Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of orthopedic medical instruments, and particularly relates to an osteotomy guiding device.

Background

In bone surgery, an osteotomy of a diseased bone is required, the shape of which matches the shape of the prosthesis to be implanted, and in order to improve the accuracy of the shape of the osteotomy, the osteotomy procedure is usually performed with the aid of an osteotomy guide. The osteotomy guide disclosed in the prior art cannot meet the use requirement of multi-angle osteotomy.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the osteotomy guiding device which is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, capable of setting a plurality of osteotomy guiding angles and capable of simply and quickly calibrating the position and the angle of an osteotomy surface.

In order to achieve the purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the bone cutting guide device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the manufacturing is convenient, one bone cutting guide device is arranged to set a plurality of bone cutting guide angles, the bone cutting guide device is provided with the first guide grooves with various angle specifications according to requirements for selection and use, and the position and the angle of a bone cutting surface can be calibrated simply and quickly.

A first positioning hole 14 and a second positioning hole 15 are formed in the first mounting seat 1, and the axes of the first positioning hole 14 and the second positioning hole 15 are intersected; a third positioning hole 16 and a fourth positioning hole 17 are formed in the second mounting seat 3, and the axes of the third positioning hole 16 and the fourth positioning hole 17 are intersected; the three-dimensional connection with the osteotomy skeleton increases the firmness and avoids the occurrence of looseness in the osteotomy process.

The connecting line of the first positioning hole 14 and the second positioning hole 15 and the connecting line of the third positioning hole 16 and the fourth positioning hole 17 are in a splayed shape.

The first mounting seat 1 comprises a first plane 18 and a first inclined plane 19, the first plane 18 is parallel to the upper bottom surface 4, and the first inclined plane 19 and the first plane 18 form a specific included angle; the first positioning hole 14 is arranged on the first plane 18; the second positioning hole 15 is provided on the first slope 19.
