an appropriate amount of internal heat-clearing and anti-inflammatory medicines (such as heat-clearing and anti-inflammatory tablets) suitable for upper-heat and lower-cold lung heat are selected as comparison medicines and are marked as a fourth medicament.

40 cases of patients with upper-heat and lower-cold lung heat were selected and randomly divided into four groups of 10 cases, and the four groups of patients all had the following symptoms: the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be used for treating throat discomfort, dry mouth, dry and bitter mouth, dizziness, vexation, insomnia, poor appetite or hunger, and excluding those with disturbance of consciousness, mental disorder or serious interference with observation, judgment of curative effect, unstable vital signs and non-upper-heat and lower-cold type with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.

The specific information of each group is as follows:

experiment group one: 4 men and 6 women, mean age (29.72 ± 10.02) years; experiment group two: 5 men and 5 women, mean age (28.98 ± 10.15) years; experiment group two: 5 male, 5 female, average age (29.91 ± 10.01) years; experiment group four: the male and female patients in 6 cases and 4 cases have comparable sex, age, course and disease condition, and the mean age (29.95 +/-10.13) is old, and the patients in the four groups have no significant difference in sex, age, disease course and disease condition.

The patient in the first experimental group takes the first medicament 2 times a day, 10g each time, 1 course of treatment in 30 days, and observes the clinical curative effect after 1 course of treatment, the patient in the second experimental group takes the second medicament 2 times a day, 10g each time, 1 course of treatment in 30 days, and observes the clinical curative effect after 1 course of treatment, the patient in the third experimental group takes the third medicament 2 times a day, 10g each time, 1 course of treatment in 30 days, and observes the clinical curative effect after 1 course of treatment, the patient in the fourth experimental group takes the fourth medicament, 2 times a day, 10g each time, 30 days, 1 course of treatment, and observes the clinical curative effect after 1 course of treatment, and the experimental patient in the treatment period should avoid overwork, staying up and night and the like as much as possible, and avoid spicy, greasy and cold and tonifying foods as much as possible, so as to avoid influencing the curative effect of the treatment, and the four groups of patients are treated simultaneously to obtain a clinical curative effect comparison table of the four groups of patients as shown in the table 1.

It should be added that, in this experiment, the therapeutic criteria are as follows: the effect is shown: the symptoms of throat discomfort, dry mouth, dry and bitter mouth, vexation and insomnia, anorexia or hunger and no desire to eat disappear or are obviously relieved, and light headedness can be realized in normal life and work; the method has the following advantages: adverse throat, dry mouth, dry and bitter mouth, vexation, insomnia, anorexia, or hunger, dizziness, and slight influence on work and life; and (4) invalidation: symptoms such as throat discomfort, dry mouth, dry and bitter mouth, vexation and insomnia, poor appetite, hunger and inappetence, dizziness and blurred vision are not improved or aggravated.

As it is difficult to ensure the complete consistency of the experimental conditions due to the differences in the physical quality of each patient, the above experimental data have certain errors, but do not affect the final experimental results, as can be seen from table 1, the treatment effect of the experimental group four is significantly lower than that of the experimental groups one to three, that is, the whole treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine pill for treating upper-heat and lower-cold lung heat related to the present application is greater than that of the comparative example 4, and in 3 embodiments of the traditional Chinese medicine pill for treating upper-heat and lower-cold lung heat related to the present application, the magnitude relationship of each treatment effect is: the second agent > the first agent > the third agent, and therefore, the components of the raw materials in example 2 were in the most effective ratios.

Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine pill for treating the upper-heat lower-cold type lung heat comprises the following components in parts by weight: the traditional Chinese medicine pill has the functions of clearing heat and reducing internal heat, improving sore throat and eliminating dry mouth and tongue, and has remarkable effect and small adverse reaction aiming at the upper-heat and lower-cold lung heat.
