Thus, in the using process, the adjusting piece 104 can be pressed to push the cutter 301 to move downwards to cut off the surgical thread in the thread passing channel 1011, when the cutter 301 reaches the extreme position of the downward movement, the locking piece 304 can automatically lock the position of the cutter 301, at this time, the thread passing channel 1011 can be sealed through the cutter 301, it should be noted that when the cutter 301 is pushed to move downwards, the thread feeding assembly 20 is in the stop state, when the locking piece 304 is opened, the elastic column 302 can automatically push the adjusting piece 104 to move upwards to drive the cutter 301 to move upwards, and when the cutter 301 moves upwards to the upper limit, the thread feeding assembly 20 can automatically operate to feed the thread, the whole structure is simple, and the cutting assembly 30 and the thread feeding assembly 20 are linked, thereby making the whole operation more simple and convenient, time-saving and labor-saving.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the locking member 304 includes a position-limiting member 3041, an adjusting rod 3042 and a return spring 3043.

The limiting member 3041 is U-shaped, two ends of the limiting member 3041 are connected to the front surface of the wire guide platform 101, and a first through hole 30411 is disposed on the front surface of the limiting member 3041;

a second through hole 1012 penetrating through the front surface of the wire guide platform 101 is formed in the front groove wall of the through groove 10113, the first through hole 30411 and the second through hole 1012 are on the same axis, the adjusting rod 3042 is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole 1012 in a front-back sliding manner, a limiting hole 3011 is formed in the upper end of the front surface of the cutter 301, the front end of the adjusting rod 3042 is inserted into the limiting hole 3011, a limiting protrusion 30421 is formed on the outer surface of the adjusting rod 3042, and the limiting protrusion 30421 is located outside the wire guide platform 101;

the return spring 3043 is sleeved on the adjusting rod 3042 and is located between the limiting protrusion 30421 and the limiting member 3041.

Based on the above, by providing the upper end of the front surface of the cutter 301 with a limiting hole 3011, and the adjusting rod 3042 is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole 1012 in a front-back sliding manner, when the front end of the adjusting rod 3042 is inserted into the limiting hole 3011, the position of the cutter 301 is fixed, when the front end of the adjusting rod 3042 is moved out of the limiting hole 3011, the cutter 301 can be pushed to ascend by the elastic column 302, and the return spring 3043 is sleeved on the adjusting rod 3042 and located between the limiting protrusion 30421 and the limiting member 3041, so that when the cutter 301 is in an ascending state, the end of the adjusting rod 3042 abuts against the side surface of the cutter 301, and when the cutter 301 moves down and the adjusting rod 3042 is opposite to the limiting hole 3011, the elastic force of the return spring 3043 can push the end of the adjusting rod 3042 to automatically move into the limiting hole 3011, thereby it is right cutter 301 fixes, and overall structure is simple, and its locking is swift reliable.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a guide groove 10111 is disposed on each of front and rear side walls of the wire passage 1011, the two guide grooves 10111 extend vertically, and front and rear sides of the cutting knife 301 are slidably disposed in the guide grooves 10111, respectively.

Therefore, the guide grooves 10111 are formed in the front side wall and the rear side wall of the wire passing channel 1011, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the cutter 301 are slidably arranged in the guide grooves 10111 respectively, and accordingly the cutter 301 can stably move up and down along the guide grooves 10111.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, an extension 1041 is connected to the right side of the adjusting member 104, the extension 1041 is L-shaped, one end of the extension 1041 is connected to the adjusting member 104, and the other end of the extension 1041 extends to below the control button 206.

In this way, since one end of the extension portion 1041 is connected to the adjusting member 104, and the other end of the extension portion 1041 extends to below the control button 206, when the cutter 301 ascends, the extension portion 1041 also ascends, and when the cutter 301 ascends to the limit position, the other end of the extension portion 1041 presses the control button 206, so that the driving motor 204 is started to feed the wire.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the box body 10 is further provided with a scale 106, the lower end of the left side surface of the box body 10 is provided with an installation groove 107, the installation groove 107 extends along the length direction of the box body 10, and the scale 106 is slidably arranged in the installation groove 107 from side to side;

It can be understood that, because the length of the ruler 106 is limited, when the length of the required operation line is longer than the length of the ruler 106, accurate measurement cannot be performed through the ruler 106, and the ruler 106 is provided with a plurality of first scale marks 1061 and a plurality of second scale marks 1062, and the left end of the upper surface of the ruler 106 is provided with a guide block 1063, so, when the length of the required operation line is longer than the length of the ruler 106, the guide block 1063 can be bypassed, so as to perform measurement through the second scale marks 1062, which is more simple and convenient in measurement, strong in practicability, wide in applicability, and good in use effect.

Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a first guide wheel 1031 is disposed at the upper end of the right side of the liquid storage box 103, a second guide wheel 1032 is disposed at the upper end of the left side of the liquid storage box 103, a third guide wheel 1033 is disposed inside the liquid storage box 103, a fourth guide wheel 10112 is disposed at the left end of the thread guiding channel 1011, and the free end of the surgical thread sequentially passes through the first guide wheel 1031, the third guide wheel 1033, the second guide wheel 1032 and the fourth guide wheel 10112 and extends into the thread guiding channel 1011.

Thus, since the left end of the thread passing channel 1011 is provided with the fourth guide wheel 10112, the free end of the surgical thread sequentially passes through the first guide wheel 1031, the third guide wheel 1033, the second guide wheel 1032 and the fourth guide wheel 10112 and extends into the thread passing channel 1011, so that the surgical thread is soaked by the disinfectant in the liquid storage box 103 when being sent out by the coil 102, and is convenient for subsequent use, and the fourth guide wheel 10112 can accurately guide the surgical thread into the thread passing channel 1011.
