1. The efficient durable disinfectant consists of chlorine-containing disinfectant 100 weight portions, carrier 0.5-1 weight portion, activator 2.5-10 weight portions and thickener 0.01-0.05 weight portion.

The invention belongs to the field of a sterilizing agent, and particularly relates to an efficient and durable sterilizing agent and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, the common disinfectant comprises 84 disinfectant, peracetic acid, soda water, bleaching powder, potassium permanganate and the like, and research on novel coronavirus shows that the chlorine-containing disinfectant can effectively kill the virus in a short time, so that the chlorine-containing disinfectant is widely applied in spraying. Since the main transmission of the virus is via aerosol (droplet), that is, the virus droplets are mixed in the air to form a nucleus with virus droplets, the human body is easy to cause infection after inhaling, which provides the possibility of transmitting the virus through the air, and the virus aerosol can be suspended in the air. Therefore, the disinfectant can effectively capture and kill the virus by suspending in the air for a long time in a manner similar to aerosol during the killing process. In particular, the disinfectant can be dispersed to be fine enough and the specific gravity and the particle size are small enough, so that the disinfectant can be suspended more easily, and the sterilizing capability of the disinfectant can be improved. At present, the chlorine-containing disinfectants comprise 84 disinfectant, sodium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, dichloroisocyanuric acid and the like, and the disinfectants are difficult to suspend and are mostly used for spraying and wiping due to large specific gravity, so that the dosage of the disinfectants is larger than that of spraying. the efficient durable disinfectant consists of chlorine-containing disinfectant 100 weight portions, carrier 0.5-1 weight portion, activator 2.5-10 weight portions and thickener 0.01-0.05 weight portion.

The invention has the advantages and the principle that:

hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide is added into the chlorine-containing disinfectant, so that chloride ions are adsorbed, the silicon dioxide after hydrophilic modification has technical indexes (the particle size is 9-11 mu m, the specific surface area is 220 +/-20 m2/g, and the bulk density is less than or equal to 100 g/L), the silicon dioxide after hydrophilic modification does not agglomerate in a water phase, is dispersed into independent nano particle dispersoids which can be completely suspended in water under a static state, meanwhile, the nano silicon dioxide plays a role of a carrier for disinfectant molecules and has a slow release effect without chemical reaction with drugs in the disinfectant, and the silicon dioxide with a porous structure has a large specific surface area, has strong adsorbability and can uniformly adsorb the chloride ions, so that the disinfectant is more efficient and durable. Citric acid is used as an activating agent of the disinfectant, and a proper amount of carboxymethyl cellulose is added as a thickening agent of the disinfectant to adsorb effective bactericidal ions on the surface of silicon dioxide.

The prepared medicament disperses the nano particles and liquid drops into 1-10um fine light fog particles through an ultrasonic technology, and the fog particles float in the air, so that the aim of killing in a disinfected space is fulfilled.

The technical means of the present invention will be specifically described below by way of specific embodiments.

Example 1

A preparation method of a high-efficiency durable disinfectant comprises the following steps: by weight, 1000g of chlorine dioxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 20000mg/L, 5g of modified silicon dioxide, 25g of citric acid and 0.1g of carboxymethyl cellulose are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare the sterilizing agent.

When in use, the disinfectant is diluted by purified water by 20 times and then atomized by an ultrasonic aerosol generator, and the concentration of the diluted effective chlorine dioxide is 1000 mg/L.

The bactericide is used for killing 2 times per day in hospitals, and the killing rate of escherichia coli is 99%.

Example 2

A preparation method of a high-efficiency durable disinfectant comprises the following steps: 1000g of 20000mg/L chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, 10g of modified silicon dioxide, 100g of citric acid and 0.5g of carboxymethyl cellulose are stirred and mixed uniformly by weight to prepare the sterilizing agent.

When in use, the disinfectant is diluted by purified water by 200 times and then atomized by an ultrasonic aerosol generator, and the concentration of the diluted effective dichloroisocyanuric acid is 100 mg/L.

The disinfectant is used in hospitals for killing 2 times a day, and the killing rate of staphylococcus aureus is 99%.

The above description is only one specific guiding embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention using this concept shall fall within the scope of the invention.
