Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of scenic spot equipment, in particular to a human scenic spot garbage collection device.

Background

The water system in the scenic spot often has a lot of floating rubbish because of actions such as visitor, animal etc. cause the water surface, seriously influences the pleasing to the eye of water system and the quality of water. Traditional solution generally can adopt the interception flotation pontoon to intercept, then the floater can be blocked, but after a certain time, the floater is too much after, interception effect just can greatly reduced, and to this kind of interception, because it spans whole rivers cross section, is not convenient for again clear up. Various intercepting devices exist in the prior art; and the robot and other equipment are partially adopted, so that the technology is complex, the cost is high, and the method is not suitable for simple interception operation. Meanwhile, the garbage collected by part of devices can be accumulated on the water surface, and the attractiveness of the water system can be seriously influenced if the garbage is not cleaned in time; in summary, there is a need to solve this problem.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above situation, the present invention provides a human scenic spot garbage collection device, which can effectively solve the problems of inconvenience and garbage accumulation in garbage collection.

The technical proposal for solving the problem is that the device comprises a guide cable arranged along the cross section of a river; the guide cable is provided with a slide block which can move left and right along the guide cable; the slide block is connected with two intercepting ropes, and the free ends of the two intercepting ropes are respectively fixed at the two ends of the guide rope; each rope is provided with a plurality of buoys; the sliding block can reciprocate along the guide cable;

the left side and the right side of the river are respectively provided with a collecting device which is positioned at the downstream of the guide cable;

the collecting device comprises a vertical first guide rod and a vertical second guide rod, a fixed box with an upward opening is fixed at the upper end of the first guide rod, a collecting head is connected to the side wall of the fixed box through a soft channel, a collecting box is installed inside the fixed box and can be separated from the fixed box, and a feeding hole corresponding to the soft channel is formed in the side wall of the collecting box; the collecting box is inserted with a baffle capable of moving up and down, and the baffle can block the feeding hole; the second guide rod is sleeved with a plastic sleeve, and the plastic sleeve can move up and down in a reciprocating manner; the plastic sleeve is fixedly connected with the receiving header through a plurality of supporting rods;

the collecting box is internally provided with an extrusion plate, and a ruler rod extending out of the collecting box is fixed on the extrusion plate; a pressure spring is connected between the upper end surface of the extrusion plate and the side wall of the collecting box.

Two ends of the guide cable are respectively fixed with a wire wheel, a first rope of a closed loop is arranged between the two wire wheels, and the two wire wheels can rotate together through the connection of the first rope; one of the wire wheels is driven by a first motor to rotate in a reciprocating manner; the slider is fixed on the first rope.

The fixed box is arranged below the water surface.

The collecting head is in a bell mouth shape, is inclined downwards and faces the direction opposite to the flowing direction of the water flow; the buoyancy of the plastic sleeve enables the collecting head to be placed above the water surface; the soft channel is made of a filter screen material.

A second motor is fixed at the upper end of the second guide rod, and a second rope is wound at the output end of the second motor through a wire wheel; the middle part of the second rope passes through the bottom of the second guide rod in a circumferential direction, and the other end of the second rope is connected to the plastic sleeve.

The collecting head is positioned at the bending part of the collecting rope in a folding state.

The bottom of the collection box is fixed with a plurality of permanent magnets, and the fixed box is made of stainless steel; the side walls of the collecting box and the fixed box are both in a filter mesh shape.

The floating cylinder is provided with inclined fins.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the device is suitable for a flowing water system and can comprehensively intercept the cross section of the whole water system.

2. The garbage at different areas can be collected to the bank by the impact of water flow.

3. Can collect the rubbish after gathering in the collector, avoid floating away.

4. Avoid rubbish to occupy the surface of water, promoted pleasing to the eye and storage capacity.

5. The interception part does not need to be cleaned and can work endlessly.

Detailed Description

The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention is disposed on a river 1, and includes a guide cable 2 disposed along a cross section of the river 1; a slide block 3 which can move left and right along the guide cable 2 is arranged on the guide cable 2; the slide block 3 is connected with two intercepting ropes 4, and the free ends of the two intercepting ropes 4 are respectively fixed at the two ends of the guide rope 2; each rope is provided with a plurality of buoys 5; the slide block 3 can reciprocate along the guide rope 2;

the left side and the right side of the river 1 are respectively provided with a collecting device 6, and the collecting devices 6 are positioned at the downstream of the guide cable 2;

the collecting device 6 comprises a vertical first guide rod 601 and a vertical second guide rod 602, a fixed box 603 with an upward opening is fixed at the upper end of the first guide rod 601, a collecting head 605 is connected to the side wall of the fixed box 603 through a soft channel 604, a collecting box 606 is installed inside the fixed box 603, the collecting box 606 can be separated from the fixed box 603, and a feeding port 607 corresponding to the soft channel 604 is formed in the side wall of the collecting box 606; a baffle 608 capable of moving up and down is inserted on the collecting box 606, and the baffle 608 can block the feeding hole 607; a plastic sleeve 609 is sleeved on the second guide rod 602, and the plastic sleeve 609 can reciprocate up and down; plastic sleeve 609 is fixedly connected to receive header 605 via a plurality of struts;

a squeezing plate 610 is arranged in the collecting box 606, and a ruler rod 611 extending out of the collecting box 606 is fixed on the squeezing plate 610; a pressure spring 612 is connected between the upper end surface of the extrusion plate 610 and the side wall of the collection box 606.

