The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a sanitary absorbent product for a lying-in woman and a preparation method thereof, which can be applied to sanitary products such as sanitary towels, panty liners, menstrual period trousers and the like.

Background

In general, after parturient delivery, the delivery channel discharges blood-like secretion such as menstrual blood, and such discharge from the placenta implantation position is mixed with secretion such as decidua, tissue fragment and mucus remaining in the uterus, which is called lochia; the lochia phenomenon lasts for about 4-6 weeks, and the puerpera who is in normal delivery still has wound, is sensitive and easy to feel, and is easy to infect after lochia is discharged.

The secretion of the puerpera is more common after the puerpera is born, the traditional special hygienic absorbing article for the puerpera is generally poor in air permeability and absorptivity, and when the puerpera uses the article, the interior of the hygienic absorbing article is moist and stuffy, so that bacteria are easy to breed at the wound to cause infection, and therefore, the hygienic absorbing article for the puerpera, which is soft and dry, good in absorptivity and has a bacteriostatic action, needs to be researched.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a hygienic absorbing article for lying-in women and a preparation method thereof, and the hygienic absorbing article has the advantages of high absorbability, good dryness, bacteriostasis and the like.

In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a maternal hygiene absorbent article comprising a liquid permeable surface layer, a funnel member, an absorbent layer and a breathable bottom layer, arranged in this order;

the liquid-permeable surface layer is made of bamboo fiber non-woven fabric; wherein, a perforating structure is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer;

the funnel component is of a laminated structure provided with through holes, and the inner diameter of each layer of through holes in the laminated structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom;

the absorption layer comprises a bacteriostatic factor; wherein the bacteriostatic factor is lithospermum, wormwood, honeysuckle, clove or dandelion;

the sanitary absorption article also comprises a wrapping layer; wherein the absorbent layer is wrapped inside the wrapping layer;

the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional enclosure higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer.

Preferably, the stereoscopic barrier comprises an inner barrier and an outer barrier.

(3) and sequentially gluing and compounding the funnel component and the liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer, and sequentially gluing and compounding the breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer to obtain the puerpera sanitary absorbing article.

Preferably, the preparation of the absorption layer in the step (1) comprises the following steps:

mixing the antibacterial factor, the super absorbent resin and the wood pulp to obtain the super absorbent resin absorbent paper; the high-water-absorption resin absorbent paper comprises, by weight, 2-50% of high-water-absorption resin, 0.05-15% of bacteriostatic factors and 32-92% of wood pulp.

Preferably, in the step (3), both sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are provided with a three-dimensional enclosure which is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner enclosure and an outer enclosure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the puerpera sanitary absorption article provided by the invention is provided with the funnel component which is a laminated structure provided with through holes, and the inner diameter of each layer of through holes in the laminated structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the infiltration of lochia can be accelerated, and the dryness of the liquid-permeable surface layer is kept;

(2) according to the puerpera sanitary absorption article provided by the invention, the liquid-permeable surface layer adopts the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, so that the puerpera sanitary absorption article not only has good air permeability, but also has a bacteriostatic effect; moreover, the liquid-permeable surface layer is provided with a perforation structure, so that the downward penetration of lochia can be ensured, and the dryness of the lochia can be further improved;

(3) according to the hygienic absorbing article for the lying-in women, the bacteriostatic factors are compounded into the absorbing layer, so that the bacteriostatic effect can be further improved, and the infection of the lying-in women can be prevented.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

The present invention provides, in a first aspect, a maternal hygiene absorbent article, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising a liquid-permeable top layer 2, a funnel member 3, an absorbent layer 5 and a breathable bottom layer 6, arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the liquid-permeable surface layer 2 is a bamboo fiber non-woven fabric; wherein, a perforating structure is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer 2; the funnel component 3 is a laminated structure provided with through holes, and the inner diameter of each layer of through holes in the laminated structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom; the absorption layer 5 contains a bacteriostatic factor; wherein the bacteriostatic factor is lithospermum, wormwood, honeysuckle, clove or dandelion; the sanitary absorption article also comprises a wrapping layer 4; wherein the absorption layer 5 is wrapped inside the wrapping layer 4; the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer 2 are both provided with a three-dimensional apron 1 higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer.

It should be noted that the drawings of the present invention are provided for illustrative purposes only, and the scale of the components in the drawings is not necessarily consistent with the actual product.

