As shown in fig. 7 and 9, an elastic component 47 is disposed on the back of the piston plate 46, the other end of the elastic component 47 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first piston cylinder 45, four second connection holes 41 are disposed on the opposite surfaces of the two clamping frames 36, by disposing the piston clamping components 42, when the four piston clamping components 42 move close to each other, the control screw can be smoothly pressed to move to the middle position of the clamping frame 36, and the piston clamping components 42 are disposed on the inner wall of the second connection holes 41.

A spraying method of a precise screw surface spraying device comprises the following steps:
