As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10, the watering mechanism 11 includes a first connecting frame 111, a blanking frame 112, a second connecting plate 113, a sliding rod 114, a third connecting plate 115, a second connecting plate 116 and a third spring 117, the first connecting frame 111 is installed on both left and right sides of the upper portion of the fixed frame 5, the blanking frame 112 is installed in the first connecting frame 111, the blanking frame 112 is used for storing clean water, the lower portion of the blanking frame 112 is communicated with the fixed frame 5, the second connecting plate 113 is installed on both left and right sides of the outer wall of the fixed frame 5, the second connecting plate 113 is located below the first connecting frame 111, the sliding rod 114 is connected to the outer wall of the fixed frame 5, the sliding rod 114 is in sliding fit with the lower portion of the blanking frame 112, the sliding rod 114 can block the lower portion of the blanking frame 112, the third connecting plate 115 is installed on the front side of the sliding rod 114, the third connecting plate 115 is fitted with the pressing plate 105, two second connecting rods 116 are installed on the top of the second connecting plate 113 in a front-back symmetrical manner, the sliding rod 114 is connected with the second connecting rod 116 in a sliding manner, the second connecting rod 116 is sleeved with a third spring 117, the top end of the third spring 117 is connected with the bottom of the sliding rod 114, and the bottom end of the third spring 117 is connected with the top of the second connecting plate 113.

When animal waste needs to be treated, a user can firstly manually open the cover plate 6 to pour the animal waste into the fixing frame 5, the first baffle plate 4 blocks the bottom of the fixing frame 5 to prevent the animal waste from falling out, the cover plate 6 is closed after the animal waste is poured into the fixing frame 5, then the plug 107 is manually pulled out, disinfectant is poured into the material loading frame 104 while the second baffle plate 1010 blocks the bottom of the material loading frame 104 to prevent the disinfectant from flowing out, the pressing plate 105 is manually pulled to move upwards while the first spring 106 is stretched, the disinfectant is poured into the material loading frame 104, then the plug 107 is put back, the pressing plate 105 is loosened, clean water is poured into the blanking frame 112, the sliding rod 114 can block the lower part of the blanking frame 112 to prevent the water from flowing into the fixing frame 5, then, the motor 8 is started, the output shaft of the motor 8 rotates to drive the stirring rod 9 to rotate, the gear-lacking wheel 101 rotates along with the rotation and is meshed with the flat gear 102, the flat gear 102 rotates, the flat gear 102 rotates to drive the second baffle 1010 to rotate, the second baffle 1010 no longer blocks the bottom of the loading frame 104, the second spring 109 is stretched, the pressing plate 105 moves downwards to reset and extrudes disinfectant into the fixed frame 5 under the action of the first spring 106, when the missing gear 101 is not meshed with the flat gear 102, the second baffle 1010 rotates to reset under the action of the second spring 109, the second baffle 1010 blocks the bottom of the loading frame 104, the disinfectant no longer flows into the fixed frame 5, meanwhile, the pressing plate 105 moves downwards to reset to push the third connecting plate 115 to move downwards, the sliding rod 114 moves downwards along with the sliding rod 114, the sliding rod 114 no longer blocks the lower part of the unloading frame 112, water can completely flow into the fixed frame 5, the third spring 117 is compressed, when the pressing plate 105 moves upwards to be separated from the third connecting plate 115, the sliding rod 114 moves upwards to reset under the action of the third spring 117, puddler 9 rotates and to carry out environmental protection processing with antiseptic solution, animal waste and water intensive mixing, and after the processing finishes, close motor 8, the first baffle 4 of user's manual pulling moves forward for first baffle 4 no longer blocks fixed frame 5 bottom, and the animal waste after the processing falls out from fixed frame 5. So, can drive 10 automatic release antiseptic solutions of disinfection mechanism to fixed frame 5 in through motor 8, disinfection mechanism 10 can drive and add 11 automatic water injection to fixed frame 5 of mechanism, and motor 8 drive puddler 9 has realized need not manual stirring animal waste, labour saving and time saving's purpose with antiseptic solution, animal waste and water intensive mixing.

