Background

Under coal mines, the inner belt conveyor of the roadway sometimes needs to be crossed by pedestrians. At present, all fixed pedestrian bridge crossings are adopted in coal mines, and the following defects exist in field use: firstly, the carrying and the storage occupy large space, and the weight is heavier, which is inconvenient; and secondly, an overhead passenger carrying device is also arranged in the rubber belt roadway, if the pedestrian passes through the bridge too widely, the pedestrian is affected, and if the pedestrian passes through the bridge too narrowly, the belt can be worn, so that the rubber belt is unsafe. The height of the existing pedestrian bridge cannot be adjusted, the installation height of part of places is not suitable, when the height is too low, coal conveying of a belt is influenced, and when the height is too high, the pedestrian is not safe because of influence of a roadway top plate.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a pedestrian bridge crossing device with adjustable width and height suitable for the belt conveyor in the mine.

In view of the above disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a pedestrian bridge crossing device suitable for a belt conveyor in a mine, which solves the technical problem that the existing pedestrian bridge crossing device cannot adapt to various complex installation environments in a mine.

For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a pedestrian crossing device suitable for a belt conveyor in a mine, which is installed on the outer side of the belt conveyor 1 and includes a crossing body, a height adjusting device, a width adjusting device, a first ladder 2 and a second ladder 3.

The first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 are positioned on two sides of the gap bridge body and are connected with the gap bridge body through width adjusting devices, and the width adjusting devices are used for adjusting the distance between the first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 and the center line of the gap bridge body.

Height adjusting devices are installed on the first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 and used for adjusting the distance between the gap bridge body and the roadway bottom plate.

Specifically, the bridge body includes a body member 5, a second handrail 17, and a balustrade 18. A second handrail 17 is mounted on the body member 5. A balustrade 18 is provided on the second handrail 17 to prevent a worker from falling out of the gap of the second handrail 17. In addition, a warning board can be arranged on the fence net 18 to warn pedestrians to pay attention to safety.

The first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 each include a pedestrian step 11 and first legs 10 oppositely disposed on both sides of the pedestrian step 11. The pedestrian pedal 11 is made of embossed steel plates with the thickness of 3mm, is firm, durable and safe, and is anti-skid in a wet underground environment. The first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 are provided with a first handrail 16, the lower end of the first handrail 16 is connected with the first supporting leg 10, and the upper end of the first handrail 16 is inserted into the second handrail 17 and movably connected with the second handrail 17. Specifically, the first handrail 16 is made of 1 inch steel pipe, and the second handrail 17 is made of 1.2 inch steel pipe. As shown in fig. 3, the width adjusting means includes a first fastening member, an adjusting member 4, and a plurality of first mounting holes 8 opened on the body member 5. A plurality of first mounting holes 8 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the body member 5, a plurality of second mounting holes 9 matched with the first mounting holes 8 are formed in the adjusting member 4 along the length direction of the adjusting member, one end of the adjusting member 4 is fixedly connected with the first supporting leg 10, the other end of the adjusting member 4 is inserted into the body member 5, and the first fastening member penetrates through the first mounting holes 8 and the second mounting holes 9 which are overlapped with each other to fixedly connect the adjusting member 4 and the body member 5 together. Due to the adoption of the structure, the pedestrian bridge crossing device can pass through the first fastening piece sequentially through the first mounting hole 8 and the second mounting hole 9 which are different, so that the length of the adjusting piece 4 inserted into the body piece 5 is adjusted, and the distance between the first ladder 2 and the second ladder 3 and the center line of the bridge crossing body is adjusted. So, the pedestrian device of this embodiment can adjust pedestrian's width of passing a bridge the device according to the site conditions to various rubber belt conveyor in the adaptation pit.

Specifically, first leg 10 and adjustment member 4 are made of # 12 channel steel and body member 5 is made of # 14 channel steel. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first leg 10, the adjusting member 4 and the body member 5 may be made of other types of channel steel as long as the adjusting member 4 can be inserted into the body member 5. The pedestrian bridge-crossing device is welded by using channel steel, so that unsafe factors such as deflection, looseness, deformation and the like of supporting legs can be avoided in the using process.

Furthermore, the first fastening member is preferablyA bolt 6 and a nut 7. The bolt 6 sequentially passes through the first mounting hole 8 and the second mounting hole 9 and is detachably connected with the nut 7. Thereby securely attaching together adjuster member 4 and body member 5.

Referring to fig. 1, the belt conveyor 1 includes idlers, longitudinal beams 14, cross beams 21, and support legs 22. Supporting rollers are arranged on the cross beam 21, longitudinal beams 14 arranged along the conveying direction of the rubber belt conveyor are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the cross beam 21, and supporting legs 22 are arranged below the longitudinal beams 14. Therefore, the belt conveyor 1 is placed on the tunnel floor by the support legs 22.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the height adjusting device includes a second fastening member, a U-shaped clip 12 clipped on a longitudinal beam 14 of the belt conveyor 1, and a plurality of third mounting holes 13 opened on the first leg 10, and the plurality of third mounting holes 13 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first leg 10.

The outer circumferential surfaces of both ends of the U-shaped clip 12 are provided with external threads, and both ends of the U-shaped clip 12 pass through the third mounting holes 13 of the first leg 10 to be threadedly connected with the second fastening member, thereby fixing the first leg 10 and the longitudinal beam 14 together. The pedestrian bridge crossing device of the embodiment is not directly placed on the roadway bottom plate, but is installed on the longitudinal beam 14 of the rubber belt conveyor 1 through the U-shaped clips 12, the distance between the bridge crossing main body and the rubber belt conveyor 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the U-shaped clips 12 to penetrate through different third mounting holes 13, and therefore the distance between the bridge crossing main body and the roadway bottom plate can be adjusted. Furthermore, the second fastener is preferably a nut 7. So, the pedestrian device of passing a bridge of this embodiment can adjust the height of passing a bridge body to compromise pedestrian's safety and sufficient space of crossing coal.

The pedestrian bridge-crossing device of the embodiment adopts the height adjusting device and the width adjusting device, so that the pedestrian bridge-crossing device is convenient and quick to mount, small in occupied space and attractive in appearance compared with the prior art, can adjust the height and the width according to the field condition, and is suitable for various underground rubber belt conveyors. Specifically, a plurality of fourth mounting holes 19 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first leg 10, fifth mounting holes 20 matched with the fourth mounting holes 19 are formed in the length direction of the second leg 15, the lower end of the second leg 15 abuts against a roadway bottom plate, the upper end of the second leg 15 is sleeved on the outer side of the first leg 10, and a third fastener penetrates through the coincident fifth mounting holes 20 and the fourth mounting holes 19 to fixedly connect the second leg 15 and the first leg 10.
