1. A quick-assembly building panel, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building templates, in particular to a building template capable of being assembled quickly.

Background

Building templates are one of the major consumables in the construction industry. A building form is a building material for keeping concrete in a prescribed shape and size, preventing moisture required for curing thereof from leaking, and preventing concrete from being subjected to external impact, and is used until the curing of concrete is completed.

In the assembly process of the existing building template, a large-area building template needs to be assembled by screws, bolts, keels and the like, the assembly is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the working efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a building panel that is quickly assembled to solve the problems set forth in the background above.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a quick-assembly building panel comprising:

the rear end of the base plate is transversely provided with two groups of first fixing plates, the rear end of the base plate is vertically provided with two groups of second fixing plates, and the first fixing plates and the second fixing plates enclose a frame;

As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the frame plate is provided with reinforcing ribs which are staggered with each other.

As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the front end surface of the side plate is flush with and coplanar with the front end surface of the base plate.

and S3, finally, rotating the screw rod, loosening the two groups of traction ropes by the screw rod, enabling the movable block to drive the fixture blocks to move away from the movable block under the action of the spring, enabling the two groups of fixture blocks to be in contact with the stepped surface in the T-shaped clamping groove, and enabling the traction side plates to abut against the base plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the building template capable of being assembled quickly, the mounting position of the side plate can be selected according to requirements, a large number of screws, bolts and keels are not required to be used for connection in the mounting process, and the building template is convenient and quick to assemble.

The invention has the following advantages:

1. the base plate has the advantages that the structural strength of the base plate is effectively improved through the arranged staggered reinforcing rib plates, the base plate is not easy to deform and damage, the service life is long, when the base plate is connected with the side plates, one sides of the base plate and the side plates, which are close to each other, abut tightly, are embedded into the transverse grooves through the elastic convex strips, the abutting is tight, and the sealing performance is good;

2. when the moving block is fixed on the base plate, the limiting barrier is used for abutting against the arc-shaped block in the limiting groove to prevent the arc-shaped block from moving outwards along the arc-shaped groove, the trend that the moving block moves outwards on the base plate is limited, meanwhile, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate play a role in blocking the inner side of the moving block and limit the trend that the moving block moves inwards on the base plate, so that the moving block is kept in a stable state on the base plate and cannot fall off the base plate when in a non-connection state;

3. when the moving block moves on the base plate, the limiting barrier strip is extracted from the limiting groove, the arc-shaped block can move downwards and outwards along the arc-shaped groove, the trend that the moving block moves outwards on the base plate is eliminated, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole, the traction rope is wound through the winding groove, the movable block compression spring moves towards the position close to the moving block, the moving block drives the movable block to move towards the position close to the side plate, the moving block drives the movable block to enter the clamping groove, the screw rod rotates again, the screw rod releases the two groups of traction ropes, the movable block drives the clamping block to move towards the position far away from the movable block under the action of the spring, the two groups of clamping blocks are in contact with the stepped surface in the T-shaped clamping groove, and the traction side plate supports tightly towards the base plate.