Example 2

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 11, 12 and 13, the device further includes a power mechanism 12, the power mechanism 12 is configured to drive the first baffle 4 to be automatically separated from the bottom of the fixing frame 5, the power mechanism 12 includes a fourth spring 121, a fixing frame 122, a first flat belt 123, a worm 124, a first rotating shaft 125, a worm 126, a touch rod 127, a fourth connecting plate 128, a wedge 129, a fixture block 1210, a fifth spring 1211 and a first pulley 1212, the upper portion of the fixing rod 3 is sleeved with the fourth spring 121, the front side of the lower portion of the fixing frame 5 is installed with the fixing frame 122, the fixing frame 122 is rotatably connected with the worm 124, the upper portion of the worm 124 and the lower portion of the stirring rod 9 are both installed with the first pulley 1212, the first flat belt 123 is sleeved between the two first pulleys 1212, the fixing frame 122 is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft 125, the worm 126 is installed in the middle portion of the first rotating shaft 125, the worm 126 is engaged with the worm 124, the left side and the right side of the worm wheel 126 are both provided with a touch rod 127, the front part of the fixing frame 122 is slidably connected with a wedge block 129, the wedge block 129 is internally slidably connected with a fixture block 1210, the front side of the first baffle 4 is provided with a fourth connecting plate 128, the fourth connecting plate 128 is provided with a groove, the fixture block 1210 is matched with the groove, a fifth spring 1211 is connected between the fixture block 1210 and the wedge block 129, the top end of the fifth spring 1211 is connected with the wedge block 129, and the bottom end of the fifth spring 1211 is connected with the fixture block 1210.

Initially, the user pushes the fourth connecting plate 128 to move backwards, so that the first blocking plate 4 moves backwards to the bottom of the fixed frame 5, the fourth spring 121 is stretched, the latch 1210 abuts against the groove on the fourth connecting plate 128, the first blocking plate 4 is prevented from moving forwards and resetting by itself, when the stirring rod 9 rotates, the worm 124 is driven to rotate by the first pulley 1212 and the first flat belt 123, the worm 124 rotates to drive the worm wheel 126 to rotate, the touch rod 127 rotates therewith, the touch rod 127 rotates to press the wedge 129 and the components thereon to move backwards, the fixture block 1210 moves backwards and is separated from the groove, the fixture block 1210 no longer abuts against the fourth connecting plate 128, at the same time, the fourth link plate 128 presses the latch 1210 to move upward, the fifth spring 1211 compresses, under the action of the fourth spring 121, the first baffle 4 moves forwards and resets, and the first baffle 4 no longer blocks the bottom of the fixed frame 5, so that the animal dung in the fixed frame 5 can fall out. So, can drive first baffle 4 through power unit 12 and break away from with fixed frame 5 bottom by oneself, need not artifical manual pulling first baffle 4 and also can make the animal waste in the fixed frame 5 fall out, saved the manpower.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 14, the animal dung drying device further comprises a drying mechanism 13, the drying mechanism 13 is used for drying animal dung, the drying mechanism 13 comprises a fan 131, air deflectors 132, a second connecting frame 133 and a switch 134, three fans 131 are uniformly installed on the first connecting plate 2 at intervals, the fan 131 is used for blowing out slightly hot air to dry the animal dung, three air deflectors 132 are uniformly installed on the inner wall of the first connecting plate 2 at intervals, the air deflectors 132 are located above the fans 131, the air deflectors 132 are used for changing the air direction, the second connecting frame 133 is installed on the front side of the outer wall of the first connecting plate 2, the switch 134 is installed at the top of the second connecting frame 133, the first baffle 4 is matched with the switch 134, and the switch 134 is used for controlling the fans 131.

When the first baffle 4 moves forward and returns to the original position, the switch 134 is touched, so that the fan 131 is started, the fan 131 blows out slightly hot air, the falling animal waste is dried, the wind deflector 132 can adjust the wind direction downwards, and when the animal waste is not required to be dried, the switch 134 is pressed, and the fan 131 is turned off. So, can dry animal waste through stoving mechanism 13, be convenient for make fertilizer.

