In the embodiment, when the rainfall is large, the recovery guide mechanism 8 drives the telescopic connecting rod 11 to move downwards under the action of gravity, the support connecting rod 12 drives the sprinkler 5 to move downwards at the moment, so that the cylindrical table 16 starts to collect rainwater, the rainwater collected by the cylindrical table 16 is firstly filtered by the second filter screen 18 and then enters the water storage tank 1 through the circulating water pipe 2 to be stored, the rainwater collection efficiency of the water storage tank 1 is ensured during heavy rainfall, the rainwater collection range is expanded, the artificial wetland is prevented from flooding, the practicability of the device is improved, the rainwater collected in the water storage tank 1 can be driven by the water pump 4 to be sprayed to the artificial wetland through the water supply pipe 3 and the sprinkler 5, the artificial wetland is prevented from drought, the adaptability of the artificial wetland is improved, and initially, the water supply hole 55 plugs the cylindrical table 16 to form a closed space inside the circulating water pipe 2, when the support connecting rod 12 is driven to move downwards by 21, the arc-shaped support column 502 enters the cylindrical table 16, so that a gap exists between the cylindrical table 16 and the arc-shaped support column 502, rainwater enters the cylindrical table 16 through the gap, rainwater flows into the circulating water pipe 2 from the arc-shaped groove 17 of the cylindrical table 16 through the filtering of the second filter screen 18, so that the rainwater recycling and filtering functions of the whole artificial wetland are realized, the arc-shaped support column 502 and the arc-shaped spray head 503 are convenient to work to find the position of the cylindrical table 16, the cylindrical table 16 and internal parts of the cylindrical table are convenient to maintain, the spraying base 501, the water feeding hole 55 in the arc-shaped support column 502 is connected with the telescopic water pipe 15 and the water feeding pipe 3, water stored in the water storage tank 1 can be sprayed to the periphery from the arc-shaped spray head 503 through the water feeding hole 55 and the spraying hole 504, the rainwater recycling function of the device is realized, and the practicability of the device is improved.

Example 3:

a use method of the constructed wetland rainwater purification and reuse device comprises the following steps:

s1: in rainy days, filtering and collecting the rainwater through the cylindrical table 16 and the rainwater recovery tank 7;

s2: after the collection is completed, the worker replaces and cleans the limit sleeve 802;

s3: opening the maintenance baffle 6 to perform maintenance on the first filter 14;

s4: and operating the water pump 4 to spray on the artificial wetland when the artificial wetland is dry.
