In daily production, a small amount of steel wires need to be straightened to obtain better straightness. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

(ii) starting the lathe, enabling the straightening device to rapidly rotate along with the main shaft, enabling the steel wire to generate repeated swinging fatigue along the circumference, and enabling the tool apron to move away from the straightening device;

and (iii) moving the tool apron away from the straightening device, and driving the steel wire to move by the tool apron to obtain the straightened steel wire.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention provides a quick rotating and swinging straightening device and a straightening method, wherein a lathe is used for driving the straightening device to rotate quickly, so that the circumference of a steel wire repeatedly swings and fatigues, and then the steel wire is tensioned, so that the steel wire is straightened; the invention is easy to realize, simple and convenient to operate and high in precision. The straightening function can be realized by installing a straightening device on a lathe, and the linear precision of the disc-shaped steel wire can reach 0.06mm/10mm after modulation.

(ii) starting the lathe, enabling the straightening device to rapidly rotate along with the main shaft, enabling the steel wire 9 to generate repeated swinging fatigue along the circumference, and enabling the tool apron to move away from the straightening device;

(iii) moving the tool holder 5 away from the straightening device, and moving the steel wire 9 under the driving of the tool holder 5 to obtain the straightened steel wire, as shown in fig. 5.