Example 3

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 15 and fig. 16, the animal dung collecting device further comprises a material receiving mechanism 14, the material receiving mechanism 14 is used for collecting the processed animal dung, the material receiving mechanism 14 comprises a slide rail 141, a third connecting rod 142, a material receiving frame 143, a handle 144 and a material sieving frame 145, the slide rails 141 are installed on the two bottom frames 1, the third connecting rod 142 is connected between the two slide rails 141 in a sliding manner, the top of the third connecting rod 142 is connected with the material receiving frame 143 in a magnetic connection manner, the material receiving frame 143 is used for collecting the residual water, the handle 144 is installed on the front side of the outer wall of the material receiving frame 143, the handle 144 is used for driving the material receiving frame 143 to move, and the material sieving frame 145 is placed in the material receiving frame 143 and used for collecting the processed animal dung.

First baffle 4 breaks away from the back with fixed frame 5 bottom, animal waste can drop to on sieve material frame 145, remaining water then can drip to receiving in the material frame 143 on the animal waste, the user can manually stimulate handle 144 and move forward and drive and receive material frame 143 and move forward, then take out sieve material frame 145, the animal waste who will handle is poured out, take off again and receive material frame 143, will receive the interior water of material frame 143 and excrement and urine fine filings and pour out, will receive the interior thing of material frame 143 and sieve material frame 145 and all pour out the back, the user puts back sieve material frame 145 in receiving material frame 143, put back on third connecting rod 142 receiving material frame 143. Therefore, the receiving mechanism 14 can collect the processed animal wastes, filter the residual water and fine scraps in the animal wastes, and facilitate the operation of a user.

As shown in fig. 2, 17, 18, 19 and 20, the animal dung screening device further comprises a vibration mechanism 15, the vibration mechanism 15 is used for screening animal dung, the vibration mechanism 15 comprises fixing blocks 151, a second rotating shaft 152, a second flat belt 153, extrusion balls 154, contact blocks 155, sixth springs 156 and a second belt pulley 157, two fixing blocks 151 are installed on the rear side of the outer wall of the fixing frame 5, the two fixing blocks 151 are vertically symmetrical, the second rotating shaft 152 is rotatably connected between the two fixing blocks 151, a plurality of extrusion balls 154 are installed at the bottom of the second rotating shaft 152 at uniform intervals along the circumferential direction, contact blocks 155 are installed on the rear side of the third connecting rod 142, the contact blocks 155 are matched with the extrusion balls 154, the extrusion balls 154 can extrude the contact blocks 155, sixth springs 156 are connected between the third connecting rod 142 and the slide rail 141, the front ends of the sixth springs 156 are connected with the third connecting rod 142, the rear ends of the sixth springs 156 are connected with the slide rail 141, the lower part of the stirring rod 9 and the upper part of the second rotating shaft 152 are both provided with a second belt pulley 157, a second flat belt 153 is sleeved between the two second belt pulleys 157, and the second belt pulley 157 at the lower part of the stirring rod 9 is positioned above the first belt pulley 1212 on the stirring rod 9.

The stirring rod 9 rotates to drive the second belt pulley 157 thereon to rotate, thereby driving another second belt pulley 157 to rotate through the second flat belt 153, and further driving the second rotating shaft 152 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 152 rotates to drive the extrusion ball 154 to rotate, the extrusion ball 154 rotates to contact with the contact block 155, when the extrusion ball 154 extrudes the contact block 155, the contact block 155 moves forward to drive the third connecting rod 142 to move forward, the sixth spring 156 stretches, when the extrusion ball 154 does not extrude the contact block 155, under the action of the sixth spring 156, the third connecting rod 142 moves backward to reset, therefore, the second rotating shaft 152 continuously rotates to enable the third connecting rod 142 to move forward and backward, the receiving frame 143 and the components thereon all move forward and backward along with the receiving frame, thereby enabling the receiving frame 143 to vibrate to screen animal wastes. Like this, can make the receipts material frame 143 vibrate through vibration mechanism 15 to screen animal waste, make water and fines drop to receiving in the material frame 143 better.
