In the related art, the mounting structure of the building window glass usually adopts aluminum alloy sections to make an aluminum alloy door and window frame on the outer wall, and then the glass window is mounted, so the structure is complex, the manufacturing cost is high, and the mounting and the maintenance are inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to reduce architectural glass's installation cost, simplify its mounting structure, improve the convenient degree of installation and maintenance, this application provides wall body glass mounting structure.

The application provides a wall body glass mounting structure realizes through following technical scheme:

the wall glass mounting structure is characterized in that a window is formed in a wall body needing to be provided with glass, one side of the window is an expansion side, the other side of the window is a contraction side, the glass is mounted in the window from the expansion side, the edge of the glass is tightly attached to the wall body, a fixing piece is additionally arranged to be connected with the wall body in an attaching mode, and the glass is arranged between the fixing piece and the wall body in a pressing mode;

sealing elements are filled between the wall and the glass, and/or between the wall and the fixing piece, and/or between the fixing piece and the glass;

the wall body is a reinforced concrete prefabricated part or a cast-in-place wall body.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, according to the demand, there are two kinds of schemes during the construction:

firstly, prefabricating: pouring a proper prefabricated reinforced concrete mountable window module frame wall in advance and transporting the prefabricated reinforced concrete mountable window module frame wall to a field for mounting;

second, cast-in-place: directly casting a reinforced concrete frame capable of being provided with a window on a building wall in a cast-in-place manner on a building construction site;

above two kinds of schemes, it is when the installation glass, only need follow the building indoor with glass embedding window department, then locate window department through the mounting with glass pressure, the sealing strip is inlayed at the glass border, its low in cost, installation and easy maintenance, and have higher intensity.

In some embodiments, connect through the crimping between the adjacent two pieces of glass, the crimping includes the layering, the layering include the face strip of pasting and connect in the side strip of pasting in the middle part of the face strip, by the face strip of pasting with the cross-section one-tenth of side strip becomes "T" shape or arrow shape, the side strip of pasting presss from both sides and locates between the adjacent two pieces of glass, the face strip of pasting supports tightly the setting with two glass surface laminating.

Under the great demand of needs window, can' T satisfy and inlay to the window through a monoblock glass, consequently, through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, can realize being located the concatenation installation of two glass on the plane, the layering that the cross-section becomes "T" shape can be used to the concatenation installation of two glass of coplanar, and the layering that the cross-section becomes arrow shape can be used to the concatenation installation of two glass that the building corner has the contained angle.
