In modern life, food cooking appliances bring convenience to people, and especially multifunctional food cooking appliances are widely loved by people. At present, electric cooking appliances such as electric cookers, air ovens and the like with air-frying functions are very popular because the electric cooking appliances have common functions of cooking rice and baking and also have the air-frying function which is popular among people.

The air frying power of the cooking electric appliance can replace the traditional fryer, and the food which is crisp, delicious and smells strong fragrance can be made under the condition of no oil. The cooking appliance with the air-frying function brings food health under the condition of ensuring the taste of fried food, and is more environment-friendly due to the reduction of oil smoke.

In the prior electric cookers with air-frying function, such as electric cookers, air ovens and the like in the market, the heating mode adopted by the air-frying function is a heating plate with a grain odor type and is additionally provided with convection blades, wherein the convection blades and the heating plate are arranged in a vertically stacked mode. Therefore, the space occupied by the existing heating structure with the air-frying function is larger, so that more injection molding materials are needed to be adopted by the shell of the cooking appliance, the product cost is high, and the production process requirement is high. Meanwhile, the food is heated unevenly, and even the food closest to the heating tube is easily scorched.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides an electric cooker with air-frying function, which can solve the above problems in the prior art, so that the product has a smaller volume, a compact and portable structure, can reduce the material consumption of the injection molding material of the housing, reduce the product cost and the production process requirements, and can realize more uniform heating of food and avoid the food from being scorched.

1. Referring to fig. 1, the overall structure of the electric cooker with air-frying function according to the present application is shown. The electric cooker with the air-frying function comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a pin shaft 3. An air-frying heating assembly is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper shell 1, and an electric cooker heating assembly is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the lower shell 2.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the electric cooker with air-frying function of the present application, a motor 4, a heating tube 5, a heating tube cover 8, a convection fan blade 9, a turbine fan blade 10, a motor cover shell 12, a motor cover 14, a motor bracket 15, an air outlet 16, an electric cooker cover 17, an air-frying pan cover 18, a cover-opening detection switch 19, an electric cooker switch 20, an air-frying pan switch 21, a heating tube fixing bracket 22, and the like are arranged in an upper casing 1, wherein the air-frying heating assembly at least includes the heating tube cover 8 and the turbine fan blade 10; the lower shell 2 is internally provided with components such as a display panel 7, a frying basket, a pot liner, a frying basket bracket, an outer pot, a lower heating plate, a main control panel and the like; the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are movably connected through a pin shaft 3.

First, the upper case of the rice cooker with air-frying function of the present application will be explained.

A heating tube cover 8 is fixedly arranged in the upper shell 1, and the heating tube cover 8 can cover the upper part and the periphery of the heating tube 5. The heating tube cover 8 is provided with a motor bracket 15 which is fixed by screws and on which the motor 4 is fixed.

The heating pipe cover 8 is provided with a shaft hole, an output shaft of the motor 4 can penetrate through the shaft hole from top to bottom, and a convection fan blade 9 is fixedly installed at the position, above the heating pipe cover 8, of the output shaft of the motor 4; and a turbine fan blade 10 is fixedly arranged at the position of the output shaft of the motor 4, which is positioned below the heating pipe cover 8.

The heating pipe 5 is arranged around the periphery of the turbine fan blade 10, the outer diameter of the turbine fan blade 10 is smaller than the inner diameter of the heating pipe 5, and the heating pipe 5 and the turbine fan blade 10 are fixedly installed on the same horizontal height.

Preferably, the heating tube 5 comprises two parallel heating tubes (two-section heating tube layout) arranged side by side up and down, and the at least two sections of heating tubes are integrally and fixedly installed on the same horizontal height with the turbine blade 10.

