The multiple number arrangement of the picking transfer needles and the auxiliary picking transfer needles can ensure that each coil hole on one coil of the sock can be punctured by more than one picking transfer needle and the auxiliary picking transfer needles, and technical problems of needle missing, needle dropping and the like are avoided.

The picking and transferring needle is matched with a first auxiliary picking and transferring needle, and the first auxiliary picking and transferring needle is connected with an elastic piece. The first pair of picking and transferring needles realizes continuous locking performance of the sock coil hole by using the elastic piece, and the picking capacity of the first pair of picking and transferring needles on the sock is improved.

The first auxiliary picking and transferring needles are divided into two types, one type corresponds to the knitting needles, the other type does not correspond to the knitting needles, the non-corresponding first auxiliary picking and transferring needles cross the knitting needles to support the socks, the first auxiliary picking and transferring needles with the two different corresponding relations are arranged on the auxiliary transferring disc at intervals, and then the supporting performance for the socks is formed, so that the socks are smoothly separated from the knitting needles on one hand, and the picked socks are prevented from falling off on the other hand.

The picking and transferring needle comprises a first picking and transferring needle and a second picking and transferring needle which are independent from each other; the second picking and transferring needle is controlled by an upper control device, and the first picking and transferring needle is controlled by another upper control device. The first pick-up transfer stitch and the second pick-up transfer stitch cooperate with one or both of the coil holes on the sock. The first picking transfer needle and the second picking transfer needle can realize the adjustment of the horizontal tension between one coil hole or the other coil hole through back and forth movement, thereby achieving the adjustment of the picking force and the picking range of the socks and adapting to the socks with different needle numbers and the needle cylinders with different needle numbers.

The pick-up transfer needle comprises two needle points, and the distance between the two needle points is equal to or larger than the distance between two adjacent coil holes on the sock, so that the locking performance of the double needle points to the two coil holes is realized.

The stitch needle peg graft the coil on the socks underhead, the stitch needle peg graft the coil behind the second coil or the second coil on the socks underhead, stitch needle and stitch needle need not carry out to the needle directly respectively puncture different coils on the socks and reach the stitching performance to different needle number socks.

The two sewing needles are simultaneously inserted with the second coil on the sock head or the coil behind the second coil, so as to achieve the locking performance of the coil.

The sewing tooth needles arranged on the second sewing tooth disc are matched with the second push block which moves up and down, the sewing tooth needles arranged on the first sewing tooth disc are matched with the first push block which moves up and down, the clamping function of the sock coils is realized through the second push block and the first push block, and the sewing performance is improved.

A pick-up transfer sewing method is characterized in that a pick-up transfer needle is matched with a second coil on socks, a knitting needle is matched with a first coil on the socks, the first coil and the second coil are coils at two different positions, and the pick-up transfer needle punctures to complete sock pick-up or the socks with different needle numbers can be picked up without replacing a sock pick-up transfer device after the socks with different needle numbers are knitted by a hosiery machine by needle cylinders with different needle numbers.

As a preferred scheme, the hosiery machine can work without replacing the toe sewing device after the hosiery machine is used for knitting the socks with different needle numbers by replacing the needle cylinders with different needle numbers.

The picking transfer stitching method comprises the following steps:

step 100: after the last circle of socks is knitted, the sock pickup and transfer device moves to a position above the same axis as the needle cylinder to wait for picking up the socks by the hosiery machine, and the knitting needle is matched with a first coil on the socks;

step 200: the top sock cylinder on the inner side of the needle cylinder jacks up the socks;

step 300: a pick-up transfer needle on the upper pick-up transfer device punctures and connects a second coil on the sock;

step 400: a secondary pick-up transfer needle on the lower pick-up transfer device punctures and connects a second coil or another coil on the sock;

step 500: the sock picking and transferring device transfers the socks out of the needle cylinder and moves and transfers the socks to the sock head sewing device;

step 600: the upper sock jacking device jacks the socks onto the auxiliary picking and transferring needle, and then the lower picking and transferring device drives the socks on the auxiliary picking and transferring needle to move to the sewing tooth needles arranged on the first sewing tooth disc and the second sewing tooth disc;

step 700: the lower sock jacking device and the sock turning barrel move upwards, and the lower sock jacking device jacks the sock coil on the auxiliary picking transfer needle into the sewing tooth needle;

