Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of sealing connection, and particularly relates to a sealing connection structure and intelligent terminal equipment.

Background

The sealing ring is frequently used in a sealing connection structure of equipment, and the sealing ring is aged and deformed after long-term use, so that the interference amount of the sealing ring is reduced. Meanwhile, the material of the sealing ring can be subjected to physical property change under the influence of severe environment for a long time, and the elasticity is reduced due to the corrosion of the external environment, including but not limited to hardness hardening and elasticity reduction, and finally, the friction resistance caused by the interference of the sealing ring is reduced, so that the faults of structural part loosening, fixing or rotating function failure, sealing failure and the like are caused.

The invention is provided in view of the above.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. For this purpose,

the invention provides a sealing connection structure, which aims to solve the problem that the sealing effect of a sealing ring is poor after long-term use, reduce the maintenance cost and improve the sealing and waterproof effects.

The invention provides intelligent terminal equipment, which is beneficial to improving the sealing and waterproof effects of the intelligent terminal equipment, simplifying installation and reducing later maintenance cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, in one aspect, a sealing connection structure including a first connection head having a first region, a second region, a first flange, and a second flange, the first flange being connected to the second flange, the first region having a first connection portion; the sealing ring is arranged around the first flange and abuts against the second flange; the first connector is matched with the second connector to enable the second connector to tightly press the sealing ring; and the spring is sleeved in the second area, and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted to the first connector and the second connector. The interference amount of the sealing ring of the sealing connection structure can be adjusted through the connection tightness degree of the first connector and the second connector, so that after the sealing ring is used for a long time, the interference amount can be improved by changing the connection tightness degree of the first connector and the second connector, and the sealing and waterproof effects are improved. Simple structure, convenient operation has avoided dismantling the renewal part, has reduced later stage cost of maintenance.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

The inventor finds that the sealing ring is frequently used in the sealing connection structure of the intelligent terminal device in the research of the sealing connection structure of the intelligent terminal device, and the sealing ring is aged and deformed after being used for a long time, so that the interference amount of the sealing ring is reduced. Meanwhile, the material of the sealing ring can change physical properties under the influence of severe environment for a long time, the elasticity is reduced due to the corrosion of the external environment, and finally the friction resistance caused by the interference of the sealing ring is reduced, so that the faults of structural part loosening, fixing or rotating function failure, sealing failure and the like are caused.

Based on this, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a sealing connection structure, which includes a first connector 1, a second connector 3, a sealing ring 2 and a spring 4.

The first connection head 1 is provided with a first region 17, a second region 18, a first flange 11 and a second flange 12. The first flange 11 and the second flange 12 are each arranged around the periphery of the first connection head 1, the first flange 11 being connected to the second flange 12, the second region 18 being arranged between the first region 17 and the first flange 11.

The sealing ring 2 is arranged around the first flange 11. The first flange 11 of the first joint 1 has a length in the radial direction larger than that of the second flange 12, and the first flange 11 and the second flange 12 are provided in a stepped shape having different heights so that the seal ring 2 provided around the first flange 11 can abut against the second flange 12. The second flange 12 of the first connector 1 is thicker than 0.1mm in the axial direction, so that the structural strength of the second flange 12 is guaranteed, and the damage caused by extrusion is avoided, and the service life of the first connector 1 is not affected. After the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 are assembled, the second flange 12 plays a limiting role in the sealing ring 2, the second connector 3 is favorable for compressing the sealing ring 2, and the sealing interference amount of the sealing ring 2 is adjusted according to the degree of compressing the sealing ring 2.

The second connector 3 is provided with a second connecting portion 31, and the first connecting portion 13 is matched with the second connecting portion 31 to enable the second connector 3 to press the sealing ring 2.

The interference amount of the sealing ring 2 of the sealing connection structure can be adjusted through the connection tightness degree of the first connector 1 and the second connector 3, so that after the sealing ring 2 is used for a long time, the interference amount can be improved by changing the connection tightness degree of the first connector 1 and the second connector 3, namely, the first connector 1 is screwed down relative to the second connector 3 again, the sealing ring 2 sleeved on the first connector 1 can be compressed again, the sealing performance and the waterproof performance of the aged or loosened sealing ring 2 after long-term use can be improved, meanwhile, the problem that the sealing connection structure is loosened after long-term use is solved, parts are prevented from being disassembled and replaced, the later maintenance cost is reduced, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient.

The spring 4 is sleeved on the second area 18 of the first connector 1, a through hole 32 is arranged inside the second connector 3, and the internal thread is arranged on the through hole 32 of the second connector 3. The through hole 32 of the second connector 3 is further provided with a spring baffle 33. The spring baffle 33 is arranged around the inner side wall of the through hole 32 of the second connector 3 and used for abutting against the spring 4 to limit the spring 4.

After the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 are assembled by the first connecting portion 13 and the second connecting portion 31, one end of the spring 4 abuts against the spring stop 33 of the second connector 3, and the other end abuts against the first flange 11 of the first connector 1. The thickness of the first flange 11 of the first connector 1 in the axial direction is larger than 0.1mm, so that the structural strength of the first flange 11 is guaranteed, and the damage during extrusion is avoided, and the service life of the first connector 1 is influenced. Along with the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 are matched and connected, the first connector 1 and the second connector 3 continuously compress the spring 4 and the sealing ring 2. In order to improve the sealing effect of the sealing ring 2, a third flange 21 is arranged on the periphery of the sealing ring 2, and the third flange 21 is arranged around the sealing ring 2. In this embodiment, the third flange 21 is raised 0.1mm for sealing, and the hardness of silica gel circle adopts 30 degrees, can play better sealed effect.

The axial length of the sealing ring 2 is greater than that of the first flange 11, so that when the second connector 3 is assembled with the first connector 1, the sealing ring 2 can be continuously extruded when the second connector 3 abuts against the sealing ring 2, and the sealing interference amount of the sealing ring 2 is adjusted and increased. The user rotates the handle 15 of first connector 1 and can screw up first connector 1 and second connector 3 to make sealing washer 2 more tight by extrusion, and then improve sealed and water-proof effects, solved the not hard up problem of sealing connection structure.

Handle 15 sets up with first connector 1 integrated into one piece, can be convenient for the part demolding, saves the die sinking cost, improves handle 15 and first connector 1's joint strength. In this embodiment, the handle 15 is disposed in a line shape. Both ends of the handle 15 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the first connector 1. Both side surfaces of the handle 15 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the handle 15, a notch 16 is provided between both side surfaces of the handle 15 and the first connector 1, and the width of one of the side surfaces of the handle 15 is at least 160.6mm smaller than the notch, which is advantageous in mold stripping using the first connector 1.
