Technical Field

The present invention relates to a functional propeller fan, and more particularly, to a functional propeller fan which contributes to deodorization, air purification, pest, bacteria, and virus avoidance and elimination by an air conditioning apparatus and a decomposition function of a flying organic matter indoors, contributes to plant cultivation in a field outdoors, and is suitable for use as various apparatuses for exterminating pests and the like or a part thereof.

Background

At present, various cooling and heating air conditioning apparatuses such as an electric fan and an air conditioner (hereinafter, referred to as an air conditioner) are installed in not only working spaces such as working spaces of houses, offices and factories but also wards and living rooms of hospitals and nursing homes, and an apparatus having air cleaning such as deodorization in the atmosphere or an apparatus specialized in air cleaning, sterilization and deodorization is installed. Among them, there are devices using magnetic field or magnetic functionality.

For example, patent document 1 discloses a method and an apparatus for deodorizing hydrocarbon component exhaust gas generated in a chemical plant, a rubber processing plant, a coating plant, or the like using an organic solvent by passing odorous gas through copper oxide powder and iron powder heated while forming a magnetic field. According to this document, the odor component is oxidatively decomposed by oxygen in the air accompanying the odor gas by a magnetic field generated in the cylinder. Patent document 2 proposes an air cleaning device in which a magnetism generating device (permanent magnet) is provided in an air passage to magnetically activate oxygen in the air for cleaning.

Further, there has been proposed an air cleaner (see patent document 3) in which a surface of a drain pan provided at a bottom of a heat exchanger in an air conditioner for receiving condensed water and a blast damper provided at a blast fan and a blast port are formed of a magnet material, thereby generating magnetism and preventing generation of bacteria. There has been proposed an air cleaning device or the like (see patent document 4) which is provided with a magnetic core provided in an air passage surrounded by a cylindrical body through which air flows and composed of a plurality of magnets radially provided from the center side to the outer periphery of the air passage, wherein the magnetic core is formed in the cylindrical body so as to be fittable thereto, and a magnetic field is applied to the air flowing through the air passage.

In addition, in the test of collecting and measuring "floating microorganisms" and "floating microorganisms" on the basis of time by passing indoor air through a magnetic field device, it has been reported that while the air is made to flow, the microorganisms existing on the ground fly and increase initially, but the number of floating bacteria and the number of floating fungi are reduced by the presence of the magnetic field later (see the graphs of fig. 6 and 7 attached to the present specification).

As a propeller fan used in such an air conditioner, for example, a fan described in patent document 5 is cited. The fan is configured such that a cylindrical boss portion is attached to a rotating shaft of a motor, a cylindrical hub portion is disposed at an outer peripheral portion of the boss portion at a predetermined interval, the boss portion and the hub portion are coupled by a plurality of bridge ribs, and blades are further mounted on the outer peripheral portion of the hub portion.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

Here, the present inventors have found that pulse-like or wave-like blowing that varies wind pressure or amplitude intensity in comparison with constant wind pressure in facility horticulture is effective for plant cultivation in a house, and that magnetic bacteria of pests living in crops alternately and repeatedly generate N-pole and S-pole magnetic fields having magnetic properties to produce N, S alternating magnetic fields in the range of life action of pests, thereby paralyzing or losing geomagnetism and disturbing nutrient intake action. Alternatively, it has been appreciated that the fact that factors that impede reproductive activity and impede life support activity can be made.

In view of the above-described conventional technology, it is another object of the present invention to provide a functional propeller fan that emits alternating magnetic lines of force in the air to be treated, disturbs the magnetic field in the biosphere of vermin to inhibit the activity thereof, and further kills or reduces bacteria and viruses, in order to perform deodorization, air purification, and pest avoidance by the decomposition function of the flying organic matter by the alternating magnetic lines of force.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a functional propeller fan in which a plurality of airfoil blades are fixedly attached around a hub attached to a rotary drive shaft, wherein a first characteristic of the functional propeller fan is that a plurality of permanent magnets are fixedly attached to the hub at a uniform radiation angle, and air is blown while an alternating magnetic field of N-pole and S-pole is generated by rotating the hub. In addition, a second characteristic is that the other airfoil blade is attached to the hub 1 starting from the hub and facing forward and backward in the oblique direction thereof at an angle (- α) which is the same as the angle of attachment α of the pair of airfoil blades in the direction of the rotation axis of the motor connected to the hub. In a third aspect, a plurality of grooves are provided on the surface of the airfoil blade so as to be inclined inward or outward from the leading edge toward the trailing edge of the airfoil blade with respect to the rotation direction of the shaft core. In addition, a fourth feature is that the overheated metal body is provided to face the hub front surface.

