The invention relates to concrete mixing equipment, in particular to a self-falling mixing and stirring device and a self-falling mixing and stirring method for a sand gravel mixture cementing material, which are applied to the field of producing concrete by mixing the sand gravel mixture which is not screened and is directly excavated or is simply treated by removing oversize stones with the cementing material.

Background

Some concrete in engineering has low technical requirements, only needs simple mixing, and if the concrete is mixed by a mixing plant, the equipment investment and the mixing cost are high, and the production efficiency is influenced.

The mixing standard of the concrete prepared by directly mixing the sand gravel mixture dug or processed by simply removing the ultrapath stones is improved by using a common mixing plant production mode, obviously, the mixing is uneconomical, so a simpler glue-collected mixture mixing technology is needed, the process is simplified, the work efficiency is improved, the specified mixing requirement can be met, and the concrete meeting the requirement can be quickly prepared.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a self-falling mixing and stirring device and a self-falling mixing and stirring method for a sand gravel mixture cementing material, simplifying the stirring process, reducing the equipment manufacturing and installation cost and realizing low-consumption rapid and continuous concrete stirring.

step 3), the glue-collecting mixture slips downwards along a groove body of the self-falling stirrer by utilizing potential energy formed by the gravity of the glue-collecting mixture, when the glue-collecting mixture reaches a rhombic fluid-isolating body in the middle of the self-falling stirrer, the slipping glue-collecting mixture is divided into two parts which slip downwards and outwards, the two parts of the slipping mixture are blocked by an inner buckle side plate of the self-falling stirrer to change the flow direction, and the original glue-collecting mixture flowing downwards and outwards is changed into downward and inward hedging; the mixture slips downwards and is continuously mixed in the process of changing the flowing direction, and finally the mixture is output from an outlet at the lower end of the self-falling stirrer.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a sand gravel mixture cementing material self-falling mixing device comprises a self-falling stirrer 1, a cementing material mixing device 2 and an annular water supply device 3, wherein the sand gravel mixture is input from the feed end of the self-falling stirrer 1, the cementing material mixing device 2 and the annular water supply device 3 are arranged on the upper part of the falling track of the sand gravel mixture, the cementing material (cement, fly ash) and water are added through the cementing material mixing device 2 and the annular water supply device 3, and the sand gravel mixture intersects and mixes with the falling cementing material and the falling water to form a cementing mixture in the falling process.

As shown in fig. 2, the self-falling stirrer 1 comprises a mixing chute 1.1, wherein the mixing chute 1.1 is a tank structure with a hollow middle, baffles at two sides, an upper flat baffle, a lower flat baffle, an upper wide baffle and a lower inward contraction. The self-falling stirrer is obliquely arranged, and the inner buckle end of the side plate faces downwards. The inclined placement angle of the self-falling stirrer influences the gliding speed of the glue-aggregate mixture, the mixing quality and the concrete production capacity, and the optimal inclination angle needs to be determined according to the field mixing test effect. The upper end of the self-falling stirrer is a feeding end, and the lower end of the self-falling stirrer is a discharging end. A fluid isolating body 1.2 is arranged in the middle of the mixing chute 1.1, and the fluid isolating body 1.2 is a diamond-shaped bulge.

As shown in fig. 3, the downward sliding glue-collecting mixture can be divided into two parts sliding downward and outward by the diamond-shaped protrusion in the middle of the self-falling stirrer 1, and the two parts of the downward sliding glue-collecting mixture are blocked by the inner-buckled side plate of the self-falling stirrer 1 to change the flow direction, so that the original downward and outward flowing glue-collecting mixture is changed into downward and inward hedging. The glue-collecting mixture slips down and is continuously mixed with the glue-collecting mixture in the process of changing the flowing direction, meanwhile, the two parts of glue-collecting mixtures are mutually flushed to be more fully mixed, and the concrete mixed and stirred in the way is output from a discharge port at the lower end of the self-falling stirrer 1, so that the continuous and rapid mixing production of the concrete is completed.

As shown in fig. 4, the gel material mixing device 2 includes a cylinder 2.1, the cylinder 2.1 is vertically arranged and the discharge hole is downward. Two spiral feeding devices are connected to the side edge of the barrel body 2.1, and the two spiral feeding devices are respectively a cement spiral feeding device 2.2 and a fly ash spiral feeding device 2.3. The two spiral feeding devices and the 2.1 interface of the cylinder body are arranged in a vertically staggered manner. The two spiral feeding devices respectively convey cement and fly ash, and the supply amount of the cementing material can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the spiral feeding device. The fly ash and the cement are mixed in proportion in the barrel body in the falling process.

As shown in fig. 4, the annular water supply device 3 includes an annular tube body 3.1, the annular tube body 3.1 is connected to the water supply tube 3.2, and a certain number of water outlets are uniformly formed at the lower part of the annular tube body 3.1. The annular pipe body 3.1 is sleeved at a proper position at the upper part of the discharge hole of the cylinder body 2.1. The annular water supply device 3 not only can provide the water required for mixing the concrete, but also can eliminate the dust pollution of the falling gelled material. The water supply amount of the annular water supply device is controlled by a flow meter and a control switch, and water can be supplied according to the set amount.

The working principle and the process are as follows:

1) cement and fly ash are respectively conveyed through a cement spiral feeding device 2.2 and a fly ash spiral feeding device 2.3, and the fly ash and the cement are mixed in proportion in a barrel 2.1 in the falling process by utilizing the vertical staggered arrangement of the cement spiral feeding device 2.2 and the fly ash spiral feeding device 2.3 and the interface of the barrel 2.1;

2) the sand gravel mixture is input from the upper end of the self-falling stirrer 1; meanwhile, the gelled material mixing device 2 and the annular water supply device 3 output gelled materials and water on the upper part of the falling track of the mixed sand gravel; the sand gravel mixture, the falling cementing material and water are mixed to form an aggregate mixture;

3) potential energy formed by the gravity of the self-falling stirrer 1 slides downwards along the groove body of the self-falling stirrer 1, the downward sliding glue-collecting mixture is divided into two parts sliding downwards and outwards by the rhombic isolating fluid in the middle of the self-falling stirrer 1, and the two parts of the downward sliding glue-collecting mixture are blocked by the inner-buckled side plate to change the flow direction, so that the original downward and outward flowing glue-collecting mixture is changed into downward and inward hedging. The glue-collecting mixture slips down and is continuously mixed with the glue-collecting mixture in the process of changing the flowing direction, meanwhile, the two parts of glue-collecting mixtures are mutually flushed to be more fully mixed, and the glue-collecting mixture subjected to mixing and stirring is output from the discharge end of the self-falling stirrer 1, so that the continuous and rapid mixing production of the concrete is realized.
