets 14 disposed at the lower part of the sliding block 13 and used for taking power from corresponding power-supplying sheets 16, a housing 17 disposed at the right side of the T-shaped groove and fixedly connected with the sliding block 13 through screws, a character plate 19 disposed at the right end of the housing 17, and a backlight plate 18 disposed in the housing 17. The slider 13 is connected with the track 3 in a sliding mode, the shell 17 is in clearance fit with the track 3, the character plate 19 is connected with the right end of the shell 17 in a clamping mode, the backlight plate 18 is fixedly connected with the left inside the shell 17 through screws, and the backlight plate 18 is electrically connected with the two power taking sheets 14 through wires.

The character plate 19 is made of a translucent acrylic material, and characters for identification shown in fig. 1 are printed on the character plate.

The light emitting elements used in the backlight 18 are LEDs.

The LED backlight is a backlight source using an LED (light emitting diode) which has characteristics of low power consumption, low heat generation, high brightness, long life, and the like.

The backlight plate 18 using LEDs as light emitting elements has the following advantages:

1. the housing 17 can be made thin;

2. the invention has long-term reliability and durability, long service life and extremely low maintenance cost;

3. the color of the light can be selected, and different types of characters can adopt LEDs with different colors;

4. low-voltage direct current power supply can be adopted, so that the energy-saving fluorescent lamp saves electricity, is safe, environment-friendly by 5 percent, saves energy, and saves more than 70 percent of energy compared with the traditional fluorescent lamp light source; 6. the illumination is more concentrated, and the efficiency and the energy are higher;

5. the backlight plate 18 with the LED as the light source is a surface light source, so that the illuminance is more uniform and softer, and the vision is more comfortable;

the present invention thus has the following features by the backlight plate 18 using LEDs as light sources:

1. the backlight plate 18 using the LED as a light source enables characters on the character plate 19 to flicker and change color, so that visual impact on nearby people is effectively improved, and the characters are more striking;

2. the backlight plate 18 using the LED as the light source can continuously flash at night, and the dynamic and static combination attracts people's attention, and the same effect can be achieved in the daytime through the arrangement.

The slider 13 is in sliding engagement with the track 3 so that the slider 13 can be easily replaced. The word plate 19 is snap-fitted to the housing 17 so that the word plate 19 can be easily removed from the housing 17 and replaced.

T-slot lower part side has inlayed the frid 8 that the material is phenolic plastic along T-slot length direction, be equipped with two cross-sections that are parallel to each other for the power supply groove 15 of rectangle along T-slot length direction on the frid 8, power supply piece 16 inlays respectively in corresponding power supply groove 15, it all sets up below slider 13 to get electric piece 14, power supply piece 16 respectively with the 14 sliding fit that get electric of correspondence, power supply piece 16 is connected with the 14 electricity that get that correspond respectively, frid 8 passes through countersunk screw fixed connection with track 3.

The power supply grooves 15 are rectangular, the power supply pieces 16 are U-shaped, the power supply pieces 16 are elastic, the left side and the right side of each power supply piece 16 are arc-shaped protruding inwards, and the power taking pieces 14 are inserted into the power supply pieces 16.

The power supply piece 16 is clamped in the corresponding power supply groove 15 by means of elasticity, and the two sides of the power supply piece 15 are arc-shaped, so that the power taking piece 14 and the corresponding power supply piece 16 are kept in a clamping state, the power supply is more reliable, and the phenomenon of virtual connection cannot occur when the power supply piece 16 and the power taking piece 14 slide relatively.

As shown in fig. 7, the left and right sides of the rear portion of the slider 13 are parallel planes, the distance between the two planes is smaller than the width of the notch of the T-shaped groove, the upper and lower sides of the rear portion of the slider 13 are arc-shaped, and the power supply piece 16 is located at the lower side of the slider 13. The housing 17 is circular.

When one of the type blocks 2 needs to be replaced due to any reason, the type block 2 can be inserted from the notch of the T-shaped groove after being rotated by 90 degrees at the position shown in figure 7, and then the power taking piece 14 is inserted into the power supply piece 16 after being rotated by 90 degrees, so that the type block 2 adjacent to the type block 2 can be detached without pushing the type block 2 out of the end of the track 3.

As shown in fig. 4, a vertical second blind hole 12 is formed in the upper portion of the slider 13, a positioning block 10 is slidably connected to the second blind hole 12, a spring 20 is arranged between the lower end of the positioning block 10 and the slider 13 in the second blind hole 12, and the upper end of the positioning block 10 abuts against the upper surface of the T-shaped groove.

The slider 13 is clamped in the T-shaped groove by the spring 20 and the positioning block 10.

As shown in fig. 7, the upper end of the positioning block 10 is a flat surface for matching with the side surface of the T-shaped groove. The slider 13 is positioned in the circumferential direction by the engagement of the flat surface and the T-shaped groove, thereby aligning the characters on the character plate 19 and preventing the characters from being inclined or misaligned due to the inclination of the character plate 19.

The using process of the invention is as follows:

the type blocks 2 are inserted from the notch of the T-shaped groove in sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the identification characters, and are rotated to enable the power taking sheet 14 to be inserted into the corresponding power supply sheet 16, and then the type blocks 2 are pushed to adjust the gaps between the type blocks.

During daytime, the electric energy converted by the solar cell panel 6 is stored in the storage battery 7, and at night, the controller supplies power to the movable character block 2 according to preset time, so that characters on the signboard are also very striking at night and are easy to identify. In the daytime, the controller stops supplying power to the type block 2 according to the preset time.

When the content of the signboard is required to be changed due to the change of the line of the transformer substation, the box cover 5 is only required to be taken down, the character plate 19 corresponding to the character to be changed is detached, then the corresponding character plate 19 is replaced, and the box cover 5 is buckled, so that the whole signboard does not need to be replaced, the cost of the character plate 19 of acrylic is low, the waste is reduced, the character content of the signboard is rapidly changed, and the time for changing the character is reduced.

The controller can also control the movable character block 2 according to the intensity of illumination, and automatically lighten the movable character block 2 when the illumination is insufficient, so that the characters on the movable character block 2 can be highlighted in cloudy days.

By adopting the solar cell panel 6, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. the installation is simple: the purpose of supplying power to the backlight plate 18 can be achieved without laying complicated lines or laying complicated lines.

2. The cost is low: the maintenance or replacement of the line and other configurations is not required to be carried out uninterruptedly for a long time, and the maintenance cost is low. Because the device is one-time investment, no slow post maintenance is needed.

3. No potential safety hazard: the invention is an ultra-low pressure product, and the operation is safe and reliable.

4. The device is green and environment-friendly, simple and convenient to install, free of maintenance and low in maintenance and management cost.

The invention can be used for the outgoing line interval of the transformer substation and can also be widely used in various occasions needing identification.

The above-mentioned embodiments are described in detail and specifically for the purpose of illustrating the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and it is an object of the present invention to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the same, but not to limit the present invention only by the embodiments, and it is not limited to the scope of the present invention, i.e. equivalent changes or modifications made within the spirit of the present invention, and it is within the scope of the present invention for those skilled in the art to make local modifications within the system and changes or modifications between subsystems without departing from the structure of the present invention.
