Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cold water preparation device for the snow making machine in the present embodiment includes a water storage tank 1 and a spiral coil heat exchange mechanism 2 disposed inside the water storage tank 1. The water storage tank 1 is provided at an upper portion thereof with a water replenishing port 11 and a water overflowing port 12 which are communicated with a tap water pipe, and at a lower portion thereof with a water supply port 13 and a water discharge port 14 which are communicated with a snow maker.

The spiral coil heat exchange mechanism 2 adopts glycol at the temperature of-20 ℃ to-15 ℃ as a cold source to exchange heat with tap water in the water storage tank 1, so that the temperature of the tap water in the water storage tank 1 is reduced to about 2 ℃, and the spiral coil heat exchange mechanism can be used for a snow maker and provides a stable cold water source for the snow maker.

Specifically, the spiral coil heat exchange mechanism 2 includes a cold source input manifold 21, a cold source output manifold 22, and a plurality of spiral branch pipes 23 connected in parallel between the cold source input manifold 21 and the cold source output manifold 22.

If the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the cold water at the water outlet is lower than 2 ℃, the first controller closes the valve of the glycol cold source and stops the input of the glycol cold source; if the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the cold water at the water outlet is higher than 2 ℃, the first controller opens a valve of the glycol cold source, opens the input of the cold source, accelerates the heat exchange, reduces the temperature of the cold water to 2 ℃, and effectively controls the temperature of the cold water in the water storage tank to be about 2 ℃.

In addition, the inside of the water storage tank 1 is also provided with a liquid level meter and a second controller connected with the liquid level meter. And a water replenishing valve is arranged at the position of a water replenishing port 11 of the water storage tank 1, the water replenishing valve is connected with the second controller, and the second controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the water replenishing valve according to the liquid level information collected by the liquid level meter. If the liquid level meter detects that the water level in the water storage tank is lower than a first set value, the second controller opens the water replenishing valve to replenish tap water in the water storage tank; if the liquid level meter detects that the water level in the water storage tank is higher than a second set value, the second controller closes the water replenishing valve to prevent running water in the water storage tank from overflowing.
