And among the current fruit packagine machine, have more problem in the packaging process, before fruit is packed, the sack the inside is full of gas, so can not discharge the gas of sack the inside after sealing for the packing is bloated, and the product volume after the packing is bigger, increases the storage cost, and the sack that bloates is receiving to break easily after the striking moreover, destroys the packing. The preservative films are easily adhered together in the coating process, so that the packaging efficiency and quality are influenced, fruits are easily damaged when the fruits are fed and sealed, and the fruits are clamped or damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to address the drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art by providing a fruit wrapping machine.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the fruit packing machine of the present invention comprises a frame 4, a conveying chain 2 connected to the frame 4, and a hopper 1 disposed at an input end of the conveying chain 2; the machine frame 4 is connected with a film unreeling assembly 3, a film cylinder forming assembly which folds and bonds the film and forms the film into a cylinder structure, and a sealing assembly A which seals the cylinder film; the conveying chain 2 can convey products into the cylindrical film;

the conveying chain 2 and the film unreeling component 3 are fixed on the frame 4; the conveyor chain 2 is not essentially different from the prior art and is therefore not described in detail; the film unwinding assembly 3 is not essentially different from the prior art, and thus, will not be described in detail; an operation panel 5 is arranged on the frame 4; firstly, pouring a product into a hopper 1 in batches; secondly, the film unreeled by the film unreeling component 3 is folded and adhered by a film drum forming component to form a film drum with a cylindrical structure; thirdly, the conveying chain 2 conveys the products in the hopper 1 to the interior of the film cylinder in a fixed quantity; fourthly, sealing the upper end face and the lower end face of the film cylinder through the sealing component A; the structure can realize automatic film coating sealing of products and improve the guarantee efficiency of the products.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a blanking buffer plate a6 is provided on the upper surface of the dynamic welding mold a 7; the blanking buffer plate A6 is obliquely arranged; a spongy cushion is arranged on the surface of the blanking buffer plate A6; in the falling process of the product, the sponge on the surface of the blanking buffer plate A6 is buffered to prevent the product from being damaged by collision.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fixed clamping plate a9 is fixed to the fixed welding mold a 11; a movable clamping plate A8 is fixed on the movable welding die A7; the inner side surface of the movable clamping plate A8 and the inner side surface of the fixed clamping plate A9 are both provided with sponge; before the top of the bag filled with the product is sealed, the movable clamping plate A8 moves towards the fixed clamping plate A9 to clamp the bag with the product, so that air in the bag is exhausted to the top which is not sealed, and the package is prevented from bulging after sealing.

In a preferred mode of the present invention, a stripper plate a12 is fitted outside the fixed welding mold a 11; a movable shaft A14 is fixed on the stripper plate A12; the movable shaft A14 is connected with the frame 4 in a sliding way; a spring A13 is sleeved outside the movable shaft A14; two ends of the spring A13 are respectively pressed on the frame 4 and the stripper plate A12; when the movable welding mold A7 is pressed against the fixed welding mold A11, the stripper plate A12 is pressed against the fixed welding mold A7, and when the movable welding mold A7 is separated from the fixed welding mold A11, the action force of the spring A13 enables the stripper plate A12 to push out the upper side and the lower side of the hot melting position away from the fixed welding mold A11, so that the film is prevented from being adhered to the fixed welding mold A11.

As a preferable mode of the present invention, the horizontal height of the conveyor chain 2 gradually increases as it goes away from one end of the hopper 1; a discharge hole 401 is formed in the front surface of the frame 4; a blanking guide plate 6 is fixed inside the discharging hole 401; conveying chain 2 adopts the promotion formula to carry, can prevent that the product from side by side the material loading.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the film drawing assembly includes a roller set; the roller group consists of two heating rollers 7; the film can be self-adhesive, and the heating roller 7 can be used without a heating mode or directly replace the heating roller by using a common roller. The heating rollers 7 are not essentially different from the prior art, so that the traction motor 9 drives the two heating rollers 7 on the same roller group to move in opposite directions through a gear box, so as to realize the traction conveying of the film; the number of the roller groups is determined according to actual production requirements; when the film is poor in viscosity, the temperature of the heating rollers 7 in the multiple groups of roller sets is gradually increased from top to bottom along with the height direction, so that the film is gradually heated, and the edges of the folded film are heated between the heating rollers 7 and are sealed in a sticking mode.

In the use of the invention, in a first step, the product is poured in bulk into a hopper; secondly, a traction motor drives two heating rollers on the same roller group to move reversely through a gear box, so that the traction and the conveying of the film are realized; the surface of the film is tightly attached to the surface of the widening frame under the action of the traction force of the film traction assembly, so that when the film is conveyed to the bottom end of the widening frame, the distance between the two side edges of the film is reduced and the film is folded in half; heating the folded film edge between heating rollers, and pasting and sealing to form a film cylinder with a cylindrical structure; thirdly, conveying the products in the hopper to the interior of the membrane cylinder by a conveying chain in a lifting manner; in the falling process of the product, the sponge on the surface of the blanking buffer plate is used for buffering, so that the product is prevented from being damaged by collision; after the product enters the film tube and before the top is sealed, the movable clamping plate moves towards the fixed clamping plate to clamp the bag with the product, so that air in the bag is exhausted towards the top which is not sealed yet, the package is prevented from bulging after the seal, the film tube penetrates through a gap formed between the movable welding mold and the fixed welding mold, the motor drives the turntable to rotate after being started, the continuously rotating turntable drives the movable welding mold connected with the sliding shaft to reciprocate through the connecting rod, the tubular film is sealed, and a cutter for cutting the seal into an upper part and a lower part is arranged in the middle of the movable welding mold; when the movable welding mold is pressed on the fixed welding mold, the stripper plate is pressed by the fixed welding mold, and when the movable welding mold is separated from the fixed welding mold, the action force of the spring enables the stripper plate to push the upper side and the lower side of the hot melting position away from the fixed welding mold, so that the film is prevented from being adhered to the fixed welding mold; the structure can realize automatic film coating sealing of products and improve the guarantee efficiency of the products.
