Referring to fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a feeding device for manufacturing a PVC plastic pipeline includes a main storage box 1, a top feeding port 2 is horizontally formed on a top surface of the main storage box 1, a plurality of isolation vertical plates 3 are vertically welded to an inner side edge of the top feeding port 2, an inner portion of the top feeding port 2 is connected to an inner portion of the main storage box 1, the isolation vertical plates 3 are disposed in parallel, the isolation vertical plates 3 are respectively and equidistantly fixed to an inner side edge of the top feeding port 2, bottom ends of the isolation vertical plates 3 vertically extend downward to an inner bottom surface of the main storage box 1, a control panel 4 is embedded on one side edge of the main storage box 1, a bottom hopper box 5 is uniformly welded to a bottom surface of the main storage box 1, the control panel 4 is embedded on one side edge of the main storage box 1 near to the bottom edge, and the number of the bottom hopper boxes 5 is plural, the plurality of bottom funnel boxes 5 are arranged at the bottom position of the main storage box 1 in parallel, the plurality of bottom funnel boxes 5 are arranged at equal intervals, the plurality of bottom funnel boxes 5 are respectively arranged at the bottom position of the discharging through groove 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the interiors of the plurality of bottom funnel boxes 5 are all communicated with the interior of the discharging through groove 14, a discharging pipe 6 is horizontally welded at the opposite end of each bottom funnel box 5, a side extending box 7 is horizontally welded at one side of the discharging pipe 6, a pushing cylinder 8 is horizontally bolted at one side of the side extending box 7 far away from the discharging pipe 6, a receiving funnel 9 is uniformly and horizontally welded at the inner side of the main storage box 1, the interiors of the discharging pipes 6 and the interiors of the bottom funnel boxes 5 are communicated with each other, the number of the pushing cylinders 8 is multiple, the plurality of pushing cylinders 8 are respectively arranged at one side of the side extending box 7 in parallel, and the output ends of the plurality of the pushing cylinders 8 horizontally penetrate through the side wall of the side extending box 7 and extend to the interiors, the extending ends are vertically welded at one side position of a sealing transverse plate 30, the number of the material receiving funnels 9 is multiple, the material receiving funnels 9 are respectively arranged at the side positions of a plurality of isolating vertical plates 3 in a horizontal and equidistant mode, the open ends of the material receiving funnels 9 are vertically arranged upwards, end fixing blocks 10 are symmetrically welded at the bottom of the material receiving funnels 9, the side of each end fixing block 10 is provided with a sleeving groove 11, the inner side of a main material storage box 1 is sleeved with a weighing box body 12, the end fixing blocks 10 are respectively and symmetrically fixedly arranged at the positions, close to the two side positions, of the bottom of the material receiving funnels 9, the end fixing blocks 10 are mutually arranged in parallel, the sleeving groove 11 is arranged at the center position of the side of the end fixing block 10, the sleeving groove 11 is sleeved at the position of the outer side of a main shaft rod 15, the number of the weighing box bodies 12 is consistent with the number of the material receiving funnels 9, and the weighing box bodies 12 are respectively and vertically arranged at the side positions of the isolating vertical plates 3, a plurality of weighing box bodies 12 and a plurality of material receiving hoppers 9 are uniformly arranged at the side positions of the isolating vertical plates 3 in an overlapping manner, bottom material receiving hoppers 13 are horizontally welded on the bottom surfaces of the weighing box bodies 12, material discharging through grooves 14 are uniformly formed in the bottom surfaces of the main material storage boxes 1, the interiors of the bottom material receiving hoppers 13 are communicated with the interiors of the weighing box bodies 12, and the material discharging through grooves 14 are uniformly formed in the side positions of the isolating vertical plates 3;