Detailed Description

Next, preferred embodiments of the functional propeller fan according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Examples

Fig. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In the same drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical hub having a recess 1b on the front surface, and four airfoil blades 4 extending in the radial direction on the outer peripheral portion thereof are respectively fixed to face each other at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The hub 1 is made of a non-magnetic material such as plastic or aluminum and is connected to a rotating shaft 2a of the electric motor 2. When considering that the notch design of the groove 9 or the like described later affects the durability of the airfoil blade 4, a material having high rigidity is preferable. In the present embodiment, the power source of the electric motor 2 is a commercial power source, but it is needless to say that it is useful to use natural energy such as sunlight, water power, and wind power as the power source.

A plurality of magnet fitting holes 3a are bored in the recesses 1b of the hub 1 at arbitrary intervals, and the permanent magnets 3 are fitted and fixed to the magnet fitting holes 3a, respectively, and the cover 1a is fastened with bolts 1c to close the recesses 1b of the hub 1. The permanent magnets 3 are preferably arranged radially at equal intervals along the circumference of the hub 1. The permanent magnet 3 may be disposed such that N poles and S poles are alternately located, or disposed such that the same poles are adjacent to each other. The number of configurations is also arbitrary. The hub 1 rotates at a high speed by a rotating shaft 2a connected to the electric motor 2. In the figure, 5 is a disk-shaped overheated metal plate which generates heat by electromagnetic induction and is made of aluminum.

That is, the disk-shaped overheated metal body 5 is provided as a heat source at a position facing the hub 1 as necessary by utilizing the magnetic induction heating phenomenon. In this case, as shown in fig. 3, warm air is sent through the aluminum grid cover 6 like a normal electric fan. The disk-shaped overheated metal body 5 is detachably attached to the opening 6a of the grille 6, and is removed or replaced with a metal body having no opening 6a when cold air is blown. Further, by selecting the favorite color of the insect pest, coloring the wing blade or attaching a favorite color bulb 8 near the rear of the device, the trapping effect of the insect pest such as mosquito is improved. Attracted pests are killed by the wing-shaped blade.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the attachment angle of any one pair of airfoil blades 4a, 4a in the direction of the rotation shaft 2a of the electric motor 2 coupled to the hub 1 is made different from the attachment angle of the other pair of airfoil blades 4b, 4 b. That is, the pair of airfoil blades (4a, 4a or 4b, 4b) are arranged back to back in the circumferential direction, and the other airfoil blade 4b, 4b is attached to the hub 1 at the same angle as the attachment angle α of the pair of airfoil blades 4a, 4a of the one blade plate, that is, at the angle β (- α), so that air blowing in different directions, i.e., in the diffusing direction and the converging direction, can be performed when the propeller fan rotates. The installation angle of the airfoil blades (4a, 4b) is an angle formed between the direction of the rotational axis of the hub 1 and the airfoil blades (4a, 4 b).

With the above configuration, it is possible to perform pulse-like or wave-like air blowing effective for plant growth or finger pressure of a human body. Further, without providing any special device, the air can be diffused or converged only by the rotation of the fan, and the air can be blown into the entire room and at a precise point.

In the above embodiment, the attachment angles of the airfoil blades (4a, 4a or 4b, 4b) are set to be axially symmetrical in the front-rear direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the attachment angle α of one airfoil blade (4a, 4a) may be set smaller than the attachment angle β of the other airfoil blade (4b, 4b), or the other may be set in the opposite direction.

Fig. 5 shows that a plurality of grooves 9 are provided on the surface of the airfoil blade 4 inward or outward with respect to the rotation shaft (axial core of the hub 1) 2a of the electric motor. Thus, the air can be diffused or converged only by the rotation of the fan without using any special device.

