For example, in order to adjust the hemostasis state according to the body state of a patient while hemostasis is performed, the heart rate sensor 23 is installed on one side of the limiting seat 14, the single chip microcomputer 24 is installed on one side of the inside of the limiting seat 14, the signal transmitter 25 is installed on one side of the inside of the limiting seat 14, the signal output end of the single chip microcomputer 24 is in signal connection with the signal input end of the signal transmitter 25, and the electrical output end of the single chip microcomputer 24 is electrically connected with the air pump 18 and the electrical control end of the alarm 21.
