Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of food and medicine, and particularly relates to a composition for promoting diuresis and tonifying spleen, and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The pattern of spleen deficiency with excessive dampness is usually seen in the diseases of exogenous pathogenic factors and endogenous dampness, with the damp pathogen staying in the middle energizer for a long time; or excessive administration of cold food and medicine can damage spleen yang, and lead to spleen yang deficiency, middle-jiao deficiency cold, and internal retention of cold-dampness. The treatment method for spleen deficiency and excessive dampness is mainly to promote diuresis and invigorate spleen, and although numerous foods or medicines for promoting diuresis and strengthening spleen are reported in the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is often large in component quantity, high in cost, or complex in preparation and difficult to popularize; and the problems of poor mouthfeel and smell and difficult acceptance by consumers exist.

Therefore, the composition for removing dampness and tonifying spleen, which is novel, low in cost, good in property, simple to prepare, excellent in effect and easy to accept by consumers, is provided, and has important significance in further research on application and popularization of the composition in the fields of food, health care products and medicines.

The invention provides a composition for promoting diuresis and invigorating spleen, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:

10-30 parts of Chinese yam, 5-15 parts of poria cocos, 5-15 parts of white hyacinth bean, 5-15 parts of black bean, 30-50 parts of gordon euryale seed, 10-30 parts of coix seed, 5-15 parts of dried orange peel and 5-15 parts of phaseolus calcaratus.

Further, the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:

15-25 parts of Chinese yam, 8-13 parts of poria cocos, 8-13 parts of white hyacinth bean, 8-13 parts of black bean, 35-45 parts of gordon euryale seed, 15-25 parts of coix seed, 7-12 parts of dried orange peel and 8-13 parts of phaseolus calcaratus.

Furthermore, the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:

Preferably, the dampness-removing and spleen-invigorating medicine is a medicine for improving inappetence, loose stool, stomachache and gastrectasia, poor immunity, dyspepsia and poor sleep quality.

The composition has the main effects of tonifying spleen and removing dampness, and has obvious improvement effect on spleen deficiency and excessive dampness (symptoms of loose stool, dizziness, heavy head, emaciation, poor appetite, pale tongue, white and greasy fur and deficient and slow pulse) or lung and spleen qi deficiency (symptoms of short breath, hypodynamia, emaciation, easy cold, pale tongue, white fur and deficient pulse).

The assay is as follows: the syndrome of the recipe is caused by the weakness of the spleen and stomach and the retention of damp-turbidity in the interior. Chinese yam and gordon euryale seed are added in the formula of the invention for replenishing qi and invigorating spleen, and for astringency and relieving diarrhea, the Chinese yam and the gordon euryale seed are used as monarch drugs; the tuckahoe and the coix seeds enhance the effects of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness and are used as ministerial drugs; white hyacinth bean, red bean and black bean have the functions of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, and invigorating spleen, and the dried orange peel has the functions of regulating qi, invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, which are used as adjuvant drugs. The medicines are compatible to tonify spleen qi, assist transportation and transformation, dispel damp turbidity, move qi stagnation, recover transportation and ascending of spleen and stomach, and cure all the symptoms. The spleen governs healthy and normal functions and generates qi and blood, so this recipe can also be used for treating shortness of breath, lassitude and susceptibility to cold due to qi deficiency of lung and spleen.

The composition for promoting diuresis and tonifying spleen has the advantages of low cost, simple preparation and excellent effect, can obviously improve inappetence, loose stool, stomachache and gastrectasia, poor immunity, dyspepsia and poor sleep quality caused by spleen deficiency and dampness excess, has homology of medicine and food of raw materials and high safety, can be prepared into food, health-care products or medicines, has good taste and smell, is easy to be accepted by consumers, and has good popularization and application values.

Obviously, many modifications, substitutions, and variations are possible in light of the above teachings of the invention, without departing from the basic technical spirit of the invention, as defined by the following claims.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. This should not be understood as limiting the scope of the above-described subject matter of the present invention to the following examples. All the technologies realized based on the above contents of the present invention belong to the scope of the present invention.

Detailed Description

The raw materials and equipment used in the invention are known products and are obtained by purchasing commercial products.

Example 1 preparation of a composition according to the invention

The formula is as follows: 2g of Chinese yam, 1g of tuckahoe, 1g of white hyacinth bean, 1g of black bean, 4g of gordon euryale seed, 2g of coix seed, 0.75g of dried orange peel and 1g of phaseolus calcaratus.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) the raw materials except the yam and the tuckahoe are respectively fried. Weighing all the raw materials according to the weight ratio, crushing into fine powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain powder.

Or (2) parching the above materials except rhizoma Dioscoreae and Poria respectively. Weighing all the raw materials according to the weight ratio, crushing into fine powder, uniformly mixing, adding water or milk, stirring into paste, and preparing into instant biscuits with various appearances according to a common biscuit preparation method in the field of food.

Or (3) parching the above materials except rhizoma Dioscoreae and Poria respectively. Weighing all the raw materials according to the weight ratio, crushing into fine powder, uniformly mixing, adding yeast, adding water or milk, and stirring into paste. According to the common making method of steamed sponge cakes in the food field, the instant steamed sponge cakes with various appearances are made.

Or (4) parching the above materials except rhizoma Dioscoreae and Poria respectively. Weighing all the raw materials according to the weight ratio, crushing into fine powder, uniformly mixing, adding water or milk, and stirring into paste. Making into noodles with various appearances according to the common noodle making method in food field.