The propeller fan of the above embodiment is preferably used by being attached to the electric motor 2 capable of speed control by a wave number control method, a phase control method, or the like, but is not particularly limited thereto. As the permanent magnet to be loaded, for example, a permanent magnet having a surface of 200 millitesla (mT) or more such as a neodymium magnet or a samarium magnet is preferably used. The hub 1 rotates at several hundred rpm or more.

In the apparatus of the present embodiment, by rotating the flat plate-like rotating body on which the permanent magnet having a strong magnetic force is disposed at a high speed, it is possible to produce air blow having an alternating magnetic field of N, S in a living atmosphere within a living range (for example, indoors) of a human.

The blood component contains ions ionized into positive ions and negative ions. They flow in the blood vessel corresponding to the flow of electric current. When a magnetic field is applied thereto using a magnet, a lorentz force is generated by the fleming's left hand law. This force is thought to activate the circulation of ions, promote blood circulation, and relieve symptoms such as shoulder soreness.

The cellular fluid is divided into extracellular fluid and intracellular fluid by sandwiching the cell membrane. The cell membrane is a biological membrane composed of a phospholipid bilayer and a protein, and transport of the ionized solute is performed by maintaining a constant difference in electrolyte concentration between the inside and outside of the cell sap. The change in the electrolyte concentration is reflected by a physicochemical difference such as surface tension, viscosity, and electric resistance of the body fluid, and also has a subtle influence on the physiological action of the human body. That is, blood is a flow of an electrolyte solution containing various ions required for vital activities, and can be regarded as a weak current.

The radial distance of the magnetic lines of the device of the invention is extended. Therefore, magnetic lines of force effectively penetrate a path of a circulatory system such as carotid artery or aorta inside a human body, and exert a magnetic action on blood flowing in a blood vessel or lymph flowing in a lymphatic system, thereby promoting ionization of blood and the like, and promoting a local massage effect by propagating vibration (pulse) generated when the S-pole and N-pole of the magnet are exchanged, so that the circulation of blood and the like is improved, and a magnetotherapy effect of relieving muscle soreness such as shoulder soreness is achieved.

In addition, the present inventors have focused on: living organisms on the earth have a compass function that more or less reacts to geomagnetism. For example, magnetic bacteria retain magnetite microparticles in the body, as magnetic probe bacteria were found in 1960. Furthermore, it was found that magnetic bacteria living in the northern hemisphere acted with S as an index, and magnetic bacteria living in the southern hemisphere acted with N as an index. Interestingly, magnetic bacteria exhibiting the northern hemisphere have a tendency to have north (the S-pole of the magnet) directivity, and magnetic bacteria in the southern hemisphere have south (the N-pole of the magnet) directivity. In addition, it can be considered that the homing instinct of migratory fish, born fish, insects, migratory birds, etc. is also related to the intrinsic magnetic substance.

Therefore, pests living in crops may also retain magnetic bacteria and act. Therefore, N-pole and S-pole magnetic fields, which are characteristics of magnets, are alternately and repeatedly generated, and an alternating magnetic field of N, S is created in the living range of vermin, thereby causing geomagnetism to be paralyzed or lost, and disturbing the action of nutrient intake. Alternatively, it is understood that factors can be made that impede reproductive activity and impede life support activity.

It has also been found that: by using the device of the present invention, N, S alternating magnetic field is created in the living area of pests, which disturbs the nutrient intake action or hinders the reproduction action and the life support action in response to the geomagnetism being paralyzed or lost.

That is, the alternating magnetic lines of force radiate alternating magnetic force in the atmosphere for the purpose of avoiding the magnetic bacteria-retaining bodies such as pests, and disturb the magnetic field in the biosphere of the pests to prevent the activity thereof, and are suitable for pests that parasitize crops and cause pests, so that it is possible to sufficiently estimate that bacteria or viruses are reduced or eliminated by the alternating magnetic lines of force. The alternating magnetic lines of force can be emitted in the air as the object, so that the bacteria or virus source bodies can be reduced or eliminated by generating an overheating phenomenon due to the mutual friction of the magnetic forces of the diamagnetism.

The following describes the verification of various functionalities of the device of the present invention and experimental results.

