8. The sheet loudspeaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the adapter (2) is provided with an auxiliary vibration groove (22), the auxiliary vibration groove (22) being located at the periphery of the mounting opening (21).

9. A sheet loudspeaker as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the support frame (1) is provided with a plurality of mounting holes.

10. An earphone, characterized in that a sheet loudspeaker as claimed in any one of claims 1-9 is arranged thereon.

Technical Field

Background

The traditional loudspeaker is based on that an electrified coil is driven by Lorentz force to drive a vibrating plate to emit audio frequency in a magnetic field, and the traditional loudspeaker is composed of a magnetic circuit system, a supporting system, a vibrating system and an auxiliary system, is large in general volume, has errors in the production and assembly processes of parts, makes the centering and balancing of a voice coil difficult to achieve, and accordingly causes the problems of difficult-to-solve coil wiping, garbage sound, high-frequency and low-frequency harmonic distortion and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sheet loudspeaker and an earphone, and aims to solve the problems that the traditional loudspeaker in the prior art is large in size, and a voice coil is difficult to center and balance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Specifically, the first sheet of magnet 31 includes a first substrate 311 and a plurality of first magnetic stripes 312 arranged at intervals on the first substrate 311, the second sheet of magnet 33 includes a second substrate 331 and a plurality of second magnetic stripes 332 arranged at intervals on the second substrate 331, the first magnetic stripes 312 and the second magnetic stripes 332 are arranged oppositely and staggered to form a plurality of magnetic fields, so that the voice coil 32 is electrified and then vibrates and sounds under the superposition effect of the plurality of magnetic fields, and the sound quality of the sound is good.

Specifically, the first magnetic stripe 312 and the second magnetic stripe 332 are both neodymium iron boron magnetic stripes, and the composition of the neodymium iron boron permanent magnetic material is Nd2Fe 14B. The neodymium iron boron material has rich resources, excellent magnetic property, low price and good mechanical property, can be cut into different shapes and drilled holes, but because the neodymium iron boron material is easy to rust and oxidize, the surface of the neodymium iron boron magnetic strip is usually electroplated in the embodiment, the electroplating material can use zinc, nickel, gold or silver, and in other embodiments, the electroplating material can also be phosphated or sprayed with epoxy resin to slow down the oxidation speed.

Specifically, the first substrate 311 and the second substrate 331 are both titanium substrates, the density of the titanium alloy material is small, and the density of the metal titanium is only 4.51 g/cubic centimeter, so that the titanium substrates are light in weight. And the titanium alloy material has good heat resistance, and cannot be easily deformed due to overhigh temperature to influence the sound quality of sound reproduction.

Specifically, voice coil 32 includes voice coil base plate 321 and the etching coil 322 of setting on voice coil base plate 321, etching coil 322 is used for the closed circuit, etching coil 322 is provided with a plurality ofly, a plurality of etching coil 322 interval arrange and mutual parallel connection, make a plurality of etching coil 322 can share the electrode of same group electricity, a plurality of etching coil 322 are the U-shaped setting, and the size is different, make a plurality of etching coil 322 can fill voice coil base plate 321, in order to maximize utilization voice coil base plate 321, the quantity and the shape of etching coil 322 can be according to specific speaker specification and sound production demand setting, do not do too much restriction here.

Specifically, the adapter 2 is provided with the auxiliary vibration groove 22, and the auxiliary vibration groove 22 is located on the periphery of the mounting port 21, so that the toughness of the adapter 2 is improved to some extent, the adapter can vibrate along with the sheet-shaped sound-producing component 3 better, and the sound quality effect of sound reproduction is better.

Specifically, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the support frame 1, the sheet-shaped speaker can be integrally mounted on the electrical component by using a fixing member such as a bolt to penetrate through the mounting holes, in other embodiments, the sheet-shaped speaker can be bonded on the electrical component through glue, the fixing member does not need to be additionally arranged, and excessive limitation is not performed here.

The present invention further provides an earphone, wherein the above-mentioned sheet-shaped speaker is disposed on the earphone, which has a good sound playing effect and is easy to process and assemble.
