Background

Therefore, the tone of the artificial nail made of casein plastics is crisp and loud, and is comparable to the tone of the artificial nail made of natural hawksbill shell. At present, the artificial nail material is used for manufacturing artificial nail materials, and needs to be soaked in water for 2-3 days for polishing treatment after laser cutting and forming. Compared with the existing process for manufacturing the artificial nails, the process for manufacturing the artificial nails by adopting casein plastics is simpler, does not need to be soaked in water, and can be directly polished by a vibration polisher without water after laser cutting. The process for manufacturing the artificial fingernail by adopting casein plastics is simple to operate, stable in technology, easy in obtaining of raw materials, excellent in tone color of the manufactured artificial fingernail and high in commercial value.