step 800: the turning semicircular mechanism takes the rotating shaft as a center point to drive the sewing tooth needles on the first sewing fluted disc to rotate towards the second sewing fluted disc;

step 900: sewing needles arranged on the first sewing fluted disc and the second sewing fluted disc are aligned with each other to form a second coil of an upper part and a lower part, the second coil of the upper part is positioned on the second sewing fluted disc, and the second coil of the lower part is positioned on the first sewing fluted disc;

step 1000: the first coil and the second coil are coils at two different positions, the sewing needle and the sewing needle are not aligned, and the sewing needle is used for finishing the sewing of the sock head;

the method between the step 900 and the step 1000 further includes the step 950: the second semi-circle pushing ring plate pushes the second coil matched with the sewing tooth needle on the second sewing fluted disc into the sewing tooth needle of the first sewing fluted disc.

In the step 600, the number of the sewing tooth needles is 1.1 to 3 times of the number of the coil holes on the second coil.

In the step 600, the number of needle points of the sewing tooth needle is two, and the two needle points respectively puncture the second coil and the third coil or the two needle points respectively puncture the fourth coil and the third coil.

In the step 1000, after the sewing needle completes the sewing of the sock toe or the sewing needle is inserted with the second coil, the second pushing block and the first pushing block respectively push the sewing tooth needle on the second sewing fluted disc and the sewing tooth needle on the first sewing fluted disc to move in opposite directions, so that the sewing tooth needle is separated from the sock toe.

A pick-and-transfer stitching method includes the steps of:

the method comprises the following steps: after the last circle of knitting is finished, the sock picking and transferring device moves to a position above the same axis as the needle cylinder to wait for picking and transferring socks by the sock knitting machine;

step two: the main top leg of the sock moves upwards, and the protruding part of the main top leg of the sock jacks up the sock head of the protruding part of the sock, so that a picking transfer needle on the upper picking transfer device punctures and connects a second coil on the sock at the same horizontal position;

step three: the auxiliary top leg of the sock moves upwards, the raised part of the auxiliary top leg of the sock with the thorn-shaped object jacks up the sock head to enable the second coil to be maintained at the same horizontal position, the auxiliary top leg of the sock continues to move upwards to jack the sock onto the picking and transferring needle, and the picking and transferring device moves upwards;

step four: the lower picking and transferring device moves downwards, and the auxiliary transferring needle moves upwards after entering the lower part of the picking and transferring needle, so that the auxiliary transferring needle is matched with the picking and transferring needle to clamp the socks;

step five: the picking and transferring device transfers the socks out of the needle cylinder and transfers the socks to the sock head sewing device;

step six: the sock lifting device lifts the sock onto the auxiliary transfer needle;

step seven: the upper picking and transferring mechanism drives the picking and transferring needle to separate from the auxiliary transferring needle;

step eight: the lower picking and transferring mechanism moves to the lower part of the sewing head overturning device and then moves upwards;

step nine: the lower pick-up transfer mechanism drives the socks on the auxiliary transfer needle to move to the sewing tooth needle, then the lower sock jacking device and the sock turning barrel move upwards, and the lower sock jacking device jacks the loops of the socks on the auxiliary transfer needle onto the sewing tooth needle;

step ten: the sock turning barrel moves upwards to turn the socks, and the lower sock pushing device pushes the coils of the socks on the auxiliary transfer needles into the sewing tooth needles and then moves downwards to separate from the sewing head turning device;

step eleven: the turning semicircular mechanism takes the rotating shaft as a center point to drive the sewing tooth needles on the first sewing fluted disc to rotate towards the second sewing fluted disc;

step twelve: after the sewing tooth needles on the first sewing tooth disc are aligned with the sewing tooth needles on the second sewing tooth disc, the upper second semicircular ring pushing plate moves towards the first semicircular ring pushing plate, so that the coils of the socks arranged on the sewing tooth needles of the second sewing tooth disc move towards the first semicircular ring pushing plate;

step thirteen: the second semicircular ring pushing plate pushes the coil of the sock into the sewing tooth needle of the first sewing fluted disc, the second semicircular ring pushing plate and the first semicircular ring pushing plate simultaneously clamp the sock, and then the end sewing machine enters the working state of sewing the sock end;

at the time of step thirteen: when the sewing machine enters the working state of sewing the sock head, the lower sewing needle and the upper sewing needle do not contact with the sewing tooth needle.