Because the turbine inner blade 10 and the heating tube 5 are positioned in the same horizontal plane after being fixedly installed, the height of the assembly can be effectively reduced, the height space can be reduced by 40mm compared with the existing structure on the market, and the cost is effectively saved. Of course, if the space allows or the function needs, more sections of heating tubes can be arranged; the arrangement of the multi-section heating tubes can be changed properly, and the multi-section heating tubes can be parallel up and down or in parallel, and can also be in a structure of forming concentric rings with different diameters. An air fryer switch 21 and an electric cooker switch 20 are arranged on the inner side of the upper shell 1.

Wherein, as shown in fig. 5, the air fryer cover 18 has an inner groove 181 on the surface engaged with the upper casing 1, and the position of the inner groove 181 corresponds to the position of the rice cooker switch 20.

Thus, when the air fryer cover 18 is fitted inside the upper casing 1, the air fryer cover 18 triggers the air fryer switch 21 to close, but does not trigger the rice cooker switch 20, and the rice cooker switch 20 remains open, thereby completing the electric circuit of the air-fry heating assembly.

When the rice cooker cover 17 is assembled to the inner side of the upper case 1, the rice cooker cover 17 simultaneously triggers the rice cooker switch 20 and the air fryer switch 21 to be closed, so that only the electric circuit of the rice cooker heating assembly is switched on based on the triggering.

Alternatively, the electric cooker cover 17 may be provided with an inner groove similar to the air fryer cover 18 and positioned to correspond to the air fryer switch 21, so that when the electric cooker cover 17 is fitted to the inside of the upper casing 1, the electric cooker cover 17 triggers only the electric cooker switch 20 and keeps the air fryer switch 21 off, and on the basis thereof, only the electric circuit of the electric cooker heating assembly is turned on. When the air fryer cover 18 is assembled inside the upper casing 1, the air fryer cover 18 simultaneously triggers the rice cooker switch 20 and the air fryer switch 21 to be closed, so that only the circuit of the air-frying thermal assembly is switched on.

As a further alternative, an inner groove may be provided in each of the electric cooker cover 17 and the air fryer cover 18, and the inner groove may be positioned to correspond to the air fryer switch 21 and the electric cooker switch 20, respectively, so that when the air fryer cover 18 is fitted to the inside of the upper casing 1, the air fryer cover 18 triggers the air fryer switch 21 to close, but does not trigger the electric cooker switch 20, so as to switch on only the electric circuit of the air-fry heating assembly based on this; when the rice cooker cover 17 is fitted to the inside of the upper case 1, the rice cooker cover 17 activates only the rice cooker switch 20 but does not activate the air fryer switch 21, so that only the electric circuit of the rice cooker heating assembly is completed based thereon.

Therefore, when the electric cooker with the air-frying function is used, the corresponding functional circuit can be started through the assembling condition of the electric cooker cover 17 and the air-frying cooker cover 18, so that the condition of misoperation of a user is effectively avoided.

Further, a lid opening detection switch 19 is provided inside the upper case 1. The lid opening detection switch 19 corresponds to a state monitoring switch. That is, only when the upper casing 1 is closed relative to the lower casing 2, the open-cover detection switch 19 is triggered to be closed, and the subsequent start of the air-frying function is allowed; when the upper case 1 is opened to be separated from the lower case 2, the open-cover detection switch 19 is turned off. Under the condition that the air-frying heating assembly operates, if the cover opening detection switch 19 is switched off, the air-frying function is suspended; under the condition that the heating component of the electric cooker is operated, if the cover opening detection switch 19 is turned off, the function of the electric cooker can still be kept to continue normal operation.

An air outlet having a width smaller than that of the air outlet 16 is provided in the side wall of the heat pipe cover 8, and communicates with a hot air passage 24 of the motor cover 14. This facilitates heat dissipation in the heat pipe shroud to ensure normal operation of the turbine blade 10.

In addition, an internal circulation air inlet hole 6 and an internal circulation air outlet groove 11 are arranged on the air fryer cover 18, so that the internal hot air is blown to the food and the circulation of the hot air is realized.