[ verification 1: effect on the phase of an Airfoil blade

(1) The pair of four airfoil blades on one side of the air inlet angle is in phase, and the air inlet angle of the pair of airfoil blades on the other side of the opposite angle is different, so that vibration and amplitude wind is generated. The vibration and amplitude wind promotes the growth of crops and brings finger pressure effect to the body surface of a human body. In addition, the air blowing distance is also extended by the vibration resonance interlocking action.

(2) Some media is required for the powdering of plants. In particular, in the case of cultivating tomatoes, strawberries and the like by the greenhouse cultivation method, honeybees are required to participate, but natural pollination can be performed by vibration generated from the device and vibrating wind.

(3) Small insects having wings become unable to fly due to vibration or wind generated by the device.

(4) In full summer, the 'air supply convergence focus' of air supply converged by air supply obtained by operating the device under the environment with the indoor temperature of 32 ℃ and the humidity of 71% is set to be 70cm in front from the front airfoil blade and to be 100cm from the rear airfoil blade, and the room temperature is reduced by 2-3 ℃.

[ verification 2: action of the channel strips with respect to the aerofoil blades ]

The wheel-shaped diffused wind can be conveyed by the groove strips 9 of the blades, and the air can be convected to each corner in the room. The sequentially-sent wheel-like wind is made to be uniform without omission by generating reflected wind sequentially due to the time difference between arrival at the inner wall of the room and diffusing the turbulent flow of the indoor air.

[ authentication 3: paramagnetic effect on the atmosphere

An alternating magnetic field is given to a static magnetic field (magnetic moment is a substrate) in the air, so that the air is excited, and the air is activated. When the indoor rotten air is activated, the organic acid odor disappears. It is presumed that this action is a reaction action of diffusing the odor molecules + the carbon-induced alpha action or reversibly converting the odor molecules between the air-associated molecules. Organic acid odor refers to, for example, malodor (body odor, excrement odor) peculiar to facilities of the elderly.

[ verification 4: compartmentalization of boundary regions with respect to the atmosphere

When the apparatus is operated in the closed chamber, the normal pressure in the chamber is maintained at a high pressure higher than the normal pressure of the outside air. Therefore, the inflow of the polluted atmosphere into the room from the outside is prevented.

[ verification 5: about the effect of alternating magnetic lines of force ]

(1) When a magnetic line of force is applied to a human body, magnetic resonance is generated in the nuclei of hydrogen atoms or oxygen atoms to change the energy state in the body, thereby promoting blood circulation. The effect is considered to be caused by the emission of electromagnetic waves generated by an alternating magnetic field.

(2) Alternate magnetic lines of force avoid the retention of magnetic bacteria such as pests. The alternating magnetic force is radiated in the atmosphere of the object, disturbing the magnetic field in the biosphere of the vermin, and hindering the movement thereof. Can also be applied to pests which parasitize crops and cause insect pests.

(3) Alternate magnetic lines of force are emitted in the atmosphere to be treated, and the bacteria or virus-derived bodies are reduced or destroyed by the overheating phenomenon caused by the mutual friction of the magnetic forces of the diamagnetism.

(4) As for bacteria and viruses entering the body, the wind with alternating magnetic lines of force is sent from the air outlet during the operation of the device directly to the lungs through the nasal cavity or the oral cavity by deep breathing (for example, an operation of inhaling air through the large mouth, temporarily stopping breathing, slowly exhaling air through the nose, or an operation reverse thereto) to thereby improve the influenza sufferer. This was considered to be because: producing a mutation in a good factor or a bad factor in active oxygen in vivo, and exerting some hindrance to the proliferation of a virus that buds through the cytoplasm; and the activation of immune function is improved by the body temperature rise caused by the magnetic line of the alternating magnetic field.

Hereinafter, the experimental examples reported in non-patent document 1 will be described as the basis of reduction or elimination of bacteria and viruses, and the influence of the presence or absence of a magnetic field on general microorganisms and fungi floating in the air.

[ Experimental example ]

The microbial test is carried out according to the hygiene test method (for example, described in Japan society of pharmacy: the hygiene test method, comments, King Kogyo publication (2000)). Further, the microbial test was carried out at a position 3m away from the outlet of the heat exchanger and 1.5m in height by using an air sampler.