The invention adopts the technical structure that the knitting needle and the picking and transferring needle respectively puncture the coils at different positions, and the sewing tooth needle and the sewing needle respectively puncture the coils at different positions, thereby avoiding the matching of the knitting needle and the picking and transferring needle, solving the phenomena of needle leakage and stitch drop caused by needle dislocation between the knitting needle and the picking and transferring needle, improving the picking and transferring and sewing efficiency of socks, realizing the purposes of adapting to hosiery machines with different needle cylinder needle numbers without replacing parts of the picking and transferring device and the stocking head sewing device of the socks, and transferring and sewing the socks with different needle numbers.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

The technical solution of the present patent will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments.

In detail, referring to fig. 1-40, a picking and transferring sewing device for socks comprises a hosiery machine, wherein a needle cylinder 1, a knitting needle 3, a sock picking and transferring device and a sock head sewing device are arranged on the hosiery machine, a picking and transferring needle 7 is arranged on the sock picking and transferring device, the picking and transferring needle 7 is matched with a second coil 102 on a sock 90, the knitting needle 3 is matched with a first coil 101 on the sock 90, and the first coil 101 and the second coil 102 are coils at two different positions. The pick-up transfer needles 7 are uniformly arranged on the transfer disc of the sock pick-up and transfer device according to the number of knitting needles in the needle cylinder, and the pick-up transfer needles 7 are generally arranged on one transfer disc between 70 and 280 needles, so that the pick-up and transfer functions of the socks are completed through the cooperation. The principle of the invention is that the sock on the needle cylinder has a contractive force in the circumferential direction, the pick-up transfer needles mounted on the transfer disc are attached to the pick-up transfer needles through the contractive force after all the pick-up transfer needles puncture the sock, the pick-up transfer needles have a locking force for the sock, and the pick-up transfer needles can be matched with the needle cylinders with different needle numbers and the socks with different needle numbers at the same time, thereby avoiding the replacement of parts of the sock pick-up transfer device and greatly improving the working efficiency.

The picking transfer needle 7 is preferably not provided with a needle groove to be matched with the knitting needle 3, so that the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the damage of the sock loops caused by the needle groove is prevented.

The sock picking and transferring device 2 preferably comprises an upper picking and transferring device 2a and a lower picking and transferring device 2b, wherein the upper picking and transferring device 2a comprises a main transferring disc 8, a picking and transferring needle is arranged in a needle groove of the main transferring disc 8, and the radial movement of the picking and transferring needle is controlled by an upper control device 9; the lower pick-up transfer device 2b includes a sub transfer disk 11, a sub pick-up transfer pin 10 is installed in a pin slot of the sub transfer disk 11, and the radial movement of the sub pick-up transfer pin 10 is controlled by a lower control device 12. The sock head sewing device comprises a head sewing machine 21 and a head sewing turnover device. The head sewing turnover device comprises a sock turning barrel 14, a lower sock pushing device 15, an upper sock pushing device 13, a turnover semicircular mechanism 17 and a second sewing fluted disc 18, wherein a first sewing fluted disc 181 is mounted on the turnover semicircular mechanism 17, the first sewing fluted disc 181 is matched with a first semicircular ring pushing plate 191, and the second sewing fluted disc 18 is matched with a second semicircular ring pushing plate 19; the reverse semicircular mechanism 17 rotates around the rotating shaft 50 to drive the first sewing toothed disc 181 to match with the second sewing toothed disc 18, and any one of the sewing toothed needles 40, 401, 402 and 403 is installed on the first sewing toothed disc 181 and the second sewing toothed disc 18.

The pick-up transfer needle 7 preferably includes, as a structure as shown in fig. 2, a first needlepoint 701 and a second needlepoint 702, the first needlepoint 701 and the second needlepoint 702 cooperatively engage one coil hole on the sock 90, or the first needlepoint 701 and the second needlepoint 702 respectively engage one coil hole on the sock 90. As shown in fig. 4, the first tip 701 engages the first coil hole 1021 of the second coil 102, and the second tip 702 engages the second coil hole 1022 of the second coil 102. To achieve the up and down locking pick-up performance for the coil, the third needle point 1055 is fitted with the first coil hole 1021 on the second coil 102, and the fourth needle point 1056 is fitted with the second coil hole 1022 on the second coil 102.