In order to realize that the sliding block 3 can move back and forth along the guide rope 2; two ends of the guide cable 2 are respectively fixed with a wire wheel, a first rope 7 of a closed loop is arranged between the two wire wheels, and the two wire wheels can rotate together through the connection of the first rope 7; one of the wire wheels is driven by a first motor 8 to rotate in a reciprocating manner; the slider 3 is fixed to the first rope 7.

In order to avoid the garbage from being accumulated on the water surface and affecting the appearance, the fixed box 603 is arranged below the water surface.

In order to realize better collection, the collecting head 605 is in a bell mouth shape, and the collecting head 605 inclines downwards and faces to the direction opposite to the flowing direction of the water flow; the buoyancy of the plastic sleeve 609 causes the collection head 605 to be placed above the water surface; the soft channel 604 is made of a screen material.

In order to realize the up-and-down movement of the plastic sleeve 609, a second motor 613 is fixed at the upper end of the second guide rod 602, and a second rope 614 is wound at the output end of the second motor 613 through a reel; the middle of the second cable 614 is looped through the bottom of the second guide 602 and the other end of the second cable 614 is attached to the plastic sleeve 609.

In order to collect garbage, after the sliding block 3 moves to the end of the guide rope 2, the collecting head 605 is at the bending position of the collecting rope in the folded state.

In order to realize the separation of the collection box 606, a plurality of permanent magnets 615 are fixed at the bottom of the collection box 606, and the fixed box 603 is made of stainless steel; the side walls of the collection tank 606 and the fixed tank 603 are filter meshes.

In order to make the intercepting rope 4 less extensive after being folded, the buoy 5 is provided with inclined fins 616.

When the invention is used, firstly, two intercepting ropes 4 are arranged, and the middle parts of the two connecting ropes are connected to the sliding block 3, so that the two connecting ropes can intercept the garbage on the cross section of the whole river 1 as shown in the attached drawing 1, and the two connecting ropes can present opposite stretching and contraction states along with the left and right movement of the sliding block 3, and the two connecting ropes can be matched to always guarantee the interception of the cross section of the whole river 1 and simultaneously move along with the intercepting ropes 4; matching with the impact of water flow; the garbage can be collected at the bent part of the intercepting rope 4; and because the floating barrel 5 is provided with the fins 616, the fins 616 can make the range of the bending part smaller along with the impact of water flow, thereby facilitating the subsequent collection.

When the sliding block 3 moves to one end of the guide rope 2 along with the rotation of the first motor 8, the intercepting rope 4 corresponding to the end is in a bent state, and the bent position just corresponds to the collecting head 605. At this time, the second motor 613 is started, and the plastic sleeve 609 drives the collecting head 605 to move downwards by pulling the second rope 614; referring now to fig. 2 and 3, the collection head 605 will now trap the waste within it and continue moving underwater. Until the collection head 605 moves to move the soft channel 604 substantially to a straightened state. The garbage can then follow the soft aisles 604 into the interior of the collection bin 606. In the process, the collecting head 605 also presses the buoy 5 at the bent part of the intercepting rope 4, so that the buoy 5 is temporarily placed below the water surface, and after the collecting head 605 continuously descends, the buoy 5 floats out of the water surface again.

Then, the second motor 613 is turned off or reversed, and the plastic sleeve 609 will drive the collection head 605 out of the water again under the action of buoyancy.

After the garbage enters the collection box 606, since the fixed box 603 is placed under the water surface, most of the collection box 606 is also placed under the water surface, and only the upper end of the collection box leaks out of the water surface; the tidiness of the water surface can be ensured; along with the gradual increase of the garbage, the buoyancy generated by the garbage is gradually increased, and the extrusion force received by the extrusion plate 610 in the collection box 606 is gradually increased, so that the extrusion plate 610 drives the ruler rod 611 to move upwards and slowly; the storage amount of the garbage in the collection box 606 can be roughly determined by observing the number displayed on the ruler rod 611, and timely cleaning is carried out according to the situation, so that excessive accumulation is avoided.

The same process is carried out; after the garbage at the bent part of the intercepting rope 4 is cleaned, the sliding block 3 moves reversely; the interception rope 4 is extended to intercept in a state without interception or with a small amount of garbage, so that the interception effect is effectively prevented from being reduced due to excessive garbage; meanwhile, the intercepting rope 4 at the other side is gradually bent, and the intercepted garbage is collected after being collected.

Through mutually supporting of two interception ropes 4, utilize rivers impact force, can collect after can be automatic with rubbish interception, then cooperate collection device 6 to realize the fixed point and collect.
