The pelvis fixer is characterized by comprising a first fixing part and a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, wherein the first fixing part is a through structure with a top opening and a bottom opening; the bottom opening of the first fixing part is divided into a first leg sleeving hole and a second leg sleeving hole by a second fixing part, wherein the first leg sleeving hole and the second leg sleeving hole are used for sleeving two legs of a user, and two ends of the second fixing part are correspondingly detachably connected to two opposite sides of the outer part of the first fixing part respectively; wherein, the second fixed part includes from outer to interior rigid foam layer, soft foam layer and the cotton layer of laminating in proper order and linking together.

3. The pelvic fixator of claim 1, wherein the rigid foam layer, the soft foam layer, and the cotton layer are removably attached to one another.

The pelvic fixator of claim 1, wherein the first fixing portion comprises two first cloth straps arranged opposite to each other and two second cloth straps arranged opposite to each other, the first cloth straps and the second cloth straps are alternately arranged along a circumferential direction of the first fixing portion and the adjacent first cloth straps and second cloth straps are connected to each other by second elastic straps; and two ends of the second fixing part are correspondingly detachably connected to the two first cloth belts of the first fixing part respectively.

5. The pelvic fixator of claim 1, wherein the hard foam layer, the soft foam layer, and the cotton layer have a thickness ratio of: 1: (1-2): (0.4-0.8).

6. The pelvic fixator of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the rigid foam layer has a "U" or "V" shape in projection along a direction of a line connecting the first and second leg holes.

7. The pelvic fixator of claim 1, wherein the first fixation portion has an annular inner portion that is wrapped circumferentially with a first elastic band.

A method of using a pelvic fixator, comprising the steps of: control hard foam layer, soft foam layer and cotton layer from outer to interior laminating in proper order and connect, from the open-top of first fixed part, establish first fixed part cover in user's pelvis top, two legs of user correspond respectively and penetrate first set of leg hole and second set of leg hole, and the second fixed part that hard foam layer, soft foam layer and cotton layer are controlled and are constituteed makes the second fixed part is arranged in between two legs of user, the both ends of second fixed part correspond respectively can dismantle the connection and are in the opposition both sides of the outside of first fixed part for wrap up user's pelvis.

9. The method of using the pelvic fixator of claim 8, wherein a sponge layer is removably attached to an inner surface of the cotton layer before the second fixation portion is positioned between the legs of the user.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a pelvis fixer and a use method of the pelvis fixer.

Background

Patients with pelvis fixed fracture often have little burden on the pelvis when turning over, changing leaflets, moving beds and the like, and various complications are easily caused to the patients. At present, the common mode in clinic is that a bed sheet is wrapped at the position of the pelvis of a patient, a fixed bed sheet is clamped through oval forceps, the pelvis is fixed, and the influence on the pelvis caused by turning over, changing a leaflet, moving the bed and the like is reduced. Although this is simple and easy to operate, clinically with this type of fixation, the wrapped position is not easily untied and is more inconvenient to view the patient's pelvis.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a pelvis fixer and a use method of the pelvis fixer, wherein the pelvis fixer has the function of fixing a pelvis and is convenient for clinical observation.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a pelvis fixer comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, wherein the first fixing part is a through structure with a top opening and a bottom opening; the bottom opening of the first fixing part is divided into a first leg sleeving hole and a second leg sleeving hole by a second fixing part, wherein the first leg sleeving hole and the second leg sleeving hole are used for sleeving two legs of a user, and two ends of the second fixing part are correspondingly detachably connected to two opposite sides of the outer part of the first fixing part respectively; wherein, the second fixed part includes from outer to interior rigid foam layer, soft foam layer and the cotton layer of laminating in proper order and linking together.

