The single-station nesting feeding trolley according to claim 3, wherein the trolley body is provided with two material storage layers, and the second material box is arranged on the lower material storage layer; the first material box is arranged on the upper material storage layer and/or the lower material storage layer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of material distribution in an automobile production line, in particular to a single matching feed carriage.

Background

Along with the gradual rise of production takt, the automobile factory has higher and higher distribution requirements on logistics, particularly has the most assembling parts in a final assembly workshop and the largest object flow, and has the advantages that the material distribution mode of final assembly is required to be advanced with time from the aspect of visitation, and a more advanced, rapid and effective distribution mode is adopted. Under the requirement of such a situation, a KIT (or SPS, i.e., single package distribution mode) material distribution mode is produced.

The SPS is a Set Parts Supply (Parts Supply area) in the toyota automobile production mode, and is referred to as an SPS area for short. The SPS is the area where the shelves supply units to the assembly line suite are located. As the SPS is close to the production line, logistics operators in the SPS area pick a set of parts on the goods shelf according to production instructions (the instructions are generated according to the sequence of vehicles and control the progress according to the actual performance of the pressing line), place the parts in a special logistics turnover trolley and send the parts to the line side by using the trolley, so that the small-batch and multi-frequency conveying and circulating circulation of the parts are realized.

However, the material level of the parts on the existing single-set matching feed carriage is customized and fixedly designed according to the shapes of the parts, when the parts are newly added, the shapes are changed or new vehicle types are put into the existing single-set matching feed carriage, the existing single-set matching feed carriage is difficult to meet the storage and distribution requirements of the new parts, the existing feed carriage needs to be modified, even the new single-set matching feed carriage needs to be put into the existing single-set matching feed carriage, and therefore large secondary investment is generated.

In addition, the parts are delivered to a production station by the existing single-set matching feed carriage, a certain assembly space needs to be reserved between the skip car and the production station, but the single-set matching feed carriage is usually arranged at two layers or more than two layers, so that the assembler needs to turn to move and take the parts when each part is assembled on the materials at the lower layer, more non-value-added working hours are generated, the production line takt is influenced, and the lean production level is reduced.

Therefore, a single matching feeding trolley is urgently needed, the compatibility of the distribution trolley can be effectively improved, and the universality of various vehicle types is met; and the distribution to the post and the distribution to the point (installation point) can be realized, the waste of work hours of turning, walking and taking the workpiece is effectively reduced, and the lean production level is improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a single matching feed carriage which can effectively improve the compatibility of a distribution feed carriage and meet the universality of various vehicle types; and the distribution to the post and the distribution to the point (installation point) can be realized, the waste of work hours of turning, walking and taking the workpiece is effectively reduced, and the lean production level is improved.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a single-station matching feed carriage which comprises a carriage body and a carriage base, wherein the carriage body is arranged on the carriage base, and at least one material storage layer is arranged on the carriage body; the material storage layer comprises a loading plate and a first material box, the first material box comprises a first outer baffle and a plurality of first inner baffles which are sequentially connected end to end and are surrounded into a box shape, the first outer baffle is connected with the loading plate in a pluggable mode, and the first inner baffles are plugged on the first outer baffle and/or the adjacent first inner baffles so that the first material box is divided into a plurality of material storage grids.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, the material storage layer further comprises a second material box, and the second material box is detachably arranged on the bearing plate.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, the second material box includes a bottom plate, a plurality of second outer baffles and a plurality of second inner baffles, the second outer baffles are fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the plurality of second outer baffles are connected end to enclose a peripheral wall of the second material box, and the second inner baffles are inserted and clamped on the second outer baffles and/or the adjacent second inner baffles to divide the second material box into a plurality of material storage compartments.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the trolley body is provided with two material storage layers, and the second material box is arranged on the lower material storage layer; the first material box is arranged on the upper material storage layer and/or the lower material storage layer.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, a plurality of first inserting grooves are arranged regularly on the bearing plate, and correspondingly, inserting protrusions matched with the first inserting grooves are arranged at the bottom of the first outer baffle.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, the bearing plate is provided with first insertion grooves which are regularly arranged, and correspondingly, the bottom plate is provided with insertion protrusions which are matched with the first insertion grooves.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

in some embodiments, the material storage layer further comprises a second material box, and the second material box is detachably arranged on the bearing plate. The first inserting groove 311 is matched with the inserting protrusion of the bottom plate 331 to form a detachable inserting plate connection, and the detachable inserting plate connection is realized by only lifting upwards to separate the support of the bearing plate 31 during transportation; and because the insertion protrusion on the bottom plate 331 only needs to be detachably connected with the first insertion groove 311, that is, only needs to be positioned, the bottom of the bottom plate 331 only needs to be provided with two insertion protrusions to realize positioning.

The traction device 34 is arranged to facilitate the single matching feeding car to move to the installation position under the driving of other power moving equipment.

As a preferred embodiment, the trolley body 1 further comprises a main body frame 11, and the main body frame 11 is assembled or welded into a whole by a plurality of steel pipes.

As a preferred embodiment, the trolley base 2 comprises a trolley base frame 21 and brake casters 22, and the brake casters 22 are arranged at the bottom of the trolley base frame 21.

In a preferred embodiment, the trolley base frame 21 is integrally welded by a plurality of rectangular steel pipes.