The pick-up transfer needle 7012 preferably comprises, as a structure, a first needlepoint 703 and a second needlepoint 704, the first needlepoint 703 and the second needlepoint 704 cooperating with one coil hole on the sock 90, or the first needlepoint 703 and the second needlepoint 704 cooperating with one coil hole on the sock 90, respectively.

As shown in fig. 6, the first needle tip 703 and the second needle tip 704 extend to different lengths, the first needle tip 703 is fitted to the third coil hole 1023 of the second coil 102, and the second needle tip 704 is fitted to the fourth coil hole 1031 of the third coil 103. In order to achieve the up-and-down locking pickup performance for the coil, the protruding lengths of the third needlepoint 1055 and the fourth needlepoint 1056 are different, the third needlepoint 1055 is fitted to the third coil hole 1023 on the second coil 102, and the fourth needlepoint 1056 is fitted to the fourth coil hole 1031 on the third coil 103.

To achieve the effect of the pick-up transfer needle engaging with the secondary pick-up transfer needle 10 as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the secondary pick-up transfer needle 10 includes a third needlepoint 1055 and a fourth needlepoint 1056, and the third needlepoint 1055 and the fourth needlepoint 1056 cooperate to engage one of the coil holes on the sock 90.

Preferably, the third and fourth tips 1055 and 1056 each engage a respective coil hole in the sock 90.

The picking and transferring method for realizing the broad spectrum function of picking socks with different needle numbers without replacing the parts of the picking and transferring device is also called as a blind transferring method. The number of the pick-up transfer needles is 1.1 to 3 times of the number of the knitting needles. The number of the secondary pick-up transfer needles 10 is between 1.1 and 3 times the number of the needles 3.

As shown in fig. 13 and 14, in order to further improve the picking performance, the picking transfer needle 7 is fitted with a first sub picking transfer needle 1001, the first sub picking transfer needle 1001 is connected with an elastic member 26, and the elastic member 26 is a spring. The first sub pick-up transfer needles are divided into two types, one first sub pick-up transfer needle 1001 corresponding to the knitting needle 3 and the other first sub pick-up transfer needle 1002 not corresponding to the knitting needle 3, the non-corresponding first sub pick-up transfer needle 1002 lifts the sock 90 over the knitting needle 3.

To further improve the pick-and-transfer blind transfer method performance, as shown in fig. 16, 17, the pick-up transfer stitch 71 includes a first pick-up transfer stitch 711 and a second pick-up transfer stitch 712 independent of each other; the second pick-up transfer needle 712 is controlled by the upper control means 9, the first pick-up transfer needle 711 is controlled by the other upper control means 901, the pick-up force of the pick-up transfer needle 71 on the sock loops, and the pick-up position are adjusted by the forward and backward displacement of the first pick-up transfer needle 711 and the second pick-up transfer needle 712. The first and second pick-up transfer pins 711 and 712 cooperate with one or two coil holes on the sock 90.

In order to further improve the picking performance, the picking transfer needles 7, 7012 and 71 each comprise two needle points, and the distance between the two needle points is equal to or larger than the distance between two adjacent coil holes on the sock, so as to achieve the locking performance.

The sewing method for achieving the broad spectrum function of sewing socks with different needle numbers without changing the parts of the sock sewing device is also called a blind sewing method. The stitching needle 40, the stitching needle 401, the stitching needle 402 and the stitching needle 403 are inserted into a coil on the sock toe 90, and the stitching needle is inserted into the second coil 102 or a coil behind the second coil on the sock toe 90, so that non-needle-alignment structure stitching, namely blind stitching, is realized.

The sewing needle 401 or the sewing needle 403 as the sewing needle of the two-needle combination as the preferred embodiment simultaneously inserts the second stitch 102 or the stitch after the second stitch on the toe 90 of the sock to improve the pick-up performance for the toe 90. The needle 401 is provided with a needle tip 406 and a needle tip 407. The needle 403 is provided with a needle tip 404 and a needle tip 405.

In order to improve the sewing effect, the sewing needles 402 and 403 mounted on the second sewing toothed plate 18 are engaged with the second push blocks 25 which move up and down, and the sewing needles 402 and 403 mounted on the first sewing toothed plate 181 are engaged with the first push blocks 24 which move up and down.