Example 2 preparation of the composition of the invention

The formula is as follows: 2.5g of Chinese yam, 1g of tuckahoe, 1g of white hyacinth bean, 1g of black bean, 4.5g of gordon euryale seed, 1g of coix seed, 0.5g of tangerine peel and 1.3g of phaseolus calcaratus. The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 3 preparation of the composition of the invention

The formula is as follows: 1g of Chinese yam, 0.5g of tuckahoe, 0.5g of white hyacinth bean, 0.5g of black bean, 3g of gordon euryale seed, 1g of coix seed, 0.5g of tangerine peel and 0.5g of phaseolus calcaratus. The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 4 preparation of the composition of the invention

The formula is as follows: 3g of Chinese yam, 1.5g of tuckahoe, 1.5g of white hyacinth bean, 1.5g of black bean, 5g of gordon euryale seed, 3g of coix seed, 1.5g of tangerine peel and 1.5g of phaseolus calcaratus. The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 5 preparation of a composition according to the invention

The formula is as follows: 1.5g of Chinese yam, 0.8g of tuckahoe, 0.8g of white hyacinth bean, 0.8g of black bean, 3.5g of gordon euryale seed, 1.5g of coix seed, 0.7g of dried orange peel and 0.8g of phaseolus calcaratus. The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 6 preparation of a composition of the invention

The formula is as follows: 2.5g of Chinese yam, 1.3g of tuckahoe, 1.3g of white hyacinth bean, 1.3g of black bean, 4.5g of gordon euryale seed, 2.5g of coix seed, 1.2g of dried orange peel and 1.3g of phaseolus calcaratus. The preparation method is the same as example 1.

The beneficial effects of the compositions of the present invention are demonstrated by the following experimental examples.

Experimental example 1 formulation screening of the composition of the present invention

(1) And (3) trial evaluation: 4 groups of powder with different prescriptions are prepared according to the raw material proportion listed in the table 1, 50 trial eaters are randomly selected for each group of formula, the powder with different prescriptions is decocted by adding water and then trial eaten, and the taste, the properties and the like are evaluated.

(2) And (3) evaluating the efficacy: 4 sets of powders of different formulations were prepared according to the raw material ratios listed in Table 1.

80 subjects who are diagnosed as spleen deficiency and dampness-prevailing syndrome by differentiation of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and have symptoms of poor appetite, loose stool, stomach pain and stomach distention, dyspepsia, lethargy, insomnia and bile reflux are selected and divided into 4 groups, wherein each group comprises 20 subjects, and the dose of each subject is 10 subjects which are 1 time and 2 times of the dose of the whole formula. Each group of powder with different prescriptions is decocted with water and taken after being mixed, the taking time is 30 days and 1 time per day, and the efficacy of the powder is evaluated. The results are shown in Table 3.

The evaluation criteria are as follows:

appetite: the appetite is slightly improved compared with the appetite before taking the prescription, and the food intake of each meal is improved by 1 to 5 percent, and then the evaluation is plus; the appetite is improved, and the food intake of each meal is improved by 5 to 10 percent, and then the evaluation is ++; the appetite is obviously improved, and the food intake of each meal is improved by 10 to 15 percent, and then the evaluation is +++.

Stool: the stool state changed from loose and watery to slightly thin and thick, and no molding before taking the prescription, and was evaluated as +; the loose stool changed from watery to formed but sticky and soft, and was rated as ++; the loose stool changed from watery to normal banana-type stool and was rated +++.

Stomach ache and flatulence: before taking the prescription, the continuous severe stomach ache and the flatulence become slight stomach ache and the evaluation is plus; become occasionally mild gastralgia or bloating, then rated as + +; the symptom disappeared, then it was evaluated as +++.

Dyspepsia: when the abdominal distension after long-term retention of food is changed to slight abdominal distension before taking the prescription, the food retention abdominal distension symptom disappears, and the food retention abdominal distension symptom is evaluated as ++.

Sleepiness: before taking the prescription, if the sleeping time exceeds 10 hours, the patient still suffers from drowsiness and listlessness, and the state of mind is good after long-term sleep, the state is evaluated as + and the state is slightly listened after normal 8-hour sleep, and the state is evaluated as + +; the mental state after the transition to normal 8 hours sleep was good, and evaluated as +++.

Insomnia and difficulty in falling asleep: the time to fall asleep is shortened by 1 to 10 percent compared with the time before taking the prescription, and the evaluation is plus; the time to fall asleep is shortened by 10-30%, and then the evaluation is ++; if the time to fall asleep is shortened by 30% or more, it is evaluated as +++.

Bile reflux: the total bile acid of gastric mucosa tissue is reduced by 1-5% compared with the measurement result before taking the prescription, and the total bile acid is evaluated as plus, the total bile acid is reduced by 5-10%, and the total bile acid is evaluated as plus, and the total bile acid is reduced by more than 10%.

Note: the greater the number of "+" the better the effect. The results in the table are the most numerous of the assessments given to each group of subjects.

Experimental example 2 typical cases

1. People who are born in a certain place, professor of retirement, women who are 83 years old, heart failure, coronary heart disease, Parkinson's disease, weakness, shortness of breath and extremely easy cold, and after taking the medicine for 6 months, the speaking voice is loud and the cold frequency is reduced greatly. The physical strength is obviously increased from the original one-time walking of only 100 and 200 meters to the current one-time walking of about 2000 meters.

2. Certain Luo, retired cadre, male, 86 years old, suffered from diabetes for 27 years, loose stool and foreign odor for a long time, and after taking the medicine of the invention for 2 months, the stool is normal and the foreign odor is eliminated.