In general, the bacteria were measured by aspirating 200 liters of air and then culturing the cells at 30 ℃ for 2 days using agar strips TC (manufactured by Biotester Co., Ltd.). The growth of the fungus was measured by sucking 1000 liters of air and then culturing the cells at 25 ℃ for 5 days using agar strips YM (manufactured by Biotester Co., Ltd.). In this experiment, a heat exchange/ventilation unit VN-350 SS2 manufactured by Toshiba corporation was used as a heat exchanger.

(1) The graph of fig. 6 shows the results of increasing and decreasing the number of general bacteria in room air (1000ml) per elapsed time. When air was circulated without providing a magnetic field, the number of bacteria was 2.5 times or more as large as the number of bacteria at the start, and then, the number of bacteria was decreased, and the number of bacteria was returned to the same number as that at the start 24 hours or more. On the other hand, when the magnetic field is set and air is circulated, the number of bacteria at the start is close to 2 times that at 1 hour, and the relationship is similar to that in the case where the magnetic field is not present, but the number is greatly reduced after 3 hours and is maintained after 24 hours. As a result, if air is caused to flow in this manner, the number of floating bacteria is reduced by the presence of the magnetic field.

(2) Number of fungi in indoor air (1000ml) per elapsed time

The results of the floating fungi shown in fig. 7 show that the initial number of fungi itself was large, but when air was circulated without providing a magnetic field, the initial number of fungi was nearly 2 times in 3 hours and then slightly decreased, but the initial number of fungi was equal to or more than 24 hours later. On the other hand, when the magnetic field was set and air was circulated, the time was halved after 1 hour, and no fungus was detected after 9 hours. As a result, if air is caused to flow in this way, the number of floating fungi is reduced by the presence of the magnetic field.

From the above results, it was found that when air is passed through the magnetic field formed by the magnet, floating of general microorganisms is significantly reduced as compared with the case where air is not passed through the magnetic field, and the effect is extremely excellent. It is also known that microorganisms floating in the air are influenced by the magnetic field and are likely to be inhibited from propagating.

Industrial applicability

According to the device of the present invention, the following excellent effects are obtained. Therefore, the present invention is useful for indoor air conditioning equipment, deodorization by a decomposition function of scattered organic substances, air purification, and avoidance and elimination of insect pests, bacteria, and viruses, and is useful for outdoor plant cultivation in fields, and is applicable to various industrial fields as various equipment for eliminating insect pests, or a part thereof.

(1) And magnetic bacteria such as pests and the like are avoided through the radiated alternative magnetic lines of force.

(2) The bacteria or virus source is eliminated or reduced by the overheating phenomenon caused by the mutual friction of the magnetic force of the diamagnetism through the radiated alternating magnetic lines of force.

(3) Eliminate organic acid odor such as offensive odor (body odor, excrement odor) peculiar to old people's facilities.

(4) When the present apparatus is operated in a closed chamber, the inflow of polluted air from the outside into the chamber can be prevented by maintaining the normal pressure in the chamber at a high pressure higher than the normal pressure of the outside air.

(5) Electromagnetic waves generated by the alternating magnetic field are radiated to generate magnetic resonance in the nuclei of hydrogen atoms or oxygen atoms in the human body, thereby changing the energy state in the body, promoting blood circulation, and maintaining a healthy state.

(6) The difference is set for the air inlet angle of the blade, so that the vibration and amplitude wind is generated. The vibration and amplitude wind promotes the growth of crops and brings finger pressure effect to the body surface of a human body. In addition, the air blowing distance is also extended by the vibration resonance interlocking action.

(7) The natural powdering can be performed without using any medium such as bees by the vibration and the vibrating wind generated from the device.

(8) Small insects having wings cannot fly due to the alternating magnetic field, vibration, and vibrating wind generated from the device.

(9) By controlling the focal distance at which the air flows from the blades converge, cool air can be obtained.

(10) The used electric power is only used for rotating the rotating body, the power consumption is low, and the operation cost is low.

(11) Since the flat plate-like rotary body is provided with the permanent magnet, and the flat plate-like rotary body is simply rotated, the flat plate-like rotary body is harmless to the human body, hardly causes a failure, and is easy to maintain.