As shown in fig. 41 and 42, the sock pickup, transfer and sewing device comprises a hosiery machine, wherein a needle cylinder 1, a knitting needle 3, a sock pickup and transfer device 2, a pickup and transfer needle 7 and pickup and transfer needles 74 and 76 with a needle hook 78 and a needle latch 77 are arranged on the hosiery machine, the directions of the needle hooks on the pickup and transfer needles 74 and 76 are opposite, the pickup and transfer needle 7 is matched with a second coil 102 on a sock 90, the knitting needle 3 is matched with a first coil 101 on the sock 90, and the pickup and transfer needles 74 and 76 are matched with a third coil on the sock 90. The pick-up transfer needle 74 and the needle hook 78 on the pick-up transfer needle 76 can directly hook the sock 90 for the non-needle-pair pick-up transfer technical purpose.

A picking transfer sewing method for socks is characterized in that a picking transfer needle is matched with a second coil 102 on a sock 90, a knitting needle 3 is matched with a first coil 101 on the sock 90, the first coil 101 and the second coil 102 are coils at two different positions, and the picking transfer needle punctures to complete sock picking or the sock picking transfer device does not need to be replaced after a hosiery machine replaces needle cylinders with different needle numbers to knit socks with different needle numbers. The hosiery machine can work without replacing the sock head sewing device after the needle cylinder 1 with different needle numbers is used for knitting the socks with different needle numbers.

The preferred pick-and-transfer stitching method as shown in fig. 1, 8, 9, 10 comprises the following steps:

step 100: after the hosiery machine finishes knitting the last circle of the hosiery, the hosiery pickup and transfer device 2 moves to the position above the coaxial position 1c of the needle cylinder 1 to wait for picking up the hosiery, and the knitting needle 3 is matched with the first coil 101 on the hosiery 90; with the coaxial position 1c aligned with the central axis 203 of the sock pick-up and transfer device 2

Step 200: the top leg 4 on the inner side of the needle cylinder 1 jacks up the sock 90;

step 300: the pick-up transfer needle 7 on the upper pick-up transfer device 2a pierces the second stitch 102 on the connecting sock 90; step 400: the secondary pick-up transfer needle 10 on the lower pick-up transfer device 2b pierces the second stitch 102 or another stitch on the connecting sock 90;

step 500: the sock picking and transferring device 2 transfers the socks out of the needle cylinder 1 and moves and transfers the socks towards the sock head sewing device;

step 600: the upper sock jacking device 13 jacks the socks onto the auxiliary picking and transferring needle 10, and then the lower picking and transferring device 2b drives the socks on the auxiliary picking and transferring needle 10 to move to the sewing tooth needles arranged on the first sewing tooth disc 181 and the second sewing tooth disc 18; the needle includes any one of a needle 40, a needle 401, a needle 402, and a needle 403.

Step 700: the lower stocking jacking device 15 and the stocking overturning barrel 14 move upwards, and the lower stocking jacking device 15 jacks the coil of the stocking on the auxiliary picking transfer needle 10 into the sewing needle;

step 800: the turning semicircular mechanism 17 drives the sewing teeth needles on the first sewing teeth disc 181 to rotate towards the second sewing teeth disc 18 by taking the revolving shaft 50 as a center point;

step 900: the sewing needles mounted on the first sewing toothed disc 181 and the second sewing toothed disc 18 are aligned to form an upper second coil 102 and a lower second coil 102, the upper second coil 102 is located on the second sewing toothed disc 18, and the lower second coil 102 is located on the first sewing toothed disc 181;

step 1000: the first coil 101 and the second coil 102 are two coils at different positions, and the sewing needle are not aligned, so that the sewing needle completes the sewing of the sock head;

preferably, the method further includes, between step 900 and step 1000, step 950: the second semi-circular pushing plate 19 pushes the second coil 102 engaged with the sewing needles on the second sewing toothed disc 18 to the sewing needles on the first sewing toothed disc 181, so as to clamp the upper and lower coils conveniently.

It is preferable that the number of the sewing tooth needles in the step 600 of the method is 1.1 to 3 times of the number of the coil holes of the second coil 102 to improve the locking performance of the sewing tooth needles to the socks.