It should be noted that the liquid-permeable surface layer of the present invention is made of bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric, mainly because the surface of the traditional sanitary absorbent article special for lying-in women is generally hard to touch, and the liquid-permeable surface layer is in direct contact with the skin of lying-in women, so that the wound of lying-in women is likely to be stimulated during use. The inventor finds that the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric is fine and soft, has good air and moisture absorption, can inhibit bacteria breeding and kill bacteria, so that the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric is adopted as a liquid permeable surface layer to be in contact with skin of a puerpera, wounds cannot be stimulated, bacteria breeding can be inhibited, and the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric is easy to degrade and is more environment-friendly.

In fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly illustrate the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in close and/or partial close contact with each other.

According to some preferred embodiments, the stereoscopic barrier 1 comprises an inner barrier (a) and an outer barrier (B).

In the present invention, the outer leg cuff of the liquid-permeable top sheet includes a liquid-permeable top sheet and a breathable back sheet, and at least two elastic bands are combined with the inner leg cuff.

According to some preferred embodiments, the hole pattern of the perforated structure in the liquid-permeable top sheet 2 is at least one selected from the group consisting of a circle and an ellipse; wherein, the aperture of the punching structure is 2-4 mm (for example, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm or 4 mm).

In the invention, the perforation structure is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer, so that the infiltration of the lochia can be accelerated, and the lochia is prevented from being concentrated on the liquid-permeable surface layer to influence the comfort in use; and the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are provided with three-dimensional fenders, so that the liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking laterally.

According to some preferred embodiments, the funnel part 3 is at least one selected from a foam layer and a super absorbent resin absorbent paper; wherein the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is at least one selected from the group consisting of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dry-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper and non-woven fabric-wrapped super absorbent resin absorbent paper.

According to some preferred embodiments, the through-hole of the funnel part 3 is at least one selected from the group consisting of circular, oval, square, heart-shaped, or rectangular; the number of layers of the laminated structure is 2-4 (for example, 2, 3 or 4 layers).

It should be noted that, in the invention, the funnel component is mainly obtained by punching through holes on at least two layers of foam layers or absorbent paper, and then gluing and laminating the through holes, wherein the inner diameter of each layer of through holes in the laminated structure is gradually reduced from top to bottom to form a funnel shape with a large upper aperture and a small lower aperture; after a puerpera is born by a baby, secretions such as uterine decidua, tissue fragments, mucus and the like generally flow out of the birth canal, the traditional special sanitary absorption article for the puerpera has poor absorption effect on the lochia, and the funnel-type structure can better gather and permeate the lochia, guide the lochia to better diffuse into the absorption layer, is favorable for instant absorption, and avoids the influence on the use feeling caused by the moist and sultry of the surface layer.

According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 5 is obtained by combining a liquid absorbent layer and a bacteriostatic factor;

the liquid absorbing layer 5 is a foam layer or super absorbent resin absorbent paper; the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is prepared by a wet method, dust-free paper, a dry method or a non-woven fabric bag.

In the invention, in the process of compounding the liquid absorption layer and the bacteriostatic factor, when the liquid absorption layer adopts a foam layer, essential oil prepared from the bacteriostatic factor is mainly dripped on the foam layer to obtain the absorption layer; when the liquid absorption layer adopts super absorbent resin absorbent paper except for the foam layer, the absorbent layer is obtained mainly by mixing the bacteriostatic factor, the super absorbent resin and wood pulp for papermaking and compounding.

According to some preferred embodiments, the content of the bacteriostatic factor in the absorbent layer 5 is 0.05 to 15% (e.g., may be 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, or 15%) based on the total weight of the absorbent layer.

It should be noted that, in the present invention, the content of the bacteriostatic factor is selected from the above range, mainly when the content of the bacteriostatic factor is lower than the above range, the bacteriostatic action of the bacteriostatic factor cannot be fully exerted; when the content of the bacteriostatic factor is too high, the content of the super absorbent resin needs to be reduced on the basis of ensuring the quality of the paper, and the absorption effect of the absorption layer is further influenced.

According to some preferred embodiments, the wrapping layer 4 is selected from at least one of a foam layer and a super absorbent resin absorbent paper; the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is at least one of super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by a wet method, dust-free paper, dry method and non-woven fabric-wrapped super absorbent resin.

In the invention, the wrapping layer and the absorption layer are preferably the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by a wet method, and the super absorbent resin can be compounded with paper fibers at the early stage of paper sheet forming, so that the super absorbent resin is completely embedded in the paper fibers, the conductivity of the paper fibers and the super absorbent resin to liquid is enhanced, and the absorption capacity and the absorption speed of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper to the liquid are greatly improved.

