6. A method of making a VR face mask as claimed in claim 2, the method of making comprising:

preparing the first PU skin layer;

placing the first PU skin layer into a foaming mould to foam and form the foaming filling layer on one side of the first PU skin layer;

and forming the skinning layer on one side of the foaming filling layer, which is far away from the first PU skin layer, through a skinning process.

7. The method of making a VR face mask of claim 6, further comprising, after forming the skinning layer, trimming the foam filler layer to form the VR face mask.

8. A method of making the VR face mask of claim 3, said method of making comprising,

preparing the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer;

and arranging the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer in a foaming mould, so that the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer form a foaming filling layer therebetween.

9. A method of making the VR face mask of claim 4, said method of making comprising,

preparing the first PU skin layer;

stacking the first PU leather layer and the sponge layer and performing hot press molding;

and after the forming, the sponge layer is far away from one side of the first PU leather layer and is provided with the fabric layer.

10. The method of making a VR face mask of claim 9, further comprising, prior to stacking and thermoforming the first PU skin layer and the sponge layer:

and carrying out preliminary hot press molding on the first PU skin layer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of VR (virtual reality), in particular to a VR face mask and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

Virtual Reality (abbreviated as VR) is a new practical technology developed in the 20 th century. Virtual reality technology encompasses computer, electronic information, simulation technology, the basic implementation of which is that a computer simulates a virtual environment to give a person a sense of environmental immersion.

Existing VR masks typically take the following three forms: 1. attaching a layer of thin sponge on the prefabricated plastic bracket, as shown in figure 1, wherein the upper part is a foam part 1 '(thin sponge), and the lower part is a plastic bracket part 2', which can also be regarded as a part of the whole machine product; the foam can be attached by gluing, wrapping with a bracket by PU (polyurethane) leather, etc. to form a VR mask; 2. manufacturing a VR face mask by using a cloth and sponge mode (namely wrapping a prefabricated sponge by using cloth to form the face mask); 3. adopt silica gel preparation VR face guard.

However, the three existing VR masks have their corresponding technical drawbacks, for example, for the manufacturing method of attaching a thin sponge layer to a plastic bracket, the technical drawbacks are that the appearance is poor, there is no sense of unity, the hardness is not well adjusted, and it is not easy to clean; for the manufacturing mode of cloth and sponge, the technical defects are that the stereoscopic impression is not good, the supporting effect is not well controlled, and the cleaning is not good; to the mode of directly making the VR face guard with silica gel, its technical defect is mainly that the support effect is poor.

Based on the above technical problems of several existing VR masks, a new structure VR mask and a manufacturing method thereof are urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a VR face mask which has a good supporting effect and is easy to clean, and a method for manufacturing the same.

The VR face mask comprises a mask main body and a first PU (polyurethane) cortex layer, wherein the first PU cortex layer is arranged on the mask main body and used for being close to one face of a human face; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the face guard main part is including keeping away from the face guard bottom and the setting that first PU cortex set up are in first PU cortex with filling layer between the face guard bottom.

Preferably, the filling layer is a foamed filling layer, and,

preparing the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer;

and arranging the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer in a foaming mould, so that the first PU skin layer and the second PU skin layer form a foaming filling layer therebetween.

In another aspect, the present invention provides another method for making a VR face mask as described above, the method comprising,

preparing the first PU skin layer;

stacking the first PU leather layer and the sponge layer and performing hot press molding;

and after the forming, the sponge layer is far away from one side of the first PU leather layer and is provided with the fabric layer.

In addition, it is preferable that, before the first PU skin layer and the sponge layer are stacked and subjected to the hot press molding, the method further includes:

and carrying out preliminary hot press molding on the first PU skin layer.

Compared with the prior art, the VR face mask has the following beneficial effects:

Fig. 2 shows the structure of a VR face mask according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a VR face mask including a mask body for supporting the mask body and a first PU skin layer 11 disposed on the mask body for abutting against a face of a human face.

It should be noted that PU is polyurethane, which is an artificial synthetic material, has the texture of real leather, is very strong and durable, and is cheap and easy to clean. On the other hand, for a second method for manufacturing a VR face mask with a double-sided PU structure, the manufacturing method includes:

preparing a first PU skin layer 11 and a second PU skin layer;

placing the first PU skin layer 11 and the second PU skin layer in a foaming mould to form a foaming filling layer between the first PU skin layer 11 and the second PU skin layer;

the foamed filling layer is (laser) trimmed to form a VR face mask.

On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the VR face mask with the single-sided silk-screen PU leather layer structure comprises the following steps,

preparing a first PU skin layer 11;

the first PU leather layer 11 and the sponge layer are stacked and subjected to hot press molding;

and a fabric layer is arranged on one side of the formed sponge layer, which is far away from the first PU leather layer 11.

It should be noted that the forming of the silk-screen PU may be divided into one-step forming or multiple-step forming, and for one-step forming, the silk-screen PU layer and the sponge layer are stacked to a hot-press forming die, and hot-pressed and pressure-maintaining forming are performed, so as to form the first PU skin layer 11 (which is a silk-screen PU skin layer); for multiple forming, namely, hot-press forming the silk-screen PU layer, and hot-press forming the formed silk-screen PU layer and the sponge layer together; corresponding to the above steps, before stacking the first PU skin layer 11 and the sponge layer and performing the hot press molding, the method further includes: the first PU skin layer 11 is subjected to preliminary hot press molding.

As can be seen from the above embodiments, the VR face mask and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the present invention have at least the following advantages:

1. the three-dimensional sense close to the design can be well made no matter single-sided PU foaming or double-sided PU foaming is carried out;

2. the formed VR face mask has good integrity and beautiful appearance; in addition, because of the structure of the PU foaming layer, the hardness is convenient to adjust;

3. through single face or two-sided silk screen printing PU adds the sponge, compare the mode of original cloth with the sponge and increased the washable ability of subsides face guard.

VR face masks according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to fig. 1 and 2. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the VR face mask set forth above without departing from the teachings of the present invention.