referring to fig. 3-5, in the embodiment of the present invention, a feeding device for manufacturing a PVC plastic pipeline is provided, wherein a spindle rod 15 is horizontally inserted between end fixing blocks 10, a discharging motor 16 is bolted on one side of one end fixing block 10, a discharging roller 17 is fixedly sleeved on an outer side of the spindle rod 15, discharging grooves 18 are uniformly formed on an outer side of the discharging roller 17, an output end of the discharging motor 16 is horizontally welded at one end of the spindle rod 15, the discharging roller 17 is horizontally arranged at an inner bottom opening end position of a receiving funnel 9, an outer side of the discharging roller 17 is butted at a bottom end side of the receiving funnel 9, the discharging grooves 18 are annularly formed at an outer side position of the discharging roller 17 in a box shape, side edges of a main storage box 1 and an isolation vertical plate 3 are vertically provided with side hidden grooves 19, and bolts of the side hidden grooves 19 are connected with a weighing cylinder 20, the two side edges of the weighing box body 12 are symmetrically and vertically welded with fixed lug blocks 21, the inner side edge of the bottom hopper 13 is symmetrically clamped with a turnover bottom plate 22, the side edge of the turnover bottom plate 22 is horizontally inserted with a turnover shaft rod 23, one side edge of the bottom hopper 13 is welded with a U-shaped buckle plate 24, the number of side hidden grooves 19 is multiple, the side hidden grooves 19 are respectively arranged at the positions close to the two ends of the side edges of the main storage box 1 and the isolation vertical plate 3 in a symmetrical and parallel mode in pairs, the side hidden grooves 19 are respectively arranged at the positions close to the two side edges of the weighing box body 12, the output end of the weighing cylinder 20 is vertically upwards welded at the central position of the bottom surface of the fixed lug blocks 21, the fixed lug blocks 21 are respectively arranged at the positions close to the two ends of the two side edges of the weighing box body 12 in a fixed mode in groups, the fixed lug blocks 21 are respectively and horizontally inserted at the positions at the inner side edges of the side hidden grooves 19 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the turnover bottom plate 22 is horizontally and symmetrically arranged at the position of the inner side opening of the bottom hopper 13, the U-shaped buckle plate 24 is arranged at one side edge of the bottom receiving hopper 13 in a buckling manner, a transmission main wheel 25 is sleeved at the inner side edge of the U-shaped buckle plate 24, a bolt at one side edge of the U-shaped buckle plate 24 far away from the transmission main wheel 25 is connected with a turnover motor 26, the transmission main wheel 25 is fixedly sleeved at one end of a turnover shaft rod 23, and the output end of the turnover motor 26 horizontally penetrates through the U-shaped buckle plate 24 and is welded at one end of the turnover shaft rod 23 in an extending manner;

referring to fig. 6-7, in the embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary gear 27 is disposed on a side edge of a bottom receiving hopper 13, an inserting shaft 28 is inserted into a central position of the auxiliary gear 27, one end of the inserting shaft 28 is horizontally and fixedly welded to one end of another turning shaft 23, a main transmission wheel 25 and the auxiliary gear 27 are arranged in a toothed manner, an inner side edge of a discharging pipe 6 is horizontally provided with an inner stabilizing groove 29, an inner side edge of the inner stabilizing groove 29 is horizontally inserted with a sealing transverse plate 30, two side edges of the sealing transverse plate 30 are symmetrically welded with side limit strips 31, one side edge of the discharging pipe 6 is horizontally provided with a through channel 32, two side edges of the side extending box 7 are symmetrically provided with side limit grooves 33, one side edge of the sealing transverse plate 30 is horizontally inserted into an inner side edge position of the through channel 32, the through channel 32 is horizontally arranged at a side edge of the discharging pipe 6 far from the inner stabilizing groove 29, the inside of the through channel 32 is connected to the inside of the side extension box 7, and the side limiting grooves 33 are respectively sleeved on the outer side of the side limiting strips 31 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The components are standard parts in general or known to those skilled in the art, and their structure and principle are known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through routine experimentation.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

a plurality of raw materials are put into the positions between the isolated vertical plates 3 of a plurality of corresponding areas from a top feeding port 2, the raw materials are simultaneously dropped into the inner side positions of a plurality of receiving hoppers 9 for storage treatment, after the control panel 4 is set when the raw materials need to be discharged, the rotation of a corresponding discharging motor 16 is controlled, a discharging roller 17 is driven to rotate between the end fixing blocks 10 under the rotation of the discharging motor 16, the corresponding raw materials are dropped into the discharging groove 18 under the rotation of the discharging roller 17, the discharging groove 18 is rotated out from the side wall of the receiving hoppers 9 when the discharging roller rotates, the internal raw materials of the discharging groove 18 are dropped into the weighing box 12 below, the weight of the raw materials in the weighing box 12 reaches the designated weight under the setting of a symmetrical air cylinder 20, the discharging motor 16 is controlled to stop rotating treatment, the raw material of the required weight in the weighing box body 12 is controlled by the turning motor 26 to make the transmission main wheel 25 and the auxiliary gear 27 rotate with each other, so that the turning shaft rod 23 rotates to drive the turning bottom plate 22 to turn over and open in the bottom hopper 13, the raw material in the weighing box body 12 falls downwards into the collection processing in the bottom hopper box 5 from the discharging through groove 14, when the raw material is required to be put into use, the pulling of the pushing cylinder 8 drives the sealing transverse plate 30 to be away from the inner stabilizing groove 29, the material is taken into the side extension box 7 from the through groove 32 to open the discharging pipe 6, and the raw material in the bottom hopper box 5 is put into the corresponding equipment for use.