As the sewing needle 401 in the preferred step 600 of the method, the sewing needle 403 has two needle points, two needle points respectively penetrate the second coil 102 and the third coil 103 or two needle points respectively penetrate the fourth coil 104 and the third coil 103, and this structure of penetrating one coil together with the pick-up transfer needle improves the pick-up performance for the coil of the sock.

In the preferred method step 1000, after the sewing needle completes the sewing of the toe of the sock or after the sewing needle inserts the second stitch 102, the second pushing block 25 and the first pushing block 24 push the sewing needles on the second sewing toothed disc 18 to move in opposite directions to the sewing needles on the first sewing toothed disc 181, so that the sewing needles are separated from the toe of the sock, thereby improving the sock sewing performance.

A method for picking up, transferring and sewing socks as shown in fig. 1 and 29-40 comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: after the last circle of knitting is finished, the sock picking and transferring device 2 moves to a position above the same axis as the needle cylinder to wait for picking and transferring socks;

step two: the main top leg 5 moves upwards, the raised part of the main top leg 5 jacks up the protruding part toe 91 of the sock, so that the pick-up transfer needle on the upper pick-up transfer device 2a punctures and connects the second stitch 102 on the sock 90 at the same horizontal position; the puncture effect of the pick-up transfer needle is improved, and needle leakage is prevented;

step three: the auxiliary top leg of sock 6 moves upwards, the raised part of the auxiliary top leg of sock 6 with the thorn lifts the toe 91 to maintain the second stitch 102 at the same horizontal position, the auxiliary top leg of sock 6 continues to move upwards to push the sock onto the pick-up transfer needle, and the pick-up transfer device 2 moves upwards;

step four: the lower picking and transferring device 2b moves downwards, and the auxiliary transferring needle 10 moves upwards after entering the lower part of the picking and transferring needle, so that the auxiliary transferring needle 10 is matched with the picking and transferring needle to clamp the socks;

step five: the picking and transferring device 2 transfers the socks out of the needle cylinder and transfers the socks to the direction of the sock head sewing device;

step six: the sock-jacking device 13 jacks the socks onto the sub-transfer needle 10;

step seven: the upper picking and transferring mechanism 2a drives the picking and transferring needle to separate from the auxiliary transferring needle 10;

step eight: the lower picking and transferring mechanism 2b moves to the lower part of the stitch head overturning device, and then the lower picking and transferring mechanism 2b moves upwards;

step nine: the lower picking and transferring mechanism 2b drives the socks on the auxiliary transferring needle 10 to move to the sewing tooth needles, then the lower sock jacking device 15 and the sock turning barrel 14 move upwards, and the lower sock jacking device 15 jacks the loops of the socks on the auxiliary transferring needle 10 to the sewing tooth needles;

step ten: the sock overturning barrel 14 moves upwards to overturn the socks, and the lower sock jacking device 15 jacks the loops of the socks on the auxiliary transfer needle 10 onto the sewing tooth needles and then moves downwards to separate from the sewing head overturning device;

step eleven: the turning semicircular mechanism 17 drives the sewing teeth needles on the first sewing teeth disc 181 to rotate towards the second sewing teeth disc 18 by taking the revolving shaft 50 as a center point;

step twelve: after the sewing needles on the first sewing toothed disc 181 are aligned with the sewing needles on the second sewing toothed disc 18, the upper second semicircular ring pushing plate 19 moves towards the first semicircular ring pushing plate 191, so that the coils of the socks arranged on the sewing needles of the second sewing toothed disc 18 move towards the first semicircular ring pushing plate 191;

step thirteen: the second semi-circular ring pushing plate 19 pushes the coil of the sock into the sewing needle of the first sewing toothed disc 181, the second semi-circular ring pushing plate 19 and the first semi-circular ring pushing plate 191 simultaneously clamp the sock, and then the toe sewing machine 21 enters the working state of sewing the toe of the sock. In step thirteen: the lower sewing needle 22 and the upper sewing needle 23 do not contact the latch needle when the toe sewing machine 21 enters the operation state of sewing the toe. The method realizes the sock blind turning method which can pick up the socks with different needle numbers without replacing the parts of the sock picking and transferring device and the sewing device. Socks with any number of needles

The sock sewing device and the sock picking and transferring device can be suitable for socks with different needle numbers and hosiery machines with needle cylinders with different needle numbers, and greatly reduce the equipment replacement time and the manufacturing cost.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present patent have been described in detail, the present patent is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present patent within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
