The 21 parts are scientifically combined and installed to form the novel pot with novelty, creativity and practicability.

Background

The microcomputer electric cooker has the following defects:

(1) the microcomputer electric cooker invented by Toshiba Japan company in 1982 is a chip programming method, the temperature of liquid food in the cooker is controlled below the boiling point, the boiling state can not be generated, but the juice always adheres to the cooker cover and even overflows from the air holes, which is troublesome, wasteful and unsanitary;

(2) the specification of the Japan Panasonic SR-MS183 type microcomputer electric rice cooker clearly requires: the heating time of the porridge and soup cooking is set to be 1-3 hours and 1-4 hours no matter the porridge and soup are half-cooked or small half-cooked, so that the time and the electricity are wasted;

(3) the food can not be steamed while being cooked, and the practicability is too monotonous;

(5) the temperature of the cooked food is controlled below the boiling point, and semi-fluid food such as noodles, dumplings and the like can be cooked slowly after a long time, and the cooked food is cooked thoroughly.

(5) The amount of the fluid food to be cooked is limited by the scales, and at most, only half of the pot can be cooked;

The 21 parts are scientifically combined and installed to form the novel pot with novelty, creativity and practicability. The specific method comprises the following steps:

the novel pot comprises a pot body 2, any two adjacent flat plates of the pot body 2 are connected through an arc-shaped angle bead, a reinforcing plate is arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped angle bead, and two sides of the reinforcing plate are respectively connected to the inner walls of the two adjacent flat plates of the pot body 2; the middle of the reinforcing plate is provided with a cylindrical column with internal threads;

the pot cover 10 is of a sandwich structure, the upper layer is a first plastic cover 10, the lower layer is a first metal cover plate 13 provided with a temperature sensor, and a pot cover groove 14 and an auxiliary cover 11 are arranged in the middle of the pot cover 10; the groove bottom of the pot cover groove 14 and the first metal cover plate 13 below the groove bottom are both in a spoke type structure; the auxiliary cover 11 is of a sandwich structure, the upper layer is a second plastic cover 11, and the lower layer is a second metal cover plate 12; the auxiliary cover 11 is in clearance fit with the cover groove 14;

The air inlet of the air duct 16 and the air outlet of the fan 18 are arranged into two openings which are mutually clung and connected to form a first opening;

a circular hollow window is arranged in the middle of the rear part of the boiler platform 7; the circumference of the round hollow window is provided with a pot body heat preservation skirt 4 extending downwards; the round hollow window is internally provided with a pot opening of the outer pot 3 and a pot opening of the inner pot 19; the outer pot 3 is in clearance fit with the inner pot 19;

the front, the back, the left and the right surfaces of the base 1 of the pot body are all inclined inwards from top to bottom; an arc-shaped angle bead, a reinforcing plate and a round hole with internal threads are arranged in the pot body base 1 and correspond to the pot body 2; several reinforcing pieces which are arranged transversely and vertically are also arranged in the base 1 of the pan body; a tongue buckle is arranged at the port of the pot body base 1; the lower part of the pan body base 1 is provided with a vent hole and a support leg;

a tray 21 is arranged on the base 1 of the pan body, the bottom of the outer pan 3 is arranged on the tray 21, a heating plate 20 is arranged on the bottom of the outer pan 3, and the bottom of the inner pan 19 is arranged on the heating plate 20;

the programming method of the chip is as follows:

(1) the temperature of the chip, in particular to the temperature of the temperature sensor on the first metal cover plate 13, sets different heating modes and controls the length of the heating time according to the temperature;

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, for the research result of natural law, the correct method for manufacturing the chip is determined, and the chip is suitable for the requirements of heating and anti-overflow of all foods. The whole structure of the novel pot is a body, the chip is the brain of the body, and the two complement each other to form a technical scheme with novelty, creativity and practicability;

The invention relates to a novel pot which comprises a pot body base 1, a pot body 2, an outer pot 3, a pot body heat-insulating skirt 4, an electric plate support 5 provided with a power supply board and a control board, a touch screen operation panel 6, a pot table 7, a pot cover switch 8, a sealing ring 9, a pot cover 10, an auxiliary cover 11, a second metal cover plate 12, a temperature sensor 13 on a first metal cover plate, a pot cover groove 14, a pressing ring 15, an air duct 16, a pot cover rotating shaft 17, a fan 18, an inner pot 19, a heating disc 20 and a tray 21.