(2) fully wrapping the absorbing layer by using a wrapping layer (high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by a wet method) to obtain the absorbing layer wrapped with the wrapping layer;

(3) sequentially adhering the composite funnel component and the liquid-permeable surface layer (bamboo fiber non-woven fabric) on the upper surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer by using a hot melt adhesive, and then sequentially adhering the composite breathable bottom layer (PE film) on the lower surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer by using a hot melt adhesive to obtain the sanitary absorbing article for the lying-in women; wherein, the liquid-permeable surface layer is provided with a perforation structure, and the aperture of the perforation structure is 3 mm;

wherein, in the step (3), the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional enclosure higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure, wherein the inner side enclosure is provided with two rubber bands;

(4) and (4) arranging adhesive tapes and release paper at the bottoms of the puerpera sanitary absorbent articles obtained in the step (3) to obtain the puerpera sanitary towel.

Example 2

Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: the antibacterial factor is selected from flos Caryophylli when preparing the absorption layer, the content of high water-absorbent resin in the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper is 50%, the content of flos Caryophylli is 0.3%, and the content of wood pulp is 49.7%; three pieces of super absorbent resin absorbent paper (the aperture of the through hole is 2cm, 2.5cm and 3cm) are laminated to obtain a funnel component with the aperture of the upper through hole of 3cm and the aperture of the lower through hole of 2 cm.

Example 3

Example 3 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: when the absorption layer is prepared, the antibacterial factor is folium artemisiae argyi, the content of the high water-absorbent resin in the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper is 35%, the content of the folium artemisiae argyi is 1%, and the content of the wood pulp is 64%; two foam layers (the aperture of the through hole is 3cm and 1cm respectively) are adopted for lamination to obtain the funnel component with the aperture of the upper through hole of 3cm and the aperture of the lower through hole of 1 cm.

Example 4

Example 4 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: the antibacterial factor is selected from flos Lonicerae when preparing the absorption layer, the content of high water-absorbent resin in the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper is 40%, the content of flos Lonicerae is 0.4%, and the content of wood pulp is 59.6%.

Example 5

Example 5 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: when the absorption layer is prepared, the antibacterial factor is dandelion, the content of the high water-absorbent resin in the high water-absorbent resin absorbent paper is 25.5%, the content of the dandelion is 0.5%, and the content of the wood pulp is 74%.

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the funnel component in the step (1) is not included.

Comparative example 2

Comparative example 2 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: and (2) no bacteriostatic factor is added when the absorption layer is prepared in the step (1).

Comparative example 3

Comparative example 3 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the absorption layer in the step (1) has no bacteriostatic factor; and the funnel component in the step (1) is not needed.

Comparative example 4

Comparative example 4 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the absorption layer in the step (1) is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, and has no bacteriostatic factor; and the funnel component in the step (1) is not needed.

Comparative example 5

Comparative example 5 is substantially the same as comparative example 3 except that: the liquid-permeable surface layer in the step (3) is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric, and the liquid-permeable surface layer is not provided with a perforated structure.

The absorbent articles for maternal hygiene of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were individually subjected to the performance test of the present invention, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.

The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 5mL, the 2 times are separated by 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed with the unit of s; the reverse osmosis is that after the puerpera sanitary absorption article absorbs the animal blood for 5 minutes each time, 10g of filter paper is pressed by a 1.2kg weight and is placed on the sanitary absorption article for 1 minute, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed and is in g.

And a second testing method comprises the following steps: the sanitary absorbing articles for the lying-in women prepared in the embodiments 1 to 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are tried by 20 lying-in women, and the bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects of the sanitary absorbing articles are judged according to the use experience of users. Wherein, the good use experience is judged as the good bacteriostatic and odor-removing effect.

The comparison data show that compared with comparative examples 1-3, the animal blood absorption speed is higher, the reverse osmosis amount is lower, the surface layer is drier and comfortable, and the bacteria inhibition and the odor removal can be effectively realized in the examples 1-5; in comparative example 1, however, the absorption speed was slow and significant reverse osmosis occurred without the funnel member; in the comparative example 2, when the antibacterial factor is not added in the absorption layer, the number of people with good antibacterial and odor removing effects is obviously reduced; in comparative example 3, when the funnel part was not provided and the bacteriostatic factor was not added, the absorption performance was deteriorated, the reverse osmosis amount was increased, and the bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects were poor; in comparative example 4, when the absorbent material is prepared by mixing commercially available fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, and has no bacteriostatic factor and no funnel part, both the absorption performance and the bacteriostatic performance are poor; in comparative example 5, the surface layer was spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, and no perforation structure was provided, and when no funnel part and no bacteriostatic factor were present, not only the absorption performance was poor, but also no bacteriostatic effect was exhibited.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention. The invention has not been described in detail and is in part known to those of skill in the art.