The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows:

through the design that the first fixing part and the second fixing part are detachably connected with each other, firstly, the first fixing part can be independently used for wrapping and fixing the pelvis of a user; secondly, the pelvis of the user is wrapped and fixed by the integrated combination of the first fixing part and the second fixing part; thirdly, the second fixing part is convenient to detach, so that the pelvis of a user can be observed conveniently in clinic; on the basis that the first fixing part and the second fixing part are detachably connected with each other, through the design of the hard foam layer, the soft foam layer and the cotton cloth layer, the hard foam layer plays a good fixing role, the soft foam layer is used as a buffer between a user and the hard foam layer, so that the tightness of the pelvis of the user fixed by the fixator is better controlled, the phenomenon that no fixing effect is caused due to over-tightness, and local blood circulation obstacle of a fixing area is caused due to over-tightness is avoided, the cotton cloth layer has a certain buffering function and air permeability, the phenomenon that the air permeability of the fixing area of the user is poor, skin inflammation and the like are caused due to long-term fixation is avoided; fifthly, the whole weight is very light, and the comfort level is high.

In a further technical scheme, the pelvis fixer further comprises a sponge layer, and the sponge layer is detachably connected to the inner surface of the cotton cloth layer. Aiming at the use of users who can not normally go to the toilet for defecation and urination, the sponge layer has good ventilation and water absorption functions. During the use for splendid attire user's excrement and urine, when handling user's excrement and urine, only need untie the second fixed part, with sponge layer parcel user's excrement and urine after, all dismantlement get off, drop into garbage collection box, at last change new and clean sponge layer again, fix the second fixed part in corresponding position department again can.

In a further technical scheme, the hard foam layer, the soft foam layer and the cotton cloth layer are detachably connected with each other. Hard foam layers, soft foam layers and cotton cloth layers with different thicknesses and different areas are selected for different users, and the practicability is higher.

In a further technical scheme, the first fixing portion is provided with an annular inner portion, and a first elastic band is wrapped on the annular inner portion in the circumferential direction. The stability of first fixed part is improved, the fixed elasticity of adjusting first fixed part.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

as shown in fig. 1-2, a pelvis fixer comprises a first fixing part 10 and a second fixing part 20 located below (lower side) the first fixing part 10, wherein the first fixing part 10 is a hollow structure (in a ring shape) with a top opening 101 and a bottom opening 102; the bottom opening 102 of the first fixing portion 10 is divided into a first leg covering hole 30 and a second leg covering hole 40 by a second fixing portion 20, wherein the first leg covering hole 30 and the second leg covering hole 40 are used for covering two legs of a user, and two ends of the second fixing portion 20 are respectively correspondingly detachably connected to two opposite sides of the outer portion of the first fixing portion 10; wherein, the second fixing portion 20 comprises a hard foam layer, a soft foam layer and a cotton cloth layer which are sequentially attached and connected together from outside to inside.

The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows:

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the hard foam layer, the soft foam layer, and the cotton layer are removably attached to each other. Hard foam layers, soft foam layers and cotton cloth layers with different thicknesses and different areas are selected for different users, and the practicability is higher.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the first fixing portion 10 comprises two first tapes 103 and two second tapes 104, wherein the first tapes 103 and the second tapes 104 are alternately arranged along a circumferential direction of the first fixing portion 10, and the adjacent first tapes 103 and second tapes 104 are connected with each other by a second elastic band 105; two ends of the second fixing portion 20 are respectively detachably connected to the two first cloth belts 103 of the first fixing portion 10. The comfort of the user is improved to adapt to the body types of different users.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the thickness ratio of the hard foam layer, the soft foam layer and the cotton cloth layer is: 1: (1-2): (0.4-0.8). Under the condition of ensuring that the pelvis is stably fixed by the pelvis fixer, the overall weight is reduced, and the comfort level of a user is ensured.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1-2, the hard foam layer has a "U" shape or a "V" shape as a projection along the direction of the line connecting the first and second leg holes 30 and 40. More convenient for fixing the pelvis of the user.

In addition, if the soft foam layer and the cotton cloth layer do not need to be detached, the soft foam layer and the cotton cloth layer can be connected in a sewing mode. When the first fixing part 10 is used alone, the first fixing part 10 is worn at the position of the pelvis of the user, thereby fixing the pelvis of the user.
