In the process that the distance sensor 85 moves upwards, the distance sensor 85 detects the distance between the distance sensor and the mounting plate 82, when the value to be detected reaches the preset value in the control module, the control module controls the output shaft of the driving motor 102 to rotate for ten seconds, further the gear set 105 rotates for ten seconds, further the lead screw 103 on the upper side rotates for ten seconds, further the belt 104 rotates for ten seconds, further the lead screw 103 on the lower side rotates for ten seconds, so that the scraper 94 moves backwards, after ten seconds, the control module controls the driving motor 102 to delay for three seconds to start, so that the scraper 94 stops moving, after three seconds, the control module controls the output shaft of the driving motor 102 to reversely rotate for ten seconds, so that the scraper 94 moves back and forth, after ten seconds, the control module controls the driving motor 102 to delay for three seconds to start, after three seconds, the control module controls the output shaft of the driving motor 102 to normally rotate for ten seconds, so that the scraper 94 repeatedly moves back and forth, therefore, impurities on the activated carbon plate 92 are scraped off, in addition, when the distance value detected by the distance sensor 85 reaches a preset value in the control module, the control module can control the LED indicator lamp 106 to work for two minutes, after the impurities on the activated carbon plate 92 are cleaned, the photoelectric sensor 107 can sense light irradiated by the LED indicator lamp 106, meanwhile, when the scraper 94 recovers to the original position, the photoelectric sensor 107 can enable the control module to control the output shaft of the driving motor 102 to stop rotating, the scraper 94 stops working, after two minutes, the impurities on the activated carbon plate 92 are completely cleaned, and meanwhile, the control module can control the LED indicator lamp 106 to stop working.

As shown in fig. 2, 14 and 15, the humidifier further comprises a control box 4, the control box 4 is arranged on the rear side inside the shell 3, a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are installed in the control box 4, the switching power supply supplies power to the intelligent household humidifier, the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power main switch through a circuit, and the control module is electrically connected with the power module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; humidity transducer 52, temperature sensor 64, distance sensor 85 and photoelectric sensor 107 all pass through electric connection with control module, first electric putter 83 and second electric putter 87 all pass through relay control module with control module and are connected, heating ring 53 passes through relay control module with control module and is connected, fan 63 passes through relay control module with control module and is connected, LED pilot lamp 106 passes through relay control module with control module and is connected, driving motor 102 passes through the positive and negative module of direct current motor with control module and is connected.
