In addition, each LED lamp carries one Hall sensor, and the number of Hall sensors required to be installed is large, so that the cost is overhigh.

Therefore, how to optimize the structure of the rehabilitation training sanding table so as to meet the requirements of high reliability and low cost is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a rehabilitation training frosted table which comprises a plurality of lamp beads, a scanning handle 1 and a central processing unit, wherein the central processing unit is electrically connected with the scanning handle 1.

The lamp beads are arranged on the desktop to form a lamp array, and a patient controls part of the lamp beads to be on or off according to rules to achieve the purpose of diagnosis or training. Every lamp pearl is equipped with the identification bar code, and the identification bar code carries the positional information of lamp pearl, and the identification bar code specifically can be the two-dimensional code. For example, when the length of the table top is 1.5m, 10 rows of lamp arrays are arranged on the table top, and each row of lamp arrays is provided with 16 lamp beads. When the scanning handle 1 scans the 10 th lamp bead on the 1 st row, the scanning handle 1 can acquire the current position of the lamp bead as the 10 th row on the 1 st row through the identification bar code of the lamp bead. The lamp beads can be LED lamps, the number of the lamp beads can be set according to the size of the desktop and the training purpose, and the lamp beads are not limited specifically.

The scanning handle 1 is internally provided with a camera 14 for capturing an image of the identification bar code of each lamp bead, the scanning handle 1 sends captured image information to the central processing unit, and an information conversion module of the central processing unit converts the image information into position information to acquire the current position of the scanned lamp bead, so that the identification bar code can be read. Of course, the camera 14 in the scanning handle 1 can be replaced by other types of scanning devices, such as a radio frequency reader, and accordingly, the barcode is identified as a radio frequency identification code.

The structure and the operation principle of the micro-pan-tilt head 16 can be referred to the prior art, and are not described in detail herein. The gravity sensor is used for detecting the inclination angle of the scanning handle 1, and further judging the shooting angle of the camera 14.

When the gravity sensor detects that the inclination angle of the scanning handle 1 is larger than the minimum inclination angle, the central processing unit automatically controls the micro-pan-tilt 16 to act according to a signal fed back by the gravity sensor, so that the micro-pan-tilt 16 drives the camera 14 to act synchronously, the shooting angle of the camera 14 is automatically adjusted, the shooting angle of the camera 14 is parallel to the desktop, and therefore the camera 14 can be ensured to capture a clear identification bar code, and the diagnostic result is prevented from being influenced. The minimum tilt angle is specifically 3 degrees.

When the gravity sensor detects that the inclination angle of the scanning handle 1 is larger than the maximum inclination angle, the scanning handle 1 cannot completely scan the identification bar code due to the overlarge inclination angle, at the moment, the central processing unit automatically closes the camera 14 according to a signal fed back by the gravity sensor, the snapshot of the identification bar code is stopped, the central processing unit is prevented from storing a large amount of invalid image information, the memory is saved, and the energy consumption is reduced. The maximum inclination angle is in particular 15 degrees.

The invention also comprises a display 2 connected with the central processing unit, when the central processing unit receives the position information fed back by the scanning handle 1, the central processing unit adjusts the on-off state of the lamp tube at the corresponding position of the display 2, so that the on-off state of all the lamp beads is always in one-to-one correspondence with the on-off state of the lamp tube at the corresponding position of the display 2, thereby ensuring that all the lamp beads and the display 2 keep the synchronous on-off state, and being convenient for visually observing the on-off state of the lamp beads at a short distance by using the display 2. The invention also comprises a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver which are connected between the scanning handle 1 and the central processing unit, so that the scanning handle 1 and the central processing unit realize wireless communication. The wireless transmitter may be a bluetooth transmitter and the wireless receiver may specifically be a bluetooth receiver, but the type of the wireless communication module is not limited thereto.

The invention also comprises a scanning timer connected with the central processing unit and used for recording the time consumed by the scanning handle 1 for scanning the complete lamp bead, the central processing unit calculates the scanning speed of the patient according to the time information fed back by the scanning timer, thereby determining the body damage degree of the patient, calling the pre-stored determination information and controlling the display 2 to display the determination information. Of course, the central processor can also call up a pre-stored training plan according to the patient's diagnosis information, and give reasonable training suggestions to the patient.

For example, 16 lamp beads are arranged in the row 1 lamp array, the scanning handle is held by the right hand of a patient to scan the row 1 lamp beads from left to right, the time consumed for scanning the 10 th lamp bead from the 1 st lamp bead is 1s, the time consumed for scanning the 10 th lamp bead to the bottom is 3s, and the central processing unit can determine that the right arm of the patient is damaged according to the time information fed back by the scanning timer.

The scanning handle 1 comprises an outer shell 11 and a rear cover 12, a central hole is formed in the center of the outer shell 11, and a camera 14, a gravity sensor and a micro-holder 16 are all installed in the central hole of the outer shell 11. The front end of the outer shell 11 is trumpet-shaped, and the camera 14 is arranged at the front end of the outer shell 11, so that the snapshot is facilitated. In order to protect the camera 14, a protective cover 15 is detachably mounted at an opening of the outer shell 11, the protective cover 15 may be a plastic cover with transparent glass, and the protective cover 15 is in threaded connection with the front end of the outer shell 11.

The rear end of the central hole of the outer shell 11 is provided with a rechargeable battery 13 for supplying power to all parts. The rear cover 12 is connected with the rear end of the outer shell 11 through threads, and the rechargeable battery 13 is convenient to replace. The rechargeable battery 13 may be a lithium battery.

The tumble drive may in particular be a servo motor. The angle sensor is used for detecting the inclination angle of the table plate 4, and the height sensor is used for detecting the height of a patient.

Angle sensor feeds back the angle information that detects to central processing unit, and height sensor feeds back the height information that detects to central processing unit simultaneously, and when central processing unit judged that the inclination of table 4 did not match with patient's height, central processing unit started the upset driving piece, and the inclination of automatically regulated table 4 avoids influencing the result of diagnosing until the inclination of table 4 and patient's height phase-match. It should be noted that the central processing unit includes a signal receiving portion, a signal determining portion and a signal transmitting portion, the signal receiving portion is used for receiving an electrical signal transmitted by a detecting member such as a gravity sensor, an angle sensor or a height sensor, the signal determining portion is electrically connected to the receiving portion so that the signal determining portion is used for determining whether the signal received by the receiving portion is a trigger signal, and the signal transmitting portion is electrically connected to the signal determining portion so that the signal transmitting portion transmits a determination signal generated by the signal determining portion to an executing member such as the micro-pan-tilt 16 or an overturning driving member.
